"Vy chertovski idiot!" A voice on the other line of a phone spoke out with clear Russian language. His yell was so loud that it nearly deafened Hosi's ear. The were-man took the phone away from his head as the voice continued on a rampage. The voice didn't care if Hosi suffered hearing loss. The voice wanted some way to punish Hosi since it couldn't physically deal damage. Hosi allowed the voice its own satisfaction before interrupting it completely. "Listen. Gramps. Gramps!" He screamed to get the phone voice attention. It was a silent yell that only those really close to him could hear. And so far, no one could hear him because no one was close to him at the moment. Just to make sure that was a fact he scanned the area around him to make sure that he was on his own.
He was standing at a phone post at the front of a diner. His attire was normal with an apron that read the same words the front of the diner wrote. Anyone who saw him would assume him an employee for the restaurant. And they would be correct. He needed cash and working was the best way he knew how. Although, just bar tending wouldn't be enough to pay for his and Pandora's two bedroom hotel. So he took on two jobs, one at day and one at night. Looking close to him, anyone could tell that he was overworked and tired. He had crows feet under his eyes and even moved like a man that needed sleep.
"Listen Gramps. I know it was a stupid idea to run away but.... I-I need this. I need to look for the man that destroyed my life Gramps. I need to..... I need." Hosi was too tired to think of a way to convince his grandfather to give what him what he needed. Even the way his voice dragged on after the end of a sentence and the strain of his words was a dead give away that the man needed sleep.
"What are you even going to do when you finally find him huh? Will you kill him? Become a murderer!" His grandfather sounded condescending with the words he gave to Hosi, but it was a thought provoking question. Was Hosi a murderer? Could he kill for the benefit of his gain? Before leaving his grandfather he never once touched a weapon. He took good care of his elders, respected everyone except those that disrespected him, and volunteered for anything that he thought was for the great of good. He was not a killer, he was a nurturing and warm man in immense pain from the loss of love. If he took the life of another then there would be no telling what he would become.
"I don't know," were the only words that could come out of his lips. This was not because he was tired. He would have given the same answer if he was wide awake. "Just help me please...." There was silence after Hosi spoke. The were-man could tell that the old man was thinking hard about what to do next. His breather and grunts told Hosi that he was pondering over something serious. After a while of waiting the old man finally caved in. "The town you are in have many... Friends of the man you are looking for. One in particular went by the name butcher. That's all I am giving you."
Hosi gave a smile that the old man couldn't see but feel. "Is she safe? Your sister." Hosi stopped from his celebrating to think about the mans new words. "She is fine.... Thanks for everything gra-"
"Don't turn her into a killer." The old man interrupted Hosi's planned out goodbye with a serious statement. One that wanted to cut Hosi deep and awaken him. Awaken him to what? That was something he did not know. Shortly after the man hung up the phone, not wanting to listen to the were-man anymore. Hosi slowly hung up the phone and thought more about the conversation he just had. He then took out his notebook paper and wrote something with a pien before he began the slow walk back to the diner where he would take orders for the next few hours until his shift was done.

Wings rustled and a single feather drifted down from where Nyla was perched. She didn't worry too much about anyone seeing the fallen feather. At this time of night, people were far and few inbetween. And the man who had been outside, was now within the diner. He had been on the phone not too long ago, and it was the shouting that had first drawn her attention. Unfortunately, she had landed too far away, and couldn't hear much of the conversation itself. But the expressions on the man's face were enough for her to get a least a concept of what the conversation had been about.
Nyla could feel the rough concrete beneath her stomach as she moved into a more comfortable position. Her wings settled around her, half spread out so she could fly away quickly if need be. Her black skinny jeans and black crop top helped her blend into the shadows. Her feet were bare, and she preferred it that way, even though she did have a love of shoes, her bare feet could help with her being soundless.
She knew she would have to wait for the man to come back out of the diner, for a longer time, to talk to him. And what better time than closing? Besides, her wings would get enough attention from him, that she didn't want anyone else around when she revealed herself.
