Kyrian sat on his bed, alone within his penthouse since Tayva and Talos had moved back to Canada. For the last three days, the elemental had been suffering from something which he could not seen to get rid of. Mind-splitting headaches constantly played him,as well as light-headedness and occasional bouts of vomiting. His eyes hurt, and he constantly suffered from delusions, both visual and auditory. He saw shadows moving around his room, and feared that he might be the cause since his powers seemed to have been out of whack since the onset of the illness, with him creating animals, levitating and flinging about metals, randomly teleporting, and even draining the life of his whole garden. In fact, that very morning, he woke up on a beach in Australia and, when noticing a native reaching out to help him, flinched back... The poor woman collapsed to the ground, screaming and shielding herself from nightmarish things that weren't there; Kyrian had used one of his powers that had been locked away.
The male now sat on his bed, his head placed into the palms of his hands, where he had his arms propped up on his knees. The voice that he had been hearing the most for the past three days was back, a voice which belonged to him, yet contained a dark raspy quality. It was the voice of the one who was him, yet want him... His other personality, Janus. The voice echoed a warning into Kyrian's head, which scared the elemental, 'This body belongs to me now.'

Pupils diminished by the sun light that shone behind the big window, laid in a bed far more comfortable than anything she had slept in the past few months, Victoria was letting her mind wander, bringing melancholy. Her hand moved slowly to the pocket watch that rested on the bedside table, its golden cover glistening beautifully. Holding it by its chain, Victoria allowed it to dangle in front of her eyes. All she had been through, all the years that had passed... And somehow her past managed to catch up with her once more, even though so lightly, almost innocently. The night before, for the first time in many years, she had met a person belonging to the cult that murdered her parents, and the only thing she could do was let her resentment and anger erode her insides, as she watched the bastard smile. He probably didn't have any connection to their deaths, he probably didn't even know who they were, but that wasn't enough to appease the demoness hatred towards any member of that community. The bastard was only still alive because Victoria wouldn't allow her anger to cloud her judgment. There was no use in starting a war with the past.
The female let out a sigh, and sat on the bed covered in silk sheets with the pocket watch on her hands. It was time to leave. Jumping out of the king sized bed, she stretched her muscles and started gathering her belongings, a quick task since she only carried some clothes with her, stuffing them inside a worn out bag. The blue eyed girl, rushed to the door, closing it behind her for the last time. Her wish was to head to the front door of the mansion, leave immediately, not saying a word or having to explain whatever, but her manners told her otherwise, so she made her way to dinning room where she knew her host was awaiting her company. As she passed the wooden doors, the eyes of a man who was sitting at the the top of the long table glistened, almost as much as the silverware in front of him. They were filled with joy which almost immediately was replaced by surprise. “ Oh Victoria, my dear, leaving so soon?” The male raised from his seat, with flamboyant gestures and a voice as smooth as his velvet drapes. “Yes, I am afraid so, Isaac.” Victoria flashed him a kind smile. “ Oh, but why? Didn't you have fun last night? Everybody loved you! And you still haven't met Xavier, he is dying to know you!” Victoria wasn't sure about who Xavier was, maybe one of Isaac lovers. “I loved it, it was a delight! But I really should get going now. Apologize Xavier for me, will you? And I promise I'll back.” The demoness said as nicely as she could. “ Oh well, if you must. But where are you going?” “ Somewhere quiet.” “Oh, you and your secrecy.”
Isaac finally allowed Victoria to leave, but not before a great hug and final glass of wine. Even though Victoria enjoyed the extravagant man's company, his fancy parties and mesmerizing house, she needed time for herself. So she set foot, heading somewhere quiet.

The male woke up on his bed where he had fallen unconscious. Yawning and stretching, a smile came to his lips. It was a beautiful day and, now, all of his troubles were over with. He had money, a house, good looks, and his freedom. Yes, indeed, Janus had gained complete control over the body.
The elemental teleported into the middle of nowhere, allowing the currents of the world to pull him wherever they pleased. Appearing on a random street, with no clue where he was, and no care, he saw a cute woman walk out of a large house and begin walking down the street.
Janus smiled, a look of hunger in his eyes, as though he were a lion staring down an antelope. The renewed elemental teleported behind the female in his all black attire: jeans, tee-shirt, shoes, and sunglasses. He whistled lowly and spoke up, Hey there, good looking. What's a fine thing like you doing walking the streets by herself?"

"Hey there, good looking. What's a fine thing like you doing walking the streets by herself?" Victoria's heart skipped a beat as she heard a sudden voice behind her and turned around quickly to face the its owner. She was wary, Victoria was almost positively sure that the street was completely empty when she left the mansion a few seconds before. Her eyes ran down the stranger's body as she analyzed him, shortly before feeling a shiver down her spine. The man had a...weird presence. This made her raise her guard. The female couldn't see his eyes behind the sunglasses, but she could feel them fixated in her with malice. He could be a regular human, just a really creepy one, but that thought didn't stop her from taking a few steps back from the individual.
“ Nothing of your concern, that's for sure.” The daemoness spat. In a normal situation Victoria would dismiss this man as just some contemptuous prick and walk away but for some reason turning her back to him didn't feel safe.

Janus raised an eyebrow, amused by the female's reactions. Her initial jumpiness was humorous in itself, but the speed at which she turned around told Janus she was used to getting into fights. She looked Janus up and down, seemingly cautious of him more than just as a random man on the street hitting on her, it was almost like she was tensed up like prey in the presence of its predator. That thought brought a cruel smile to the elemental's lips, this one would be fun to mess with.
The male put on an expression of being emotionally wounded as he replied to the female, "Ouch, babe. Do you treat all men this way, or am I just special?" Upon his last words, he let a charming, easygoing smile grace his lips, showing off his pearly whites.

"Special is hardly the word I had in mind..." She mumbled, obviously annoyed. This kind of behavior was, besides not all that original, was disgusting. She encountered men like this frequently, but it never made it easier to deal with them.
The stranger flashed a smile, which would've been charming and gracious in a normal circumstance. But in that moment it only served to make Victoria even more uneasy.
Victoria was confident in her abilities, she didn't feel like her life would be at risk in any moment. But who knows? It wouldn't be the first time that she had been wronged by her excessive confidence. Better safe than sorry, she thought to herself. Victoria backed away another small step.
"What do you want?" Victoria questioned him, bluntly, not in the mood for games or small talk.

Janus shrugged nonchalantly and took the sunglasses off, revealing his crimson red pupils. The male smiled at the female again, knowing that she would be even more unnerved now that she could see his eyes. "I was just looking for a little fun... Is that so wrong?" The male stepped in closer to the female, shortening the distance between them. Not that distance mattered to him at all.
The male suddenly reached out with a right jab aimed directly at the female's face. He did not honestly intend to harm her, simply to see how she would react. He did not believe the girl to be normal, and decided to test that theory and see what she might have up her sleeve.

The stranger smiled again, this time taking off his sunglasses, only to reveal a gaze that let Victoria slightly puzzled, yet even more wary. The chances that this man was a mere human were lessen the longer the daemoness interacted with him.
Victoria was quick to move, as soon as a glimpse of the male's knuckles caught her eyes, she bended her knees, leaving the jab to fall into air right above head, just a few inches away from actually hitting her. Taking advantage of her position, she placed her hands around his torso, allowing a charge of electricity to flow through her members aiming directly to the man's body. The amount of electricity wasn't enough to cause serious harm, but it would make sure he stayed away from her.
Her azure eyes were now darker, something that would happen whenever Victoria felt threatened. If this male persisted in attacking her , they would turn pitch black revealing her true nature.
