description:; A home that was built in the 1800. it took years, but the only way to have a home the way that you want it is to remodel it to your liking, or make one from nothing. I chose to remodel one. The home is built with out electricity and she called in so that there is a septic tank. All the water inside the home is from a well or a hand pump. There are oil laps set through out the house, so that I could read at night if needed. There is a wood burning stove in the kitchen and a fire place in the master bed room. There is a second room for guests that might come over to visit. My home is off in the woods with a gravel drive way up to the home. It is set back off the main road to keep the people that might just wander in. Ironically she has a sigh where her drive way starts that says Blacksmith shop. That is to help indicate where her business is, and make it easier for them to find where she is located. history of home:; It was abandoned and left to rot, the home was put up for sale and she bought it for cheep.She spent years putting it back together the way that she wanted it to be.
