Sol smiled warmly at Chaos. Of course he'd take point. She was injured but he was still more or less at full strength. Besides, who knew what was at the end of this tunnel? He couldn't knowingly put her in front of such an unknown danger without knowing what they were up against.
Assuming a grim expression on his face, Sol nodded to her and walked out in front. To light the way Sol conjured three small flames. One a few feet behind Chaos, another a few feet in front of him, and the third and final one floated ahead through the tunnel. Its purpose was so that Sol could see what was ahead of them.
The tunnel was damp and it smelled strongly of mildew. As they walked, Sol had to bat aside several cobwebs as they walked and he didn't even bother to look down and see the various critters crawling around there on the dirt floor.
They came to one bend in the tunnel and once around it they came to two rusty iron doors that looked centuries old. The malevolent presence he had been feeling seemed to be coming from somewhere past these two ancient portals, he could just feel it. Sol turned to Chaos and studied her face. "Are you ready for whatever we may find past these doors?"

With every step she took, Chaos felt her anxiety grow. Her stomach churned with anticipation and fear. They walked for what seemed like hours with only three small flames as light. Despite the small size, the warmth did comfort her if only just a bit.
Chaos looked behind her briefly only to see pure darkness. She wondered if the exit was even back there anymore. She shook off the thought though and in the next moment she was standing next to Sol and in front of them was two doors. Very old doors. And behind them could only be one individual. Sol turned to her and asked if she was ready. Chaos pushed her fear to the back of her mind and nodded.
"As ready as I'll ever be." She said as she took lead. She stepped up grabbing each heavy handle, the rust scratching at her hands. She took a deep breath and pulled the two doors open with all her might.
There was a groan of complaint for the doors and all of the sudden, a strong blast of wind burst from the doors knocking both Chaos and Sol into the back wall. The flames were extinguished and the only light came from inside. Chaos struggled to stand, using the wall for support as she looked into the room. She stepped up into the room slowly. It was bigger than she thought it would be. A lot bigger.
The ceiling was low at the edges and ascended towards the middle until she couldn't see how high the ceiling went, giving Chaos the thought that they were a lot deeper than they had originally thought. The room itself was spacious and circular. Torches lined around the room on the dirt walls, throwing shadows everywhere and glowing eerily. The smell, mildew and dust, seemed to originate from this room as if it hadn't been used in thousands of years. It was so strong Chaos had to fight down the urge to cough. The room was completely empty of anything besides the torches and a figure standing in the middle of the room.
Omar brought his hands together and with a satisfied grin said, "Welcome, I've been waiting for this for over 20 years."
