It was a strangely clear day for the fall, though it was still fairly chilly. Never the less Allen felt happier than he had in many months. He was a high priced lawyer in Ottawa and he had truly needed this weekend of hiking to blow off some steam. He sighed appreciatively, pausing to stare across the stunning vista of mountains and forests. The sun reflected off of the snow capped peaks in the most beautiful way, his breathe stolen by the sight. Moments later the breath caught in his throat as an ear piercing scream shattered the peace. Without a second thought he dropped his pack and ran towards the scream, heart racing.
She let out a second loud scream, laying flat on her back among the fallen leaves of autumn. Her hip was covered in blood, her black dress hanging in tatters from her shapely form. Were it not for the blood coating much of her body the lack of coverage and her sheer attractiveness would have been staggering. Something seemed somehow wrong about the sight of blood on the beautiful girl, her pale face seeming no older than seventeen. She lay sprawled in a clearing beside the hiking trail, a hoodie wrapped around her upper body with the large hood covering her whole head, draping down to hide the top half of her face as well.
Allen stumbled into sight of the girl, staring in shock. He had never seen a more attractive girl, yet the blood covering her was hideous. Something made him hesitate at the edge of the trail though. Looking at the girl made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up, his stomach twisting into knots. Shaking his head and convincing himself that it was just the blood, the lawyer knelt beside the girl.
"Holy shit," Allen breathed, hands hovering over her but uncertain what to do. He looked up and down her body, staring at the blood coating her. Her full red lips trembled, cheeks streaked with tears. Long strands of brown hair flowed down from beneath the hoodie. "are you alright?" he asked breathlessly, searching over her mostly exposed flesh for the source of the blood. Though the dress was in rags, the hoodie barely even on her at all, he could see no wound.
Sylviidae could not keep a smile from spreading across her face. The lawyer froze at the sight, blood chilling in his veins at the wicked grin. Slowly she sat up, leaves falling away from her buried wings and revealing them fully. The bat-like appendages stretched wide, sun reflecting from their black surface. Her tail lashed about as she stood, further disturbing the leaves with the black barb tipping it. Still smiling, lips glistening invitingly, she looked down at the kneeling human. He was paralyzed in fear as he watched her draw back the hood, revealing emerald green eyes and a pair of curling horns.
"wh-what the hell are you?" Allen managed to breathe, falling back on his hands and shaking in terror. Sylviidae chuckled as she knelt before him, arms resting on her knees as her green eyes bored into his. She could taste the fear in the air, see him shake with the knowledge that his death was near. "Me?" she asked innocently, those green eyes seeming so wide and naive. They were the eyes of an innocent child, a young girl not yet experienced with the cruelty of the world. They seemed so out of place above those cruelly smiling lips. "I am a demon mortal, and I have come for your soul."
Laughing at her own melodrama she lunged forwards, one hand dipping into the deeply piled leaves. A scythe slipped free from the fallen foliage, edge gleaming wickedly in the light. Allen couldn't move, had no time to react even if he had been able to, but somehow he found the breath to scream. Blood splashed on the leaves, some landing on Sylviidae herself. It added to her disguise of being wounded, coating her as the lifeblood of her previous victims did. Allen continued screaming for a long time after that first cut, cruel laughter echoing underneath it the entire time.

