Worships Balance
Varos has a very symmetrical look, giving her a strange, unearthly beauty. Her favorite form has grey eyes and red hair. She usually seems quite calm, with the shadow of a smile on her lips and a hint of a frown around her eyes.

Jörmungandr Supposedly born of a giantess and the Norse God Loki, the Jörmungandr, also known as the Midgard Serpent, is a monstrous ocean-dwelling serpent that has grown to gargantuan sizes for reasons unknown. It is rumored to reside within the almost-frozen depths of the North Sea by Scandinavia. At 743 feet long (approximately .15 miles long (more than two football fields in length)), the Jörmungandr is truly a behemoth of the seas. Great caution should be used when approaching the Jörmungandr. It's primary offensive tactic against seafaring vessels is wrapping it's length about the ship and constricting to shatter the vessel and devour the survivors as they scramble futilely for safety. It can also breath a highly toxic gas in a jet of vapor or use large teeth against it's prey. It's scales are thick enough to be impenetrable by anything less than a .50 caliber bullet. It is quick-moving in it's natural habitat, but isn't what would be considered sentient. Killing the Jörmungandr To kill the Jörmungandr, a party of no more than 5 and no less than 3 must be used. These adventurers must be active throughout the thread. The quest thread should be titled "Hunting the Jörmungandr", be made in Europe, and be at least 50 posts long. Reward If the requirements for killing the Jörmungandr are met, a reward will be distributed to the participants. The otherwise unattainable "Scale of the Jörmungandr" will be added to the inventory of the participants, allowing them to breathe underwater, swim swiftly, become immune to weak poisons, and become immune to decompression sickness. One party member (whichever proved most valuable) will be granted the "Tooth of the Jörmungandr"; usable as a powerful weapon that cannot be shattered, requires two hands for use, and poisons those that are unfortunate enough to be wounded by it with a moderate poison. Important Note: Abandoning a quest will result in a penalty, to be determined by the Staff. Examples include a temporary ban on participating in quests, losing points, etc. If a quest is abandoned and the quest no longer meets the minimum requirement of characters, it can be completed with the number as long as at least two members remain, or a volunteer can join the quest.
