She wandered through the forest, near the dirt covered road. The strings from her black short ripped shorts dangled along her legs, her fingers playing with them softly. The loose shirt she wore hung off of her right shoulder, exposing black intricate tattoo designs that went deep under her clothing, as well upwards along the sides of her face, against her jaw and around her neck. They spiraled about, looking more delicate with the loose 'strands' that hung off of them. Looking about, she could feel she was no longer the only one wandering these desolate forests. Something else lurked about, and she wished to know what.
Venturing farther from the visual road, she dove straight into the forest itself, allowing it to consume her whole, leaving no trace of her behind. Besides, who would search for her? No one knew her around these parts, and she meant to keep it that way. She dare not speak for if she did, she might give away her presence. Deeper and deeper she went, less light seemed to filter in through the large trees. Slowly, she noticed a small trail, making her curiosity grow larger. Raising an eyebrow, she followed it, being led farther on in.
Her curiosity had always been her downfall, for it led her deep into the thickened brush. As she walked, she noticed a large patch of clear land under the bright moon up high, casting an eerie glow along it. Walking along it, she carefully analyzed the area, making sure nothing of any nature might lurk there before stepping out from the shadows. She began walking about, only to hear a soft crunch under her foot. Looking down, she noticed something old, white, and broken in half under her foot. Kneeling down and taking a better look, she found it to be a bone. Small, but still. As she looked around more closely, she noticed several bones, including sculls. She had walked in on a graveyard.
"After all this time--all these years--you and I have history. I know what you think of me. You think I'm just a doll. A doll that's pink and light. A doll you can arrange any way you like. You're wrong. Very wrong. What you think of me is only a ghost of time. I am dangerous. And I will show you just how dark I can be." -Harley Quinnzel

Adikartika had beseeched Evanesca to take him despite her unwillingness to go. It was his mother after all!! How could he not go and lay flowers upon her grave?! So he had convinced her to carry him to the small graveyard, with nothing but the flowers he carried and the light cloths he was wearing for it was a very warm evening. He didn't even carry his gun or sword this night, for he thought it would be quite rude to carry such things to his mother's grave. He sighed as Eva started to bank towards the ground, moving in slowly tightening circles as she descended. Suddenly there was a slight hitch in her flight, something that never happened as Evanesca always knew how her body was moving and what was going on. Something was wrong then. He leaned against her neck, whispering to her. "What is wrong, Eva?" The might dragoness looked back at him and hissed back.
"I smell fresh death, like somebody was killed not but three maybe four seconds ago in this graveyard."

She walked about, careful to avoid the bones scattered over the land. Who would do this, dig up the corpses and leave them to rot such as this? Even for a vampire as herself, she saw this as a disgrace, an insult for the dearly beloved. Narrowing her eyes, she looked around, noticing the dug up coffins and the torn apart rotten flesh over the green grass. Such sickened visions she saw in front of her, while she knelt down in front of a lone coffin and traced the details softly. A loud swishing of wings caught her attention making her eyes glance about. She may have been a weapon herself, but she still needed to hunt. Her thirst was almost dry, even though she still had a good long fight within her for a few more days.
She looked up, noticing a overly large lizard, flying straight down towards her. Narrowing her eyes, she quickly rolled and scrambled off, making sure the dragon had clear access to bombard the beautiful, yet sickening, land in front of her. She stood up straightly, standing in the shadows of a large willow tree. The shadow of the beautiful creature hid her perfectly, yet she still felt a bit nervous at the sight of this gigantic creature that swooped from the heavens.
She crossed her arms, awaiting for the dragon, and possible rider, to crash into the dirt, which would cause the loose bones to fly about and spread over the lands, separating them more from their original owners.
Evanesca landed, swinging her head quickly from side to side and scanning the area around her. She sniffed loudly, then growled loudly towards whatever was hiding out there. She was not sure what it was, or who if it was that but she knew it was dangerous. At least to her rider, not much was dangerous to a dragon. She narrowed her eyes, then suddenly lifted her head and spouted an enormous plume of flame twenty feet in to the air illuminating the area around the graveyard. -------------------- Adikartika watched Eva closely, then feeling the her sharp intake of breath and knowing what it fore told he clench his eyes shut. The fire blowed past his eyelids as a bright shape, then stopped. He opened his eyes and was able to see better as the last of the remnants of the flames vanished in to the air. In those few seconds, he noticed the silhoutte of a person standing near the woods, yet it was to brief to make out who, what, or even what sex they where. He decided as Adikartika and he where very clearly spotted to throw caution to the wind. "Hello there. Why don't you step out in to the open and come talk to us. We have no violent intentions, and only wish to visit somebody here. So please step out and introduce yourself."

