Even though we have a electric control ability, we do not have electric elementals. so here is what I think they should look like: Electric elemental: Holy City: Kampala Innate Ability: Electric control Lv. 1: 0-49 small spark: you have the ability to generate the power of a car battery, you are able to control twice that effectively Lv. 2: 50-99 electric charge: Able to generate the power equal to a house's worth, able to control three times that effectively Lv.3. 100+ Powerful current: able to generate almost limitless power, you can control any amount of electricity effectively Transformation: Sleipnir (A giant unicorn with metallic skin and a skill with lightning)

Well, if I had a lightening elemental, they would get electricity creation, just like a water elemental gets jet stream. No need to invent a second electric ability when we already have one.
Your transformation is interesting, I had thought of these before and was thinking of a Thunderbird.
Perhaps a quest to unlock them shall be issued, to accommodate the changing times.

sorry. that spawned from an argument with Vestral. I agree with having the creation ability off the bat