The angel sighed, her hands holding her chin up as she watched people that passed by, trying to keep herself entertained as she waited for a few hours, waited for the man to come back outside. "This is going to be a long night."

Not a lot of visitors came in at this time of night to eat, and most of the employees knew this as they would pick a nice place to rest or gossip about unimportant events. Hosi spent the entire time relaxing as well, sitting at a booth and planting his feet on the table. After a while he wondered what was going on with his sister. Normally she would be awake and worrying for her older brother, which he considered precious. He liked treating his sister like a child, the small female who he use to clean up after when ever she made a mess. Even though their age was not far apart, he loved to think they were. His mind grew encumbered by the thoughts of Pandora and soon he noticed himself walking back to that payphone that he was just on.
He took hold of the detachable device and searched for some change inside his pocket of stuffed car keys, house keys, gum, and wallet. It was times like these that made Hosi wish that he had a purse to keep his materials inside. If he had a bag then he would not have to pull out all of the material from his pants just to get the item he needed, which he did do at that moment. He would have everything neat and organized so that pulling something out would not be a task. Or, that is what he thinks owning a purse would be like. After placing all of the material back inside his pocket Hosi began cashing in the right amount of coins so that he would be able to call his sister who he left at the motel. However, something very strange to the were-creature came into view. It was a feather, grey in color and extremely long in length. The quill was dancing with the wind when it landed by Hosi's left foot. The man slowly bent down with a confused expression. He had never seen a bird from Russia have as long of a feather as the one that was by his legs. Hosi judged the feather to be 8 inches long but it may have been longer than that. He took time to evaluate and marvel at the individual plume before catching sight of something else interesting. A small glimpse of grey, not blending into the darkness. Curious at such a find, Hosi rose and slowly walked to the area. His movements where careful so as not to startle what ever was in the direction he was moving to. "Hello?"
The loud motorcycle broke the pleasant quiet of the night, as Pandora sped around the town. Her brother worked at a diner not too far from the hotel they were staying at temporarily. Normally the girl would have contacted him much sooner in the evening. In fact the owner of the diner complained to her because she spent too much time there, preventing Hosi from doing his job. That was a lie, as he was probably the hardest worker he had. She listened to the owner, only for her brother. But it wasn't before she used her ability to bring pain by making the owner feel severe stomach pains, as though he was going to shit his pants along with his intestines. Pandora wished she could actually make it happen, but seeing the scare in people that pissed her off was good enough for now.
Hosi's little sister was almost there now, anyone outside would hear the bike growling from a distance in a moment.
The roar of a motorcycle awoke Nyla from her personal daydreams of what her life would have been like had her husband and son lived. The motorcycle was getting closer and closer, and the angel atop the building knew it would be stopping at the diner. She didn't know how she knew it, she just did. The man had come back outside, and Nyla hadn't realized. She cursed under her breath before launching off the diner and floating in the air about twenty feet above it, silently. She wanted to see how this would all play out.
Nyla cursed again when she saw her feather, now held within the man's hand. She shook her head at herself before deciding to land again, this time in the alleyway between buildings. She did so as quietly as possible, her wings tucked into her back and her body hidden in shadows.
"Hello?"
The angel cocked her head to the side, wondering if she should even answer the man. He was still holding her feather, and he must know that it didn't belong to a bird, or any normal bird. Without really thinking, she stepped forward, enough that her face and shoulders could be seen, but not far enough that her wings could be easily spotted.

"I believe that belongs to me," A female voice said to Hosi as he turned to look at the woman who spoke. She had wings, grey like the feather he held. The were-man looked at what was in his hand then slowly and gently placed it on the ground so that she could see. "You want it?" Hosi said then started to back away, giving the woman a little breathing room. "It's yours."
