Solemn Creed
Note:Worshipping him shall not grant any tiers due to his demotion.
Solemn Creed is the God of Entropy. His whereabouts are rarely known, due to his chaotic nature he is almost never in the same place twice though he favors his castle, but he is usually somewhere on Earth, entertaining himself by spreading chaos where he may. Proud like no other, Solemn Creed holds grudges easily and despises those who disrespect him or bring great harm to Demons as a whole, but when he destroys them, or whether or not he does at all, for these offenses depends on the whims of this most whimsical of Gods. Not born to it, he was once a demon who ascended to Godhood through murdering of Antoinette Argonith. To make a long story short, Solemn Creed challenged the deity and tore her apart, quite the feat for a 'mere mortal'. Afterwards, as she lay there absent arms and legs, Solemn Creed proceeded to eat her face as he tore raw power from her, separating what made her a demigod from who she was. He then consumed this raw power and it combined with his own inherent daemonic might which rivaled the power of a god in its own right, created a hellish mixture that granted him full blown godhood.
Just as he gained Godhood, the daemon also lost it with his folly, becoming mortal once more.
Hero/Heroine of Solemn Creed:
Those who please Solemn Creed significantly might become a Hero/Heroine of Solemn Creed; that is, they will be granted blessings that vary by tier. Each tier of this nature is progressively more beneficial than the last, and past blessings are retained. Those who attain the fifth tier as a Hero/Heroine of Solemn Creed are very powerful indeed, fighting for the glory of their God with abilities that approach Godliness in and of themselves.
Agent of Disorder - The first tier of official favor has been gained from Solemn Creed. Agents of Disorder have been marked with a tattoo of a grinning silver skull with red lines of blood dripping down its face. Once becoming Agents of Disorder, the hero/heroine of Solemn Creed gains the shuffle ability and may teleport somewhere at random.
Acolyte of Mayhem - The second tier of official favor has been gained from Solemn Creed. Acolytes of Mayhem have been marked with a tattoo of a flame that is constantly shifting as though real. Solemn Creed enjoys fire for its chaotic nature and those who catch his attention and please him find they are no longer harmed by heat.
Anarchist - The third tier of official favor has been gained from Solemn Creed. Those resourceful enough to have been promoted to an Anarchist are marked with a tattoo of two, entwined black horns. Anarchists have grown close enough to Solemn Creed that they are able to slightly manipulate the forces of chaos through an ability called Shield of Discord, allowing random chaotic things, such as shuffle, to bring about a result more favorable to them more frequently than normal.
Entity of Chaos - The fourth tier of official favor has been gained from Solemn Creed. Entities of Chaos are marked with a tattoo of a masque that is silver on one half and black on the other, each half appearing to be making a different facial expression but with cracks of its opposite’s color running through it. They have the benefits attained at the prior three tiers, and the ability Entropic Bolt, a bolt that is truly chaotic. If it hits a target, there is a 50% chance that the affected will become stronger and faster and a 50% chance that they will lose the ability to move their arms or legs.
Entropic Reaper - The fifth and final tier of official favor has been gained from Solemn Creed. Entropic Reapers are powerful, chaotic beings who are nearly as mad as the God they serve and have had their entire dominant arm turned to a blood red color like Solemn Creed’s own, with retractable black talons. They have all of the benefits attained at the prior four tiers. In addition they gain the ability Strife which enables them to sunder the minds of sentient beings into dual personalities that vie for dominance over each other, creating internal strife and chaos. This ability lasts for 3 hours and cannot be used more than once on the same being per day. Entropic Reapers are the beloved of Solemn Creed and killing one could bring on the wrath of The God of Entropy himself. Extreme caution should be taken if you find yourself at odds with an Entropic Reaper of Solemn Creed.
Accursed of Solemn Creed:
Those who anger Solemn Creed significantly might become Accursed; that is, they will be inflicted with curses that vary by tier. Each tier of the Accursed is progressively more dangerous than the last. Those who attain the fifth tier of the Accursed generally have very short life expectancies.
Effete - The first tier of the Accursed has been cast by Solemn Creed. As emotions are such erratic things, those afflicted with this curse will be unable to feel emotion and everything they do will be based on their own reason.
Lawful - The second tier of the Accursed has been cast by Solemn Creed. Lawfuls of Solemn Creed will be compelled to follow a strict daily schedule of their choice and obey the laws of wherever they are, essentially limiting their free will.
Harmony - The third tier of the Accursed has been cast by Solemn Creed. Those whom mildly irritate the God find themselves in a bad sorts. Those whom have the ‘Harmony’ curse find that when they move one of their limbs, the others move in the slightly in the same direction. This makes walking awkward.
Orderly - The fourth tier of the Accursed has been cast by Solemn Creed. The afflicted will have an obsession with ridding themselves of chaos in all it's forms from broken objects to finding misplaced items and answers to unknown questions to stopping lawbreakers.
Accursed - The fifth and final tier of the Accursed has been cast by Solemn Creed. The accursed is now despised by Solemn Creed who wants them dead to such an extent they must survive daily assassination attempts. Killing an Accursed of Solemn Creed will gain one considerable favor from the God of Entropy. The Accursed will find that they are unable to be creative as this relies on the right side of the brain which is more artistic and chaotic than the left. This effectively removes their ability to have original thoughts.
Hysteria
When the prayer 'Hysteria' is communed by a follower of Solemn Creed, the affected will believe their bodies are covered in 3rd degree burns. The effect is so realistic to the afflicted being that they can even smell their own burning flesh and can watch it crack and peel away and see the melting fat beneath it.
