So long as he's ok with paying extra to make sure Chris doesn't kill/eat anybody he's not supposed to.

Doubtful he will need extra pay as Lucius would willingly supply him with blood from good sources as well the free will to drink from any of his kills or other people Lucius would want killed. What good crime lord would want his associates killing important people from blood thirst as well as not being at their strongest?
