(Note: I feel like I may regret the Open thing Oh well!)
Ciel was being dragged through the snow by the rope that tied her wrists together, she was dazed, her eyes closed. She was being dragged through, Why the Hell Didn't You Just Leave the Body Five Miles Ago, It Wouldn't be Found, Alaska. Pleasant town to be in if you ask Ciel. Why had she come back to Alaska? Well except for the events of the previous year it was a good place to go, to think. She'd met back up with Jake and while things between them were rocky she was pretty sure they'd reached an understanding. They needed to get to know each other again before they could be in a committed relationship. This also gave for the chance that both could see if they had/could move/d on. Well this was going about as well as her first trip to this damned snow covered abyss! What dragged her along? To hell if she knew. They'd caught her as she was headed into a bar to get a drink and a warm place for the night. Probably some men who thought they'd have a good time with her? More likely slavers. Ciel needed to reach her knives, but she was still to dizzy.

Adam's truck laid a mile up in a little clearing as he was meditating, Listening to the world and calming himself. He had a black stick in his mouth that glowed with a faint green hue before he let the smoke escape his nose slowly with a crawl. He heard what sounded like dragging softly to his six o'clock. He moved with almost blinding speed for a human, what the hell has he been doing. Adam is fairly quiet in the woods as he ducks between tree after tree. He finds himself behind the man dragging the woman as he pistol whips him in the back of the head. This type of man was beneith him and he didn't want to waste the ammo.
Adam looked at the woman and remembered the last time he saved someone up in Alaska, but he pushed it back as he searched the man's pockets. He finds the wallet and pulls out the ID, quickly pulling out a small black book in response, He scans the list inside for a name as he nods. "Well look at that... I guess you don't get to leave...."
Adam leans back from his squatting position over the man and cuts the rope in a single slice and then goes back. "You're alright hun... He won't be doin' anythin' like this ever again..." He stands over the man as he pulls out his pistol and starts to chant a prayer it seems. The gun goes off in a familiar ring as he holsters the obsidian judgement.
Adam pockets the wallet as he goes to grab his shovel. "You're safe... do ya need a ride?" He speaks in an apathetic tone with a soft hint of charisma. The man had a silver tongue but was simply offering the girl who was about to be taken advantage of a ride back to town as he buried the creep who tried to have his way with her. He did not know this woman, he might have weird vibes as if he does but he doesn't show it.

Ciel tried to open her eyes as she feels the rope cut. She moaned in pain, she was pretty badly beaten. Her lip was split in two places, blood dripped down her face to her chest, and then the snow when she laid properly. There were bruises over her arms and legs. The leggings that she was wearing to ward of the cold was ripped and cut. She laid in such a way he couldn't see the two daggers that lay against her pale flesh between a belt and her. The belt was done on the inside of the black skirt she was wearing. Her shirt wasn't much better for this cold weather, ripped down the front and barely covering her, it was a simple black tank top. She at one point had a jacket but the man had long since stripped her of it. She knew she couldn't walk on her left ankle without the most excruciating pain. That was the first thing he'd taken out. She just laid in the snow as she heard the gun shot that made her scream out and cover herself thinking it was her this man was aiming at. She took a deep breath and tries to catch her breath, she opens her almost white eyes, her hair was silver in color. She looks up at him, and her breath catches, oh it did not matter how much her body hurt. She could not get back into a car with HIM he'd probably kill her if he found out who she was. Ciel imagined it was about 8 or 9 miles back to the mans car, and another 15 to hers. She sighed and let out a defeated sigh, "No tha-thank you, you've... you've done more than enough." She'd forgotten to do her voice trick so the voice that came out was that of Ciel's. She licked her lips in the cold snow and wondered if she could find a place to set up for the night to heal, oh man, Alaska, bad idea.

Adam sighs, "You are going to walk twenty miles in your condition?" He said this as he was already gone, he came back a few minutes later with a shovel as he hands her his jacket. "here... you'll catch a cold...." He noticed she was far to under dressed for the wilderness as he started to dig. "I'm gonna be here a while, especially with the permafrost here... why not mule it over..." Adam begins to dig, his muscles and body seemed far superior to a year prior. His face however was somber and not as cheerful even though the lines of laughter still showed. "There is a bar near by... I can drop ya off there... I need a drink any way..." He says as he keeps digging, a loud thunk as he starts to hit the perma frost. Adam steps up and gets out of the hole as he pulls something out of his pocket. He holds a glowing green vial as he proceeds to slam it down into the hole he just made. Green flames erupt from the hole and burn for a while. The heat is nice and welcomed while it burns. After a few minutes it finally goes out as he continues to dig through the layer that previously gave him trouble. "If it makes any difference... I could give a rats ass what your name is.... Last offer... do you want a ride..." He was already done as he put the body in the hole and began to bury it.

