Born in to a royal house hold called the Guardians, Lelouchiousluminoxous was the third child in the family who protected the six planets of a solar system. He had his mother and father, leaders of the Guardians. His older brother was the leader of the Destroyers, a select group who's specialty was destroying and removing anybody and everything that was a threat to the solar system. His elder sister was being groomed into the next queen of the Guardians. Lelouchiousluminoxous was the leader of what the Strykers, a special operations team adept at getting into an area, and removing the most dangerous people or objects before anybody else came in, or they gather intelligance about an opponent or any opposition before a battle. His twin brother, only a few minutes younger them himself, was to be the leader of a new powerful attack force, while his youngest sister was being raised and taught to be a spy and assassin. The family lead the people of their planets with love and wisdom, not being to harsh or cruel but also refusing to be walked over or subverted. But humans are conniving, and full of trickery and hate towards the people that rule them. There where plots, and plans brewing that would change Lelouchiousluminoxous' life forever.
The human inhabitants of the planets around them learned to harness science and technology to their own purposes. By fusing machines with science, the humans learned to create giant fighting machines fused with science that gave them the powers like the GUardians. Using these, and several other new inventions that told the humans where the wormholes where located upon each planet that lead to the other planets the humans attacked the Guardian's home world. The fighting was brutal, and thousands of humans where killed but in the end their sheer numbers and the new technology that back them over came the Guardians. Lelouchiousluminoxous was captured along with his little sister. His twin brother went missing in action, presumably dead in a battle far out in the woods. His mother and father where both killed, and his elder brother and sister tortured for information before being publicly executed. Lelouchiousluminoxous and his sister where exhiled, not just from the planet, but from the entire solar system so they could never come back and attempt to retake control of their family's ancient home. They where forced in to spheres and alaunched in to space where they would drift in a catatonic like state. Eventually, after almost twelve thousand years of floating freely through space, Lelouchiousluminoxous' sphere crashed upon earth...
Forced Power Bestowal: Due to Lelouchiousluminoxous' alien heritage and his specific powers and abilities creatures and beings that spend to long a time around him are altered in varying ways. Some are granted powers, while others might simply become stronger and faster. Still others might mutate out of control, being raving monstrosities of their once selves. The reasoning behind this is simple. Apparently the planet the male comes from is mildly radioactive. Although this radiation is not strong enough to actually harm a living being, it is strong enough over a period of time to cause genetic mutation, possibly explaining Lelouch's own powers. Secondly, the constant tachyon field surround the male is enough to agitate the beings even more on a cellular level. The people will never know what is happening (usually) but the cells will commit "suicide" after replicating as fast as possible as they "think" they are damaged, thus forcing the mutations to accelerate. Finally, the crystals created when Lelouch uses his crystal manipulation radiate a specific sound wave. These are completely and totally inaudible to any sort of ear drum, but are detectable through certain devices. These sounds waves finally force the now mutated genes to activate.
Form Changing: Though he does not really have the ability to shape shift, he does have the ability to go between his natural form and his human form. As his natural form is most common to him, it takes no extra power or prep to take this form from his human form, as he actually just STOPS concentrating upon his human form. However, to take his human form from his natural form does take concentration, but only a minimal amount thus making it only one turn of prep that is required.
Poisonous Saliva: Although he does not actually know it due to the fact that anything that is dumb enough to get between his jaws usually never survives, his saliva is actually a extremely hallucinogenic toxin from from all the toxins and poisons his body has been exposed to and amalgamated into one. Though it does not kill people who come in contact with it, it creates powerful illusions and hallucinations a person's mind that if not dispelled quickly can drive a person to the brink of insanity and beyond in less then twenty four hours unless proper treatment is sought out.
(This power also does not require a prep, as it is always active and present as a natural part of his physiology.)
Asepsis: Being morphological similar to a mongoose, he has shown the to be immune to any and every known toxin, poison, and venom ever to come his way. This is because he has receptors for acetylcholine that, like the receptors in mongooses and snakes, are shaped so that it is impossible for neurotoxin (attacks the nervous system) venom and poison to attach to them. Although it is unclear of mongooses and snakes are immune to hemotoxic (attacks living tissue) venom and poison as well, he has in fact show that he has at least gained those immunities.

