At first the flight was quite leasurely. The dragon flapped around, hopefully going past the busy city below without having anyone look up to spot her. Although Queren was sure it has to have happened at some point in history, the humans never believed in anything out of the ordinairy, so she was fairly confident that they were safe and not blowing the whole Supernaturals Among Us story out into the open. Eva’s red wings flapped rhythmically, and Queren looked below, trying to spot the one man among the whole city. Suddenly they dropped a little bit, but Queren was still unable to see her friend and the dragon’s true Rider among the darkness. But apparently the dragoness had better eyesight then the Fae, which came as no surprise, because Eva had a very sudden reaction. She folded her wings to her body and dropped. They went down like a stone, Queren holding on for dear life and screaming at the dragon. Her voice wasprobably carried off in the rushing sound of wind, but she was yelling none the less.
“Eva! What the fuckare you doing?! EVA! I’m going to die! I’m going to fucking die! For the Gods’ sake, STOP!” This, along with many other cuss-filled sentences, where coming out of the Fae’s mouth, as the ground rushed towards them at a frightening speed. Thank her beloved God of Nature, the dragon unfurled it’s wings, slowing their decent. They still landed quite roughly in front of a big metal beast. A sudden eruption of bright oranges, yellows and reds appeared before her, and it took Queren a moment to realize between the dancing image of the flames that Eva was attacking a truck. She also noted the beings beside them.
Queren waspanicked that Eva would melt the poor driver, and tried to summon up her strange power over flames. She couldn’t make them disappear, but she tried to angle Eva’s fire around the truck enough that it wouldn’t be hitting the front directly, sparing the driver a little bit of time before someone else could think of something to stop the raging dragoness. She was afraid this poor innocent man would die in front of her, until the flames suddenly stopped. She looked down in surprise, her face flushed from the heat that had previously been in front of her to see Adi clinging to Eva’s mouth. Only he would pull such a risky and overall stupid move.
The Fae frowned, “What the hell where you thinking?” She demanded of the dragon, unaware of what Adi and the others were about to do.
