The fifty foot, gleaming white hull of 'Jenna's Bosom' bobbed in the waves of the Coral Sea. The Discovery 50 may not have been new, but she was still a beautiful sight and even more beatiful with in her hull. However at the moment the catamaran bobbed silently in the waves, not a soul wandering her decks or inhabiting the waves around the boat frollicking in the warm waves. It seemed abandoned as the only sound of was waves slapping against the side of the white hull. The water bubbled around the cat, then suddenly a humanoid form appeared in the water. Clearly it had been beneath the boat for some reason, though the reason was unclear.
Alekzander reached up, sculpted muscles rippling as he grasped the railing of his boat and hauled himself back on board. Water ran down his bare chest and back, dripping from the swimming trunks that clad his lower body. Reaching out he grabbed a towel and pressed his face in to the soft fabric to remove the salty water from his face and eyes. Tossing the towel over his left shoulder he walked to a table and picked up a bottle of Corona beer and drank from the alcoholic beverage and set it back down. Settling the bottle back down he grabbed the towel once more and tossled his long hair to semi-dry it from his swim and he chuckled. Lifting his left hand for he had done all of this with his right he looked at the beautiful pink, red, yellow and blue conch shell in his hand.
Rolling it around he smiled and lifted it and set it to his ear. He listened to the "sound of the ocean" with in the shell and nodded finding it satisfactory and set the shell upon the table beside the beer. He stepped away from the table with the chair sitting beside it and walked to the edge of his port side hull, leaning against the railing looking out over the water chewing upon the inside of his cheek. He sighed, then released the rail and stepped back to the table and sat upon the chair. He leaned back, closing his eyes and relaxing with in the chair.

The sun timidly started to appear between the gray clouds and its gleam, through the dirty windows, started to draw on the old bar tables. The warmth from the sunbeams reached Victoria's skin, softly pulling her away from her thoughts, making her look through the stained glass to see that the heavy clouds slowly starting to drift away. The sea was peaceful, and the boats alongside the harbor floated in synchrony with the waves, occasionally knocking against the stone pavement. Such a peaceful sight, Victoria couldn't help but grin, thinking the only some hours before this place was filled with drunk men, singing and shouting songs about their long travels through the sea, enjoying the cover of the night.
Victoria fought to remember pieces of the last evening, but without much success, the only image that came that seemed to have remained was of the environment, the lights, the sounds and the smell of fish. She took the last sip of her coffee, and placed a phew coins on the table before leaving. Outside the old bar there were two middle aged fisherman, who talked between teeth and cursed in every other word, who interrupted their conversation as Victoria passed by. “ Where are you going, princess?” Sneered one of men. “ None of your business, that's for sure.” Victoria snarled without even giving them the satisfaction of a look, shoving her hands inside her hoodie and rushed to walk away. Some humans were more putrid then many dying beasts out there.
The daemoness started to walk along the coast, letting her eyes settle on the horizon. She should probably think of returning to America, or Europe. She had her fun in Australia, but needed to get back in order to get some jobs done, because as always money was nowhere to be seen in her pockets. Her eyes laid on the boats in front of her, the thought of “ borrowing” one crossed her mind, but she sure as hell didn't know how to sail one. Well, that would be the least of her problems. Directing her eyes towards the sea once again, the female could spot a small boat at the distance, she stood still, watching the little figure ,letting her mind wander on how she would proceed her journey.

The male yawned, feeling lazy and not wanting to get up to start the engines. Twirling a finger lazily in the air. he simply willed the water beneath him to begin pushing the catamaran along until the anchor chain stopped her. Alekzander further used the water to lift the chain from the sea bed below him, as it wasn't very far away. Just enough to let the not so natural current push the boat along towards shore. Standing up and stretching he walked over to the controls for the anchor and lifted it and nodded. No need to get people curious as to how his boat was moving with out engines, wind, AND with the anchor still down. He could explain it was a new engine system he was testing one, an electric one or an almost silent one if anybody asked.
Causing the Jenna's Bosom to float in to a pier he grabbed the rat lines and began jumped from the deck to the wooded pier and quickly tied her off and chuckled, looking around. Land, so much less interesting then the sea, though amazing things still happened here as well. Many treasures to find, and not all made of stone or metal. There where many organic ones as well...he watched as two sexy women walked past clad in bikini's that revealed almost as much as they hid. He chuckled and dusted his hands off and strolled along the dock towards his favorite restaurant. A laid back, shack of a place that sold the most amazing home made fried fish and chips he had found around.
Settling upon a seat he waved at the cook who already knew exactly what he got and began cooking the man's food who he had never caught a name for because of the clean cut, substantial bills that he always left as payment and tip instead of plastic funny money. Alekzander thanked the waitress and sipped upon his Arnold Palmer as he watched the people around, listening in to their conversations to see if there was anything of interest floating around today. There hadn't been any wild tales of treasure, pirates, disappearances, or anything else in almost a week and poor Alekzander was getting kind of bored and ready to move on from this place.