"Hello there. Why don't you step out in to the open and come talk to us. We have no violent intentions, and only wish to visit somebody here. So please step out and introduce yourself."
His words were so simple, as if she'd believe him. The dragon's performance was grand, maybe a little too high on oneself? She smirked, understanding if it were, for it was a grand dragon. She nodded to herself and slowly stepped out of the shadows. Her lips cast a ghost-like smile across her full lips.
"If you wish to visit someone, be careful of the loose coffins." She took her eyes off of the man and massive beast to look about the ground, taking notice of more white fragile bones over the ground. It sickened her to see such; for even a vampire as herself had more respect to the dead than this.
Looking back towards the two, she crossed her arms. The man didn't seem harmful, however the dragon did. She would be very careful around the two, for combined they could make a deadly couple.

Adikartika looked the female up and down slowly and sighed. She was beautiful. Almost...to beautiful, as well as pale. She did not look fully human. What she was he was not entirely sure, but he would need to tread carefully. He slowly slid off the Evanesca's back and landed lightly upon his feet. He glanced once more at the other female, then slowly moved towards the grave of his mother. He knelt, closing his eyes and remained silent for almost a minute before he opened his eyes and leaned forward and kissed the marking stone. He gently laid the flowers at the base of the stone and stood up and turned back to the female.
He walked towards her slowly, stopping when he drew back level with Evanesca's head. He reached out, resting a hand upon her muzzle gently and leaning against her slightly. He spoke softly, smiling. "So, you obviously have guessed as to why I am here. May I ask what you are doing out this way, all alone. Have you no fear you might be, well accosted out here alone at this kind of night? Also, you failed to supply a name for yourself." --------------------------- Evanesca never took her eyes from the female before them. She didn't trust others easily. She was especially not going to trust a beautiful female, appearing in the middle of the night covered with the stench of recent death. She narrowed her eyes, watching the female's every move intently, analyzing her motions in case there was a sudden threatening motion. A single blast of her incredible flames would be enough to scorch the female in to a pile of cinders, human or not. When Adikartika finished his little ritual for his long lost egg bearer and approached her she lowered her head, knowing he would need a little comfort and support. She had caught on to the fact the female had not supplied a name as well, and so after his questions and last comment, she snorted out a ring of smoke towards the female as emphasis.

She nodded with certainty, knowing she had yet to fulfill them with a name. Why give it if they had not asked? A small smile spread its way across her lips as she took great pleasure looking at the large dragon with admiration. She had heard of such creatures before, but not of their beauty. Many other people really should be told of the creature's beauty, for them saying they're horrible looking nightmares are quite mistaken.
Walking farther out, she reached up and stroked a bright red apple that hung off of a looming apple tree. The life from the apple intrigued her, for the tree was dying and yet the apple pushed on. It reminded Austen of herself, dead but still moving and not giving up hope. She would find some way of getting some evidence of her sister being alive, somewhere. Taking her eyes back upon the two, her eyes twinkled with life.
She took notice of the creature snorting towards her, demanding of such. She couldn't help but smirk at its demand, for it was a simple one at best. Just imagine if it were something far worse than a single name...
"Austen, at your service. If it not be too bold, may I ask of your names?" She looked up at the dragon and smiled once again, it reaching her eyes at long last. "If you don't mind me saying so, she is quite gorgeous." Taking her eyes off of the creature, she turned them back to the male. He wasn't too bad looking, but she had seen better and worse within her life. Heck, she had even seen a God before.
Looking around, she carefully walked along the graves, her footsteps avoiding each and every small white bone scattered over the land. She dare not break another, for what spirit would suffer under the crunch of their bones? She knelt down in front of a grave stone and brushed some dust off of it, taking notice of the bones around it. She tisked softly before standing once again. She was fully exposed to the two now, showing off her lean built body and small smirk. The strings upon her shorts dangled and swayed with the wind, brushing Austen's hair from her shoulders up and into the wind before falling back down around her.
((Sorry it's short, and so late! D: College and work have been kicking me all over like crazy. It's depressing!!! D:))