"This is...Um... The first time I ever met a-uh. A goddess......" Hosi said with the most sincerity in his voice. From the looks of her wings, her beauty, and the stories of gods and goddesses he was told as a child, Hosi could only assume that she was some divine being. He never met an angel or daemon before, had no idea that vampires existed either. The only species he knew where humans and were-animals, but deep down inside him there was small hope that other creatures lived in this world. "I mean- Uh. Goddess as in wings and-uh. Um. I am sorry. Names Hosi. Just, Yeah." Hosi tired speaking to her like he would to everyone else, like he would to any other woman, but at this moment he found himself too tired to think clearly about the words he should say to make him seem okay to the female. For the moment, Hosi would continue like this until a good nights rest was in his grasp. "Are you... You hungry? I can go get some food if that is what you want? But I don't know if that is or isn't what you want.... I could leave!"
He heard the sound of wheels and biker motor coming closer and closer to the diner. 'That can't be... Can it?' He thought to himself, looking back at the road and waiting for a tiny woman to come full throttle at him with a bike then suddenly jump off wanting him to catch her. Knowing the girl he was thinking of, the chance of such a vision happening where high. His gaze would only last a moment as his main focused was on the majestic female that was standing where his chest was facing.
As she pulled up to the diner somewhat wild, Pandora seen her brother standing with some woman. Her blood didn't start boiling until she noticed the way he was gawking at her. "Who the hell is this?" She said as she hopped off the bike, and took a place beside Hosi. Her brother was a giant compared to her. Though she was more than capable of taking care of herself, she felt the safest with him. The one night she comes by late, she finds her brother with some strange woman. She was annoyed, and had no problem showing it.
The girl noticed the woman's wings. "So, she's not human." But Pandora wasn't impressed. She knew they couldn't have been the only freaks on this planet. The girl didn't care what this woman was, as long as she didn't try to take her brother away. And speaking of, Hosi better put his eyeballs back into his damn skull by the time she looked at him again.

Nyla watched the man with unblinking eyes. He handed her feather back to her, and she smiled slightly. She bent to retrieve the feather from the ground, before gently putting it in her back pocket. She tried not to make losing feathers a habit. There was no telling what a powerful person could do with her feather. She then lost her smile when the man before her called her a god. It seemed he didn't know what she was, but thought she was one of the great gods. He started to stumble over his words, as if he didn't know what to do in her presence. She didn't believe she was a powerful being, and she didn't understand why he would think she was. He couldn't be human, after all, he took her wings fairly well, but she didn't know what he was.
"A goddess? I am not a goddess, sir. Nor have I met one." She then paused. "Have you ever seen an angel before?"
His name was Hosi, an interesting name, one she hadn't heard before. Nyla wondered if she would give him her name, but before she could make her decision, a woman rode up on a motorcycle, a little wind blown, and stopped the vehicle in front of the diner before dismounting. The smaller female instantly moved to Hosi's side. Nyla had an amused look on her face, as well as a curious one. The angel opened her mouth to speak but the new woman interrupted her.
"Who the hell is this?"
"My name is Nyla." She didn't elaborate on a last name, since Hosi hadn't either. "And no, I'm not human, but neither are you two." The angel crossed her arms and looked between the two unknown beings.

"Have you seen an angel before?"
She said this to him making him go quiet. He tried to think of an answer, one that would not make him seem as stupid as he already did. It did not take him long to think up the proper reply to her question. "No." It was truthful, just like the man he was. Though it would tell a lot about Hosi, that he was ignorant to the real world and that he was quick to jump to conclusions without an answer. Though one of these were true, Hosi's attitude, stance, and speech patterns all relied on how he felt at the moment. From the outside, he would look like he was fawning over the grey winged woman. It would look like he was practically drooling over her, and his eyes wanting to stay on her forever. However, he would just be tired and in need of serious rest. "I can't say I have seen an angel before......."
Even though he was too tired to correct his speech, he could still hear the area around him pretty well. The racing vehicle, the talking woman, the rustling bushes. He could hear everything within his perimeters. However, there were some things he wish he couldn't hear, one of those being the sound of his sister hopping off her bike and speaking vulgarly towards the woman he was talking to. Pandora came in with a bad attitude, and, being the older brother and all knowing of his younger sister, Hosi knew what events would occur. In all truthfulness, Hosi was not that worried. His arms were folded, feet planted, and eyes only centered to Pandora.