Victoria started to mentally go through all the jobs she had been asked to perform in the last month. All she could recall were a couple of boring and badly-paid quests in America, making her letting out a sigh of frustration, it was last place she wanted to go. The boat she was watching robed her attention, snapping her out of her thoughts. It was now closer to land, enough for her to distinguish a man aboard. Suddenly something popped into her head. New Zealand ! In the beginning of the month Victoria had exchanged some night talks with a shapeshifter, back in Lisbon, who seemed to wanted a job done in New Zealand. If the daemoness memory served her right, it was also nicely rewarded. A killing. Not her favorites, but the money would make up for it.
Her mind was set. New Zealand it was.
Now, for transport, she was going to need a boat. A good one. Victoria was no expert in this matter, but she had faith in her lucky hunches. This same hunches made her look again to the boat that was now being tied off by his sailor, weirdly enough Victoria could swear she didn't hear the boat getting closer to shore. Her lips spread in a grin, and her eyes followed the owner inside a restaurant. It was her time to act. Victoria walked at a brisk pace, along the coast, passing the restaurant the man entered. With a quick gaze, she caught a glimpse of the male's face but quickly turned her face again to her real target.
As she got closer, she looked around searching for any troublesome viewers, but was happy to find that the only people present were two girls who were walking away with their backs turned to her. The female jumped on the boat, examining the control panel. “ How do you exactly steal a boat?” Victoria asked herself, wishing she had the time to think that through , staring motionless at the levers and buttons in front of her. “ It can't be that different from a car, can it?” Victoria opened the hatch for the boat wiring, placed her hand inside and charged a spark of electricity into the wires. The grin that formed in her face ,after she heard the sound of the engine roaring, was erased instantaneously as the alarm sound joined in. “ That was not clever at all.” Victoria rushed and tried to untie the boats rope before anyone, specially the owner came running.

The male continued to sip upon his drink slowly, watching the cord of people with waning interest. He sighed and set a twenty dollar bill upon the counter and stood up, stretching like some sort of humanoid cat. He then left the area and slowly began striding down the road, hands stuffed in his pockets gazing around at the flux if humanity, mostly tourists. He continued walking, paying little attention to the worthless mass of humanity, all living pointless meaningless lives that where going nowhere and achieving nothing of any importance.
Suddenly a familiar noise reached his ears he perked up. He glanced aroun and frowned attempting to place the sound with a myriad of noises he had heard. Suddenly the sound registered in Alekzander's mind. It was the revving of an engine of a boat. Not just any boat, but his own boat. Despite the urgency most would find in this instance the male continued to stroll though he did adjust his steps and began wading in the direction of the docks where his vessel was docked. Even from a distance he watched as the a shape was moving about his boat, tugging upon the lines attempting to free the moored ship that as he suspected was started upon the water that he loved so much.
Still in no hurry the male continued walking towards his vessel. When he was within a hundred paces of his ship he finally called out to the shape moving about his vessel, which judging by those amazing hips and bouncing chest was definitely a female. "Excuse me miss! Is there something I can help you with, as you are clearly attpting to steal my boat?" His lips lifted in a smirk, watching the female closely but not moving any closer to stop her or raising his voice to cause an alarm.