Ciel laughs it wasn't on purpose but it came out anyway. She slipped his jacket on, painfully she stood up as he finished talking, "How about you decide if you want me to go with you." She said, the body that was so much smaller then Ciel's doubled over for a moment as all of the effort of her workouts came out, she was well toned like she was last year, her face changed to not be so gaunt but that made her curse as the cuts opened up more, "Fuck!" She yelled out, she shook her hair out and it became black with blue tips only coming down to her chin, and as she looked back up at him her eyes were blue. "Not so much now?" She asked before falling back on her ass into the snow, which got another curse from her. She looked down at her body, god damn she looked miserable. She sighed and tried to force herself up again, before deciding it didn't really seem to be a choice at the moment. She took off his jacket and offered it back to him, this all done within the span it took him to reply to her.

Adam looked over his shoulder at her and then back to his digging. He let out a sigh as he continues to bury the man. "I thought you would have left Alaska...." He goes to take his jacket and put it on. "I'll give you a ride..." A softness in his voice as he takes his jacket and in one fluid movement throws his arm through it as he shifts the weight of the shovel to his now sleeved arm as his other finds its place within the jacket. "I am not too thrilled to see you here again but I can't let you suffer in the wilderness... I'm not a monster...." He goes down to try and pick her up and carry her in his arms to the truck. She's too injured to walk and if he left her she'd just find her self in more trouble. He was done being mad, he was done being spiteful or angry at all, he couldn't leave her here and he decided to try and be helpful. Adam just hopped he wouldn't regret it.

"I thought you would have left Alaska...."
Ciel laughed at this it was amusing, "I did leave Alaska, I figured, hey after a year Adam would be long gone right? And even if I did meet up with he'd not want to talk me so what's there to worry about I can think." She let out sigh perhaps she was being to harsh, but to be fair she was still at least a little bit angry at the way he left without letting her explain.
"I'll give you a ride..."
The softness in his voice made her sigh, she was being to harsh. She looked down at herself. She nodded.
"I am not too thrilled to see you here again but I can't let you suffer in the wilderness... I'm not a monster...."
She looked away as he said that, for some reason is stabbed her, why did she give a flying... kite as to him being thrilled to see her. She laughed it was a cold harsh sound, "No... being a monster is my job..." She said under her breath. Once he picked her up, because she knew she couldn't walk, she felt his body against her and a gentle, hot sigh escaped her lips. She remembered writhing under that powerful body he had. She looked at him and blinked shaking that thought out of her head, that was the last thing she wanted to think of. Being under him again, would just cause problems. 'What about being on top of him?'[/i] She'd have blamed that bit of inner monologue on Demetria but she knew it was her own mind thinking it. God she needed help.

Adam walked crouched as he took off, he was fast, very fast, as he started to run, He darted between trees left and right. He seemed to not be burdened by carrying someone as he made his way through the forest. Adam came up to his truck while it roared to life with it's master approaching. "I gotta grab a few things...." He leans her by the passenger door as he opened it, gently setting her in the seat and closes it. He nods as he runs off again to retrieve his stuff. The Truck putters to a quiet silence as it's owner left but roars once more as the truck bed opens up, clanging of a shovel and chains are muffled by the sneeze from outside.
Adam closes the bed as he gets in, goosebumps on his arms as his skin is a almost raw red yet he pays it no mind other than turning on the heat. "All right... Did you want to go to a hospital or...." He gives off a very heavy sigh. "Did you need to go to your hotel to just rest up? I can drop you off there...." He rubs his face as he slowly pulls his face down with his hand before looking behind him. "You don't seem decent enough for a bar...." He is close to her as he leaned to look behind him so that he didn't hit any trees. He eventually would back up onto the road before he would turn back around and buckle up.

Ciel sat in the truck looking at the floor, she listened as the truck turned off and then roared to life once more. She curls up in the seat he put her in, as he started to move she didn't bother buckling her seat belt she just sat there. Staring out the window almost as if she were a broken doll before she finally whispered, "Drop me off somewhere... I don't want inconvenience you." Her mind was back to the night they might, how had one night made such a HUGE impact on her that she felt the pain that she caused him, and the pain he caused her to this day a year later. She didn't move any closer or further from him, gods she could smell him and that just brought that night back in full force. She sighed, "Can we talk about what happened Adam or are we just going to keep this thick fucking air between us..." She asked pain and anger marring her normally beautiful voice.