(No problem Austen. It happens to all of us, and that isn't a short depressing post. It is a decent one. So have no fear.)
Adi watched the girl, smiling as she finally gave her name as Austen. Intriguing name, and then she even sucked up to Evanesca. Well, kudos for her. Being the proud being she was, Evanesca would like that, though it was hard to gain her full trust and nobody had ever done that except himself and the fae known as Queren Arden. As to his own name and Evanesca's, well he suppose he could supply her with those as she had been kind enough to finally supply her own after two requests for it. He glanced at Eva, patting her head gently then stepping forward slightly towards the female.
"Well, my name is Adikartika, and my 'gorgeous' dragoness as you so kindly put it is known as Evanesca. Pleasure meeting you." He watched as she paid some attention to an apple dangling from a slowly dying tree, it's brilliant red pale compared to Eva's scales but still outstanding in this dark and dreary cemetery. Why they had chosen to bury his mother up here he did not know. However he had been away and unable to have a say in the matter. Apparently something had been here though, digging up the bodies and scattering the bones. He was not a superstitious person, but was trying to be some what careful out of respect for the dead and not step upon the bones. ------------------------------------------ Evanesca was watching the girl carefully still. Even when she exposed herself completely to the both of them. She had heard the compliment upon herself, and yes it had registered. However the smell of death upon this girl was still irritating her greatly. Why would somebody smell like that unless they had just killed somebody? Not something she wanted to find out. She she moved closer to Adi, not letting him get away from her at all in case she had to leap to his protection and keep the human safe.

She smiled towards the male and his pet, accepting their names once given. The dragon stepped closer to the man, giving the notion it didn't trust Austen. Good, smart dragon.
She didn't bother to gain any trust, for she had not wandered here to do such. Her eyes looked the two over, taking notice of the height of each. She was short, but quick and if need be, she would be able to escape past the man, but the dragon...that was a different story. Possibly, with a few tricks up her sleeve, she could get past but there was also the chance of her becoming a dragon's lunch. She took her eyes off of the creature and onto the man himself.
"Pleasure is mine, my dear." Her thick Italian accent leaked out as she stepped around, keeping a fair distance from the creature itself to allow it its own space. If she could avoid any trauma, she would. However, if they wished to create problems, she could dish it back.
Kneeling near a grave, she brushed the dust from the grave and sighed ever so softly. Here lies a young child, only dead at age 7, and yet here she was older than many. The multiple times people had tried killing her was countless, for she had lost count and could care less if another gave it a round.
Looking back at the man, she tilted her head to the side with curiosity. She dared not flash a smile, for she didn't want to uncover her fangs. "Is there something shorter I may call you? For your name is quite long." Her voice came out teasing while she slowly stood up straightly. She could feel the dragon's eyes over her continuously, giving her no break of escaping. Her eyes lingered on the man as he tried to be careful of the loose bones.
At least someone had respect for the dead. The dragon probably had destroyed any evidence of Austen finding what had dug up all of these plots. Huffing softly, she slid her hands into the back pockets of her jean-like black shorts. As the light flickered through the trees, she stood near the shadows. Even so, her blacker than night vine-like tattoos covered her all over. She didn't care if one saw them, they were apart of her. She would expose them to any and all, for they grew along with her.
Looking towards Adikartika and his pet, she couldn't help but smile. The two were such a strange pair, if any, in her opinion. So different, yet so similar in her eyes.
((Sorry its been sooo long since I responded. Had a HUGE psychology exam and took a few days to isolate myself to study for it. D: Also, sorry it's short. D:))