“Excuse me miss! Is there something I can help you with, as you are clearly attempting to steal my boat? “ Victoria cursed to herself and raised her head in order to face the male in front of her. The daemoness first reaction was to take a few steps back, maintaining a visual contact with new-comer. He seemed awfully calm, which was never a good sign, also he was clearly not human, which made things a little more unsteady. She attempted to analyze her situation, what roots she had if the man decided to attack her. Running away was reckless and she would lose the boat. Attacking him was not a good idea either, not there. She was hopping he'd hold the same judgment and did not strike Victoria as well, yet she could not rule out that option, so she allowed her hand to slowly feel the Desert Eagle she kept tucked behind her back. “I prefer the term ' borrowing'.

The male raised an eyebrow watching the female before him. She was clearly upset and had not been expecting him to return. His eyes followed her hand as it dropped to a piece upon her hip. He grinned and slowly shook his head. "I wouldn't pull that piece if I was you, probably would be the last thing you would ever do. Borrowing gives an implication that you where going to return my boat which you clearly had no intentions of doing." He looked at the female and stepped towards her slowly as she had stepped away from him.
"Now, my boat is exceedingly expensive. I can not allow you to simply to walk away with that much money, no matter how much I have. So we find ourselves in a little bit of a predicament here don't we?" He raised the eyebrow of his left eye at her and grinned. He had a holster for his pistols, two of them actually that usually resided upon his left hip and under his right arm however he had left the two weapons upon the boat for a simple drink. Not that he needed such weapons to defend himself.

“I was going to return it...eventually.” Victoria's main preoccupation was to assure that she would leave with the boat in her possession. She wasn't exactly concerned about her life, she figured it wasn't really in danger but she needed to find a way to deal with this nuisance. She wasn't going to fight her way out of it, so she was going with another method. If she got close enough to touch him, she could charge an electric stream through his body discretely, not killing him, but certainly knock his lights out. “ You're right... I guess I don't have much choice, now. Just don't hurt me, please.” She pleaded falsely, she cracked her voice intentionally as she stepped towards the male. Victoria removed her hand from her belt as a sign of surrender, and moved slowly towards him. He was considerably larger than the daemoness, it wasn't likely he would feel threaten by the short distance. " Don't call the police, please? I'll leave." She begged convincingly once again.

The male watched the female and chuckled at her words. "I have no intention of harming you, but if you lay a finger upon me...it won't end well." As he spoke he caused a small wave to splash up upon the dock around their feet. The wetness provided three fold protection. He didn't know who this female was, but he didn't trust a thief. If she had abilities, the water could be used to counter fire, ice, and even electricity by redirecting it even though he could himself control electricity. Unfortunately he had not worn shoes, which would have grounded himself. However he had not and so thus had to take measures.
"Police won't be involved, I assure you of that. I don't want any involvement that would put my name on the radar if you catch my drift. However, what I do want is your name and what it is you found it so important to try stealing my boat for, and as I don't really have time to play around I would like it now. Or I shall call the cops. Are we clear?"

Victoria felt her plans falling apart as water gathered around her feet. Water always did make her electricity attacks unpredictable and very hard to control, also Victoria was no idiot. The tide was low, in normal circumstances that small flood would have never happened. Before her was a water elemental. There was no point in following through with the initial plan, now. The female dropped the act and allowed her hands to fall beside her. Her expression changed completely, she was no longer this apprehensive girl, she was now clearly a clearly frustrated woman. There was no way to attack this individual in subtle way, and taking into consideration their current location ,she might as well don't start anything at all. " "Victoria." She spoke bluntly." I'm broke and I need to make my way to New Zealand. Your boat seemed good enough... " There was no point in lying about this. As far as he was concerned she was this random broke girl who had the intention to travel across the sea, even if it wasn't in the most honest of ways.

Alekzander narrowed his eyes at the female but he made no threatening move towards her but neither did he move out of her way. "Well Victoria, I didn't really have any intention of heading towards New Zealand. As to your unfortunate monetary status I am sorry. However I do have my own places to go and things to do. So, I hope you have a nice time." He stepped across the small gap to his boat. He walked across the deck and in to the helm where the wheel was. He opened a draw and withdrew a special pistol, the double side by side barrels ominous. He jabbed the weapon in to the holster upon his hip and sighed looking down at the torn open panel where the female had clearly hot wired his vessel.
Stepping back out he walked to the side of the boat and instead of getting out he grabbed the ratlines and with a flick of his wrists they came loose. Pulling it in to the boat he coiled it then walked to the other one and repeated the process. He looked at the female and finally smiled. "A pleasure making your acquaintance ma'am, but it is time for me to leave. Have a wonderful day." He walked away and to the helm and pushing the throttle forward gently throttling up and pulling away from the dock.