Adam just stared at the road and grinned slightly. "It's not an inconvenience..." He didn't say anything else as he drove. The next few words however made his soft grin fade as he sat in silence for a bit longer. "What did you want to talk about?.... I got mad and acted like an asshole... I'm sorry..." He doesn't say it spitefully or sarcastically, just a mater-of-factly. He turns his gaze to her slightly as he notices the seatbelt. Adam slams on the breaks, they weren't going terribly fast but this would send her moving forward slightly as he then proceeded to keep driving. He wasn't trying to hurt her, just help her remember why seatbelts were invented. "Sorry.... Squirrel...." He kept driving, no emotion in his face. If she didn't buckle up after that he would do it a few more times.
Adam would sit in silence for a bit before speaking up. "What is there to talk about? I am not against hearing your words and discussing it... I am just... surprised..."

She yelped as he stopped the vehicle the way he did, she glared at him, she knew there wasn't a squirel but she didn't want to reach her arm behind her to take the seat belt in her hand. She rolled her eyes, "I... it hurts to move my arm like that... to grab it." She said looking down." She groans trying to reach for the stupid thing but gives up. She reaches with the other arm which caused pain but not as much. One handed she got the seat belt in, she was ignoring the very good possibility that her wrist was broken. She looked at him and bit her cheek. "I acted like a bitch... I accidently almost called you Jake, and... I told you that I used you." She let out a sigh, it was a very hard thing for her to admit when she was wrong, "They weren't the same thing. I called you Jake because I was starting to care for you, and thought you deserved better, the same way I did with him... as for using you... at the time I was devoid of all emotion, much like I'm starting to feel again, so I went in search of someone... different, someone who would help me feel. My thoughts were either you would take me, or you would hurt me... either would work."

Adam withhold nothing as he spoke. "You have a master and you have a cock... What did you expect from me...." He drove a little more in silence and if she tried to speak he would resound in a "Silence...." a firm dominant tone to his voice. After a little bit of thinking he finally spoke once more. "I am not saying my actions were justified either... I let myself get in that situation and I started to like you as well... Yet the deamon was the beginning of a rude awakening and that set me off....I should have not taken my anger and depression out on you....so...I'm sorry......." A soft and kind mixture of words with that statement followed by a firm and yet again dominant. "I'm done...sorry... needed to find the exact words...." He seemed indifferent when she was in pain to get the seatbelt on but he was driving carefully to cut down on the sudden jolts. They made it into town as he looked around. "Where did you want me to take you... It's not an inconvenience to take a friend to the hospital." His words were still cold but it would be hard to pin point exactly what he was feeling. If she didn't say anything, the hospital would slowly come into view.

Oddly she listened to that dominant tone though she didn't know why, she wanted to argue the "Master and cock" comment. But instead she kept her mouth shut. She thought back to Jake in Japan. She sighed, but then he started to talk about a hospital. Fear struck in her eyes, "N-no gods please no. Not a hospital." She was ready to jump out of the car she was so terrified of that place. She whimpered, and looked at him, "Drop me off anywhere... just not at a hospital." If he did simply drop her off she'd start walking she didn't know where to just walking. If he took her to the hospital anyway, she would book it as well as her hurt leg would let her. She felt herself not wanting to be alone again, but she couldn't ask him to stay, why had she left Japan, why didn't she ever think things through. She wondered if maybe it would have been better for her to stay in that frozen area. "Not a hospital..." She muttered again. She sat her head against the window. He had no feelings toward her anymore, and she supposedly had no more for him, so why did her chest hurt at his noncaring.

Adam sighed as he turned the car into a hotel parking lot. He rubbed his face with both hands before he spoke. "Not doin' this to repeat last time... Just... I have medicine best used in seclusion... unless you already have a room... I'll rent you one... I'll give you the medicine.." He looks at her. "That -YOU- apply yourself...." He then proceeds to rest his head on his hand. "Then I'll stay and make sure you did it right... Then I'll take my leave...." He stares at her with an apathetic glare. "You understand?" He leaves the truck as he goes to the bed to open it up. He pulls out a bag as well as a box full of rattling bottles. He makes his way to the passenger side door as he opens it and unbuckles her. "Come on...." He speaks in an almost barking manner but he seems to be trying to help regardless. He extends his hand to her to offer support on the way in.

Ciel looked at him, she had hoped that maybe... it would be better not to go to the hospital, but he was so cold to her she might as well as been in one. She didn't let him know that, or let him see how much his cold exterior wasn't helping. She nodded to everything that he said, before climbing out of the truck. Pain shot through her leg and she almost fell. She looks up at the sky blinking back tears. She rubbed her face with her good hand. "Whatever works for you..." She said leaning against him for support, again her mind went to his hard body, before she purposefully stepped on the probably broken ankle to get the thoughts out of her head. She hissed and limped along with him until they eventually got a room. Ciel stood at the door, looking in, not sure she actually wanted to enter the room or if she'd rather take her chances with the frozen wilderness.