"Nice to meet you Nyla," he said looking at the angel only once before turning back to his younger sibling. He tried to decide on how he was going to deal with her. If she acted this way around him now then she would most certainly act this way forever. Hosi had no blames, she was an angry teen, made to feel rage when Hosi couldn't. Of course, his emotions where kept inside, for reasons being that protecting his sister came first before his emotional and physical needs. "I am sorry about my sister," Hosi would say as he moved to Pandora's side. Hosi's arm would go around her shoulder, his large and manly fingers would pull his younger blood close to him, then his other hand that was free would cover her face, suggesting that he was being playful with her and trying to rid of her angry nature. "This is Pandora, my younger sister. Say hello Pan." That was what he called her, 'Pan.' It was a shortened nickname that he made long ago. In Hosi's eyes, when he said 'Pan' was when he reminded her who was the one in control. Though, he began losing his control when the woman said her next words. "No, we aren't human. We are something that separates us from the human species."
With a long sigh, Hosi would take his hands off of Pan to watch the interaction of the two women, if there were any. He would occasionally take a chance to release a yawn or rub his eyes, representing how tired he was. He didn't like verbal conflict, if there was any, so he would stay out of the conversation for as long as possible. However, if he found the topic getting out of hand then he would step in. Somewhere in the mix, Hosi would throw in a few words to Nyla, being a little more calmer and collected since Pan was by his side. "You know... The offer to get you something to eat is still on the table."
Her name was pretty. Nyla. All Pandora did was glare though. Well until her brother pulled her in closer to him and covered her face. Hosi was the only person that could treat her like a child and he knew it. If it was anyone else they'd be screaming in pain. Pandora hated being treated like a child. His plan worked this time though, and slowly she be an to calm down. To tell the truth, she had little to no control of her own anger. Or maybe she didn't want to. Either way, Hosi distracting her caused her to realize this and calm down a bit. It wouldn't stop her jealousy though. Pandora pushed away from Hosi, not out of anger. If they were alone she wouldn't have moved away at all. She didn't want to be perceived as a child in front of the new woman. "What are you doing here Nyla?" Pan said her name rudely.
When Hosi admitted to the angel that they weren't human either, she smiled. Pandora was glad she wasn't human. She liked her abilities and craved for more power. She was already stronger than most humans, even without the use of her abilities. She hoped to be even stronger than Hosi someday.
Nyla was only slightly surprised that Hosi had never seen an angel before. But then she realized that perhaps not all beings knew they weren't alone in the world. Some couldn't be as fortunate as others to know all about the other creatures in existence. Nyla ignored how the man seemed to be interested in her, since she was still grieving over her long deceased husband. She hadn't been and never would be interested in another man. She sighed softly and continued to watch the man and woman before her without speaking.
Hosi apologized for his sister's hostile behavior, but the woman couldn't exactly blame her. While Nyla wasn't close with her family, there had been a few people she had become close with that were friends with her and were like the family she never had. Some were like her younger siblings. Others older. So Hosi and his sister's behavior was not foreign to her.
Pandora. What an interesting name. Nyla hadn't heard an name like that since her mother told her of the Greek gods and their legends. But her brother called her 'Pan.' A small smile appeared on her lips. "Don't apologize for her. If she wanted to apologize, she would, but she doesn't so I don't mind." The angel shifted her weight and the wings on her back rustled as they moved as well.
"You say you aren't human, and neither am I. You know what I am, but I am still ignorant as to what you are." The angel then turned to Pandora. "I thought this was a free country?" The woman smirked before shaking her head and laughing a little. "I'm here because I don't get out much. And I tend not to communicate with people very often." She shrugged. "Makes me sound like a hermit, but oh well." She sighed again and looked at Hosi. "I thank you for offering me food, but I am not hungry."