Victoria started examining the other boats around her, looking for alternatives. But unfortunately the male's boat was the only one who seemed to be in decent conditions. Victoria really didn't want to risk having a boat breaking down in the middle of the ocean. " Wait!" She pleaded, this time honestly. She sighed, she hated having to be the one to give in. Wherever the male was about to go, she could take a lift somewhere closer to New Zealand, or if he was in somesort of quest she could propose helping him in change for a ride. " Where are you going to? If you don't mind me asking... " Victoria smirked, aware of her total lack of decency. She had no reason to think that he'd accept her help. He would most likely refuse, since she didn't have much to offer besides her assistance , also she tried to steal his boat, but it wouldn't bring any harm to ask. She took a few steps towards the boat, awaiting for a response.

The male looked at the female and narrowed his eyes. This URL had just attempted to steal his boat, and now she was asking him to give her a ride. How could be possible trust her. Then again, how could he deny a distraught female something as simple as a ride. He paused in his preparations and looked at her standing upon the dock. He simply stated at the girl for a moment then sighed. "Honestly I have no clue. As I seem to have no luck finding anything worth while around these parts I intend to just wander in search of adventure and fortune."
He looked at the female silently for a moment longer then turned away and went to the other side of the vessel and threw the mooring lines off from that side as well, slowly coiling them up. Finishing the male walked to the helm and throttles up the engines preparing to leave. He didn't know this girl and wasn't about to take on the responsibility of watching after her. He pushed the throttle forward more and the boat slowly began gliding from the dock out in to the ocean.

The daemoness was caught off guard by the sound of the engines roaring again. She supported the tip of her left foot on the edge of the boat's hull, and as this one moved further away from the dock, she jumped clumsily inside the catamaran. " I wasn't done talking to you, that was just plain rude." Victoria arched her brow before her expression altered almost immediately and she flashed a smirk.
The female tested her balance inside the boat, walking from one end to another, before she faced the man once again. " I know we started out on the wrong foot, but hey, you can drop me off anywhere near New Zealand. I'll make it up to you. I'll even help you out if you need anything taken care off." Victoria turned her back to him, sitting on small wooden crate " Or you can just try and throw me off, in the middle of ocean, but I'm pretty sure you don't want to that." She crossed her legs as if she was making herself comfortable, determination sparked in the corner of her eyes. Even though she appeared to be relax, her eyes were locked on every moment the sailor made. He seemed peaceful enough but if he came to the conclusion that her insolence was going beyond limits, and somehow considered actually throwing her overboard or just simply attack her, Victoria had to be quick and ready to react.

The male ignored the sarcastic comment the female threw his direction, except for an roll of his eyes. This female seemed determined to continue with him and annoy him further. He sighed and continued driving the ship. As her lips and vocal cords continue to generate words his annoyance level increased exponentially. Finally he turned away from the wheel as stormed over to the female and stared at her with a hard brittle gaze. He created currents beneath the vessel, directing it where he wanted instead of using the steering wheel.
"Look, MA'AM," he made the second word almost sarcastic, "I don't know who you are or who you are use to dealing with, but we are going to get one thing straight now. This is my boat, and you tried to steal it. That puts you a little low on my give a damn level. Secondly, I don't need help. I don't need money, something you seem to have issues with, I don't need protection as I can protect myself. I lastly do NOT NEED," as he spoke these last words his hand slipped his pistol from his holster and pressed tip against her forehead between her eyes, the twin holes of the double barrels indenting her flesh slightly, " a mouth female thief telling me what to do when I could place a gullet in her brain and dump her lifeless corpse over the side and never deal with her again. Are we clear?"
Alekz was not usually so rude, however a thief annoyed him something fierce, and one who e upon his ship uninvited and proceeded to bark orders at him like he was some sort of shiphand. These where things he was not going to tolerate, even from a clearly poor homeless female matter her species.