After his night of escapades Kaarme needed to get out of the hotel and get some fresh air. Putting on his long sleeved shirt, pants and shoes he quickly left the hotel room, leaving the strangers to sleep. Yawning loudly as he left the hotel, walking accross the street he ignored the cars that almost hit him or the people yelling at him to use a cross walk as he absentmindedly walked towards the outskirts of the city. Stretching as he continued to walk he ran his fingers through his hair, straightening it and getting the knots out.
As he left the city he saw a man get out of his car and head down a path. Looking at the signs he realized he was at the entrance to a hiking trail, seeing as the trail was only a low class and not that many miles Kaarme decided to see the "beauty" at the end of it. As he walked down the trail the man he saw earlier got a far lead on him due to Kaarme not caring and taking his time to walk this path. Looking around at the sky he thought of how clear it was despite it being fall.
It wasn't long till the sounds of a ear piercing scream was heard down the path. Raising a brow at the sound he couldn't help but let curiosity get the best of him. Deciding to see who screamed and why, wondering if the man he saw earlier had any thing to do with it. As he got close enough he stood next to a tree and watched the demon slice through the man with her scyth. Amazed at her beautiful he couldn't help but smirk when he heard her laughter under the mans screams.
Watching the demon he laughed a little as he pushed off the tree, fixed his hair and began walking towards her. Speaking loudly as he walked to her. "Why, hello there. Not often one sees a succubus." Stopping about 50 feet from her to avoid getting blood in his hair. Watching the demon he looked at her blood covered body before looking at the lawyers and smiling.

Sylviidae froze at the sound of another voice, thinking that she might have been caught by another supernatural. Or even worse, a Hunter. She smiled however as the man greeted her cheerfully. "It is even more rare for someone to greet a succubus so warmly," she replied, brushing a strand of bloodstained hair from her face with an alluring smile. "particularly one in the middle of a..." she glanced down at the male, dead eyes staring at the sky as blood continued to pump from his body. "a meal."
She turned back to the man, studying him intently and with open admiration. He was a well built man with broad shoulders, a muscular chest and a handsome face. She knew he had to be a supernatural, she rarely saw mortals so attractive, and he had been able to identify her as a succubus. Humans who would know that were mostly Hunters, and they would not be standing there calmly as she prepared to devour her prey. "But you have me at a disadvantage sir," she continued, hands clasped delicately before her despite the rather large scythe she continued to hold. "you know of my kind, yet I am not even sure what manner of being I have the pleasure of addressing."
She dearly hoped that he was one of the more humanoid beings. Vampyres, angels, demons of course and even minotaurs could provide such...amusement. She licked her lips at the thought of it, a seductive smile spreading across her face. Even if he was a less delectable creature she could enjoy his human form, but it was so much more fun when they were in their natural state. They were always so much more confident.
Suddenly aware that she was still covered in gore Sylviidae found herself feeling self conscious. In her mind the state of her clothing only helped show off her assets, but few races found blood attractive. Looking around for a stream or other source of water to wash in she wondered if he was a vampyre. The thought made her smile. That particular race was always so adventurous, mixing exactly the right amount of pain in to heighten the pleasure.

Smiling as he watched her he admired her skills, the use of her body to kill. It wasn't often one sees another person that seems to be vain. His eyes scanned over her body, the blood soaked clothes clinging to her skin. "I greet every one warmly, it is but in my nature and don't let me interrupt you with your meal."
Walking over to a large rock on the side of the path he took a seat on it. Stretching out he popped his back and grinned as he listened to her. "Oh, I will keep my race a secret unless you can guess what I am. I will tell you with a hundred percent truth if you are wrong or not." His grin turned into a small smirk as he crossed his legs and ran his fingers through his hair to get it out of his face, though it was mostly to make sure he looked good.
Noticing in her movement and posture that she was starting to get self conscious he smirked and pointed off to the side. "There is a creek not far from here if you wish to clean up, it looks as if you do not wish to be seen with so much blood on your self."

