Sylviidae, completely naked under the covers at this point, rolled over and smiled at the girl. She was obviously not that experienced, but her enthusiasm had more than made up for it last night. "Too early for us to be waking up already." she murmured with a yawn, sitting up so that the sheets slid from her upper body. She didn't really care, Red had seen her plenty last night anyways. "We only got to bed a few hours ago. Exactly how urgent is this meeting that you have?"
Sylviidae hoped that it wasn't too important for them to be on time. She was still quite exhausted and would have preferred to sleep in. More importantly, she needed to have Red pick her up some new clothes before she was fit to go anywhere. It was a hassle having to buy new clothes every month or so, but she had enough money thanks to her victims. Besides, after her multiple week long trips into the wilds her clothes were always beyond repair when she made it back to civilization.

"Well this is just an estimate, but I think we're about... 9 hours late." Red groaned, rubbing her face with one of her hands. "But I suppose another hour won't hurt." And with that she rolled back onto onto her back, closing her eyes and letting out a small comfortable exhale. She didn't know why, but it felt so good just to lay there again, even if it was for another hour.
"So when do you want me to go get you the clothes?" she asked again with a yawn. Red knew she had promised that she would go out and get her a change of clothing, maybe an extra pair in case she ruined her old pair. This got her to thinking: if she, through some miracle, had managed to get herself wings, then how would she hide them? It would be uncomfortable to keep them covered like Sylviidae did, though she planned to have them feathered, without the claw at the tip, so at least she wouldn't rip the clothing she wore.

"Whenever you feel like it Red," Sylviidae replied with a grin, laying back on the bed and stretching out. "but I will need a change of clothes before we head out to meet your dragon." she could not for the life of her remember what his name had been...something long and complicated. The shopping trip would allow Sylviidae to get some more sleep while her young friend was out. Red had really worn her out last night.'
A suddenly unpleasant thought entered her head, Sylviidae turning to look at Red. "You aren't just going to walk out that door and leave me here with such a lacking disguise, are you?" she asked suspiciously, knowing that she could never pursue the girl during the day with such weak camouflage. Every Hunter and supernatural she passed would know what she was, and more than a few stories would be flying among the mortals too.

Red looked over at her as she asked such a question, a frown on her face. "I would never do such a thing..." she replied, a little hurt by the question. With that, she then slid off the bed, collecting her clothes off the floor. She knew that she couldn't keep Ancaladar waiting for too long, and the sooner she got Sylviidae her clothing, the better. Red wasn't certain why she suddenly had such a change in heart, but she needed to show that she wasn't just going to ditch her.
"I'll prove it too. I'll leave my things with you while I go out and get the clothes." she proposed. Her possessions included her laptop, which had her life's work on it, something that she couldn't afford to lose. That way Sylviidae could know that she wasn't just going to leave her there with no way to leave. "I'll just need to know what size to get them in."

Sylviidae told Red the proper sizes of clothing that she would need, feeling satisfied that the girl would not be running off without her. It would have been incredibly irritating to have to stay inside for a whole day, waiting for the sun to go down so she would be less obvious. "Well wake me when you get back." she said, rolling so she was face down in the pillow, blocking the sunlight. She pulled the covers up over herself so no one wandering by when the door opened would see her.
As the demon lay there she considered the strange circumstances she was now in. She had slept with a girl she barely knew and was now going to be traveling with her. It was strange to think of anything other than one night stands and being alone. Then she considered her continuing suspicion of Red despite what they had shared the previous day. The succubus smiled into the pillow. Maybe she just wasn't cut out for relationships.

"I'll see what I can find." Red replied, taking the keys before heading out the door. Her hair was a mess, not having bothered to look in a mirror to see it. All she did was pat it down, ignoring the clerk from the previous night as she had nothing to say to him, and headed toward the nearest clothing store. Fortunately in such a large city, she didn't need to go too far.
It had been awhile since Red bought clothes for herself, normally just washing the ones she had. she didn't like to shop for clothes anyways, she wasn't all that girly. She took her time with the choice, trying to figure out what kind of clothing Sylviidae would like. It was hard to choose for a woman she had only met last night, trying to go off of what she had worn. She had only worn a black dress, so her best option was to choose items that would cover her inhuman features.
An hour passed before Red returned to the motel room, making sure to enter the room quiet to keep from waking her. In the end she had picked out a pair of dark coloured jeans and a decorative grey shirt, as well as a black zippered sweater and a black dress, trying to match the one she had gotten before.
"If you're awake, I got you your clothing." Red whispered to Sylviidae.