Telepathy:Through his alien heritage, he has always had the ability to speak directly into the minds of his family whenever he so chose. This ability followed him when he was sent to earth, and he has found he can speak into the minds of anybody he wants. He can also hear their own thoughts and feelings as well, though he can not read their minds or probe their memories. It is simply of the here and now. As a result of growing up with this ability, he also has two techniques of it that are always active, even when he is unconcious or asleep.
Psionic Shield: The ability to erect a psychic shield to protect the minds of oneself or others.
Psychic Shadow: The ability to mask psychic presence, hiding from other psychics.
(Telepathy is always active, though he is not adept at breaking into other beings minds. Likewise, his Psionic shield and Psychic shadow are also always active, making no prep time necessary for any of these abilities.)
Tachyon Field: From his birth, Lelouchiousluminoxous has been had the ability to generate a tachyon energy field from within his body. With this field he can achieve two things. First, he can turn his whole body into tachyon particles. This allows him to achieve faster then light movement. As well as being able to move faster then light in this form, he achieves a state of intangibility and immunity to other's powers while in this form from the incredible speed it grants him. Also, when ever he touches anything in this from, due to the incredible friction caused by the speed he is moving at the object or person will either disintegrate or explode. Also, a note upon tachyon particles is that tachyon particles increase in speed as their energy decreases which means when his powers and energy are drained through another superpower or he grows weary, he will in fact actually achieve even greater speeds. Another common way he puts his field to use is to envelope whatever weapons he is using with the field, giving them the ability to cut or pierce anything except for adamantium. Also, even with out using the field or focusing it, he gains the ability to move as fast as any other creature, as well as gaining the ability to alter his perception of time, making this around him APPEAR to move slower thus allowing him to dodge bullets and even see people using who are enhancing their speed. (As this tachyon field is a passive ability, it comes into a spar ready to be activated and used, no prep required. After being used, it takes a single turn to return to a state of sufficent energy to be focused well again. It does not need to be stated that the field has returned, but is considered and "auto" prep as the tachyon field is innated and always rebuilding itself.)

This allows him to generate diamond solid gems and control and manipulate them to very purposes. He has used them to grow crystals from his body and the area around them to be used as weapons and tools. He has used a form of crystal mimicry to coat himself in dermeal armor that is still flexible and allows him his usual range of extreme agility and flexibility. He has used the crystals as a system of spying and recon. He has been able to lock energy up inside crystals to later use to help allies or attack opponents. He has shown the ability to convert magic and energy into crystal, as well as pressurizing them to generate a small surge of electricity, which grants him a minimal amount of electrical abilites.
(This ability only takes one turn to prep, then any crystalline structure can be built. But it is a crystalline structure only, with no extra abilities or enhancements.)

He can also cause a massive bolt of lighting to blast forth, that will literally vaporize anything caught in the path. Finally, using small charges of electricity, he can use the power to send hard jolts of electricity into a person strong enough to jar nerves and scramble the electrical signals between nerves causing a temporary paralysis anywhere from five seconds to twenty seconds. Finally, using the small amounts of electricity, he can heal minor wounds in a people. (After a crystalline structure is prepped, it can then be pressurized to produce electricity which can then be tapped. The electricity is renewed upon each turn, as the pressure is not removed from the crystal unless otherwise stated or the crystalline object is destroyed, and thus is usable every turn after.)

By doing so, a purplish blue "laser" is created that moves faster then light in the direction he points the gem. (This turn takes only one turn to prep, being the creating of a gem. Electrical Beam: By combining his tachyon beams with his electrical abilites, he gains a new form of beam attack. Again, focusing his tachyon field through a gem, while pressurizing the same gem the new beams generated can cause massive explosions in a twenty five foot radius. As well as the explosions, anybody standing with in two feet of the new "laser" will suffer electrical damage from the massive amounts of electricity around the attack. (This ability takes a total of at LEAST three turns to prep. The creation of a gem, pressurizing the gem, then the attack. However, with each addition round of prep given to pressurizing the gem, more electrical energy is produced, enhancing the attack. For each addition prep turn applied to the gem, the blast diameter gains another five feet, while the electrical radius around the beam is expanded by a foot.)