Sylviidae flushed slightly, glancing at the dead body and wondering if her hunger was greater than her desire for this man's company. She really shouldn't let so much meat go to waste. "I am unused to being watched while I dine, but I thank you for your understanding." she replied with a coy smile, moving towards the body once more and kneeling down. Leaning forward with the scythe supporting her, the demon clamped her fangs around the upper arm of the man. With a quick twist of her neck she tore a bite of flesh free, chewing it thoughtfully as she straightened once more.
Blood ran down her chin and she wiped it away with the back of one hand. "A quick bite to eat, a quick dip, and then I should be presentable." she told the man cheerfully, already beginning to wonder what he was. Surely such a refined and gorgeous being could not be a minotaur or other animalistic beast. He also did not show any of the obvious signs of being a vampyre. Continuing to think about the challenge she turned towards the creek and started walking.
As she walked she began to strip out of her clothing, simply allowing it to fall as she moved. The scythe dropped first with a heavy thud, her boots getting kicked off after it. She had to pause slightly to remove the knives from them first, then to detach the holster on her hip that carried her gun. The ragged dress followed as she continued walking, her undergarments landing on the bed of the creek itself.
Now completely naked Sylviidae slid into the running water, ignoring the chill as it washed the blood from her body. Glancing over her bare shoulder she smiled at the man, green eyes flashing mischievously. "My name is Sylviidae by the way. Give me a minute to wash up and maybe I will have figured out what exactly you are handsome."

As he sat there he listened to her before watching her take a bite, intrigued he smiled and leaned forward, resting his chin in his hand. Watching her eat, the blood running down her chin as she wiped it, her actions made him smirk as he thought of what to do with her.
"Okay, though the water is a tad cold this time of year." As she walked away he slowly stood up and started to follow her, slowing down to let her go by her self. Stopping not far from the rock he was just sitting on. Seeing her drop the clothes he watched the scythe fall to the ground.
Hearing her enter the water he looked away before smirking at her words. "Good luck my dear and my name is Kaarme. Take your time." Noticing she was looking at him he looked over at her and smiled, his eyes meeting hers. "Where do you come from if you dont mind me asking."

Sylviidae dunked her head, the shock of the sudden cold on her face making her gasp as she came back up. Most of the blood had been washed from her hair however, and her hands continued to brush more of it off. The stream around her was turning red from all of the blood, but her skin was finally clean. "Oh, from all over." she said with a secretive smile. "Considering that you wont even trust me with your race I hardly think my origins are important."
She stood, water raining down into the stream around her. Shivering with the cold she walked back and began to dress once more. She wished for a towel but unfortunately she had not anticipated the need to be presentable out here. "I don't suppose that you brought a towel or coat with you that I could use?" she asked, teeth beginning to chatter. "I am afraid that I underestimated the cold."
She hadn't really of course, it was part of the act. She knew very well how cold she would be after taking a bath in the river, but it would make her seem vulnerable and also gave her the opportunity to show off a bit. Either way he would end up helping her warm up, whether it would involve pleasurable physical activity, the loaning of a coat, or his steaming corpse laying on top of her was up to him.

Soren was hiking through the woods of Canada, enjoying nature though he was, he also was there looking for something. Soren had managed to glean out a bit of information from a daemon he met in Detroit, MI that the origins of the current archfiend had originated somewhere north on the continent of North America, possibly Canada. And so here he was, hoping to excavate some ancient demon ruins, since he had also heard from a different source that the Archfiends home had been burned down and its actual location never discovered.
After hours of hiking, the only thing Soren knew was that he was somewhere near the trail he had originally followed into this abyss. Frustrated by his apparent lack of success so far and cold from the.. cold northern temperatures, Soren picked up a small stone and threw it at a nearby tree. He grumbled "This must be a dead end, im never going to find anything out here.."
Not shortly after he spoke did Soren here a faint scream. His head immediately turned in the general direction of the scream and he went off running. Who knew what was going on over there? The thought intrigued Soren and he was determined to find out. He arrived just in time to see a female, daemon obviously, jump into one of the multiple frigid streams that ran though these woods. Soren winced slightly at the sight. It obviously wasn't a good idea. THe male with her.. his race was not yet obvious to Soren, but he was confident the puzzle would be solved in time. And the dead body.. was most likely the reason the daemon female had decided to take such an impromptu bath.
Soren approached the two "As im sure you know by now, that water is absolutely frigid." he snapped his fingers and the water began to warm to the temperature of a hot tub.