Sylviidae sighed as she drifted awake, rolling over and sitting up once again. That nap had not been nearly long enough to rest her completely. "Thanks sweetheart." she mumbled, a yawn breaking into the middle of her sentence as she swung her legs over the side of the bed. She walked over to the pile of her clothing from the previous night, grabbing her underwear and slipping it on. Looking at the torn dress and clothing she used to wear she was very happy to have new garments.
Sylviidae grabbed the shopping bag from Red, opening it and taking out the various pieces of clothing. She smiled as she pulled out a deep purple dress cut just the way she liked it, and also a replacement black dress. Sylviidae quickly slipped into the black dress. She quickly pulled the holster on for her gun and slid her knives into the replacement boots Red had purchased. The succubus also took out a large hoodie, just big enough to fit over her wings. She strapped them down as usual with a length of cloth tied around her chest, pulling the hoodie on over them.
It was not all that comfortable, or that inconspicuous, but it did the job. She would get strange looks for wearing a hoodie over a dress like this, but far fewer looks than if she walked around with her horns, tail and wings exposed. She turned to thank Red, but stopped as she smelled something. "Shit," she muttered, instantly on guards as she realized what it was. "I smell blood, and a lot of it."

For the moment things seemed to be going very well, at least until Sylviidae mentioned something about smelling blood, shivering a little bit. "Do you know from where? I didn't see anything out of the ordinary when I came back into the motel..." Red frowned, looking at the door. Had someone just been murdered? Whatever it was, it couldn't be good.
She couldn't help but remember that she was unarmed as well, and she had no abilities or powers that would help defend herself from any attackers. The extent of her power laid with Ancaladar, who was far out from the city right now. There was no way he could get to them if something happened, and she had no way in communicating with him. "...So what should we do?" she asked, unable to tear her gaze from the door.
As if one cue, the door was kicked down, three men entering with rifles. One was pointed at Red's chest, while the other two were pointed at Sylviidae's. Red swallowed deeply staring with wide eyes at the three men with stern faces, seeming unfazed by gunning down the two girls.

Sylviidae swore loudly, knowing she had no chance of getting her gun up. Instead she waved her hand down, a dozen chains ripping from the wooden ceiling. The viciously barbed chains wrapped all three men up and dragged them upward, their legs dangling a foot off the ground. Their gun arms were hopelessly mixed up, unable to correct their shots as they were slowly torn apart and began bleeding to death.
Now Syl drew her gun, thinking briefly before tossing it onto the bed near Red. "You know how to shoot right?" she asked with a grim look on her face, drawing both of her boot knives in one smooth motion. She preferred the safety of taking targets down from far away to close combat, but she was proficient at both. "If not you are about to learn my dear, Hunters never go after two supernaturals with only three men, especially amateurs like this."

"I only took a couple of gun safety courses." Red started, taking the gun in her hands carefully, watching wide eyed as the men were being torn apart by the chains. It was a grotesque display, causing the Draconian to wince uncomfortably. Then her words caught up with the girl, causing her to stammer.
"Wait, so you think that there's more of them out there?" she asked, raising the gun to chest level toward the door, slipping her finger over the trigger. She had only held a gun a few times, but enough to know how it functioned. She closed one of her eyes, looking along the small raised surface on the top of the barren that indicated the sight.
Upon hearing the cries of agony from the men hanging from the ceiling, another two entered into the room, also armed with guns. Without another thought, Red pull the trigger, dumping five or six bullets into the two. Her aim wasn't all that accurate, but she hit one in the stomach and chest, and the other in the arm, pelvis, and neck, both stumbling down to the ground, staining the floor. There was at least one more outside, as a grenade was tossed into the room, minus a pin.

"Son of a bitch!" Sylviidae shouted, wrapping an arm around Red and yanking her behind one of the beds. Her other arm waved at the chains, the wooden lengths hurling the bodies upon the grenade. It detonated a moment later, shredding the corpses even more and peppering the walls and ceiling with shrapnel. The bed and bodies protected the two girls however, and the next Hunter through the door took a boot knife in the neck.
Walking over to retrieve the thrown knife, Sylviidae glanced out the door. Bullets immediately hammered into the wall, the demon ducking back with a wince. The street was almost empty already, everyone running from the sound of gunfire. She sighed, closing the door and grabbing the baseboard of a bed. She flashed Red a grin as she dragged the heavy bed in front of the door, the lock busted. " I don't suppose that you have a back door out of here?"

"I'm afraid not." Red replied with a frown, helping Sylviidae move the bed in against the door to try and keep them from getting inside. For a moment, Red couldn't help but feel hopeless. There was no way to get out of the building after all, the doorway currently being occupied by Hunters, with iron bars preventing their escape out of the window.
Suddenly, there was a loud 'THUD' just above them, followed by a loud growl. The ceiling caved in slightly, then two large holes were punched out of the ceiling a few meters away from them. Red stopped holding the bed, suddenly smiling widely. "I guess I spoke too soon!" Red grinned, grabbing Sylviidae and dragging her toward the holes.
Almost immediately she felt a claw wrap around her frame, grabbing Sylviidae as well as the invisible figure took off upward, carrying them upward out of the building, and high above the city. With a small sigh of relief as she watched the ground vanish out from under them, Red looked upward at the still-invisible figure. "Thanks for coming, that was a close call." she told Ancaladar, who remained invisible until they were high enough in the sky. Sylviidae wouldn't be able to understand he words, spoken in the Draconian language.