" A were creature. I can transform into an animal and eat people. So can she," Hosi pointed to Pandora while he made his joke. Although, he was too tired to laugh, Nyla could still hear some form of humor in his voice the more he spoke. Hosi saw that Pandora had calmed down a little, which had the effect of calming him down as well. His mind always rested easier when Pandora wasn't looking for a large fight. The massive man moved away from the two and to the wall of the restaurant. He would lean his back on it, then slowly fall to the ground, scraping his employee clothing on the wall and letting a lot of webs and dirt stain it. He would need to wash his clothing now, which was a huge hassle for him. He would always mess up when cleaning his attires, most common mistake being turning his white shirts, pink. However, the struggle for one night would be worth it just to get a little rest for his weary soul.
"The people you do communicate with, Nyla." Hosi spoke loud enough to call her attention from Pandora, if her attention was on Pan. He rubbed his eyes and took out a large sigh, clear indication that he was tired. He would give anything to rest his head on his bed; unfortunately, there were things to be done. "Do they talk to others? I am looking for someone, preferably supernatural, and I would love it if they could help me with my search."

Gram sat in the diner, wearing an expensive suit, tapping his foot patiently, his blonde hair as messy as usual. He'd already sipped his way through three cups of coffee and the person he was supposed to be meeting still hadn't shown. Growling inwardly, he swore revenge. As the head of a powerful conglomerate, Gram only rarely met with individuals and, even then, he only met with them personally if he found them particularly interesting or if they were important enough to warrant a visit. A slight vibration from his smartphone drew him from his thoughts contemplating vengeance.
Gram checked his cell and saw a message informing him that they had changed their mind and would not be making an appearance after all. Irritated, Gram stood up from the table where he'd been waiting, threw down some currency, and left. While it was not rare for people to underestimate him, because of his age, few people would dare to not bother showing up for a meeting with him. It was insulting to do so and Gram's face flushed slightly from a mixture of embarrassment and anger.
Upon leaving the diner, he heard voices and, curious with nothing better to do, he approached them. Gram, at this point, was hardly surprised to see a winged woman standing with two others outside. The group, likely all supernaturals by the way the other two, a man and a woman, were not acting surprised themselves, certainly piqued his interest.
"Well, the last thing I was expecting was to encounter an angel outside a diner in Russia, of all places." Gram spoke, stopping a respectable distance from the group. "Howdy."
The Angel was showing no real interest in her brother for now, and her mood lightened more when she didn't insist on Pandora apologising for her behavior either.
She wasn't sure if she could trust this woman yet, so when Hosi told her what they were she didn't add in any more details on the topic. Pandora figured he could easily crush this woman if he wanted to with his size alone. If there was anyone stronger than him, she hadn't seen them yet.
Hosi asked Nyla about the other supernatural she knew and Pandora began to hope she could give them some information. Nothing would make her happier than to find the man and get revenge for her parents. Her mind drifted away as she imagined torturing the man until he begged for his life to end.
Someone who appeared to be around her own age made his way out of the restaurant, and attempted to join in on the conversation. He seemed fairly calm although there was a woman with wings standing not too far from him. She had to assume he knew about the supernatural already, or was one himself. "Hello" she said as she turned to the new man. Pan waited for a moment before speaking again, and looked around to Hosi and Nyla's reaction to the newcomer.
Nyla turned to Hosi, after having her attention drawn back to him when he asked her a question. "Those that I actually talk to, I haven't seen in a couple months. None of them live in Russia, and I've been here for awhile. If need be, I can ask them to come and they will, for whatever reason. Are you looking for someone?" She cocked her head to the side, wondering who, or what they could be looking for.
The sound of a door opening caught Nyla's attention, making her turn to a blonde man, looking close to Pandora's age, walking up to them. He didn't seem quite shocked by the sight of her wings, and she figured he must have been around the supernatural more often than not. His words brought a slight smile to her face before she forced her expression to be neutral once more. "And who, or what, might you be?"
