Now, how do you describe something like a reaper? Well, for starters he's literally a walking skeleton. This fact is usually hidden by means of a hooded robe, which is usually either black or grey. Except for all that basic stuff, the "eyes" are something of note. They aren't really "eyes" since he couldn't possibly have eyes (he's a skeleton, remember?), they are rather something that's just there to represent eyes. Anyways, if you were to look into his "eyes" you would see two small, blue vortex-like lights. They can be quite hypnotic, but please, don't stare at them for too long, it makes him uncomfortable.

This reaper has been around for quite some time, long enough for him not be sure exactly what year it was that he entered this world. It can be said with certainty, however, that he has been around for at least 600 years as Richard II of England's name appears in the book that he keeps. Times were different back then, even though he doesn't remember much of things that happened that long ago. Since he's always been prone to forget things that aren't interesting enough, his memories from before modern times are mostly those of the wars that were waged in central Europe.
Since people had a tendency of not living for long back then, there really wasn't any reason for him to ever leave Europe. There were wars, plagues, famines and other fun stuff to keep him around until the mid 18th century when he left to visit the violent colonies in North America. Before he left, however, he managed to get up to a few mischiefs. Technically he was offering advice to people, but in reality he was experimenting on humans to see just how easily influenced they were, and how they would react. Not to mention any names, but some important figures who claimed to rule and lead by "divine right" actually took directions from someone far from divine.
Nowadays he appears all over the world, but mostly in the west (Europe/Australia/North America). He doesn't really try and influence the people in power anymore, as people who are ordered by "voices" to do things tend to get locked up inside insane asylums. He does, however, offer people (humans and other races) advice on matters which they feel they cannot quite handle all by themselves. It would be wise to listen to what he has to say, for he has seen a great many things in his time, but.. Whether you follow his advice or not is up to you..
