I am posting this in here because it's kind of a request. I have these creatures, and can get more information on it. If one of the admins likes or whatever, tell me and I'll give all the information on them. I'll only post more if the admins allow me to. ManticoreThe manticore (Early Middle Persian Martyaxwar; Βάρἰκος Baricos in Greek) is a legendary creature similar to the Egyptian sphinx. It has the body of a red lion, a human head with three rows of sharp teeth (like a shark), and a trumpet-like voice. Other aspects of the creature vary from story to story. It may be horned, winged, or both. The tail is that of either a dragon or a scorpion, and it may shoot poisonous spines to either paralyze or kill its victims. It devours its prey whole. It leaves no clothes, bones, or possessions of the prey behind. During the early centuries, it was often believed that when a person would go missing, it was evidence that it was caused by a manticore and that manticore were real. The creature's feet may be those of a dragon, but are most often described as the paws of a lion. Its size ranges from the size of a lion to the size of a horse. It is also mistaken as a bearded man when seen from a distance. ShenlongShenlong, also Shen-lung, (simplified Chinese: 神龙; traditional Chinese: 神龍; pinyin: shén lóng, literally "spirit dragon", Japanese: 神竜 Shinryū) is a spiritual dragon from Chinese mythology who is the master of storms and also a bringer of rain. He is of equal significance like Tianlong, the celestial dragon. The spiritual dragons are azure-scaled and govern the wind, clouds and rain, on which all agricultural life depends.Chinese people would take great care to avoid offending them, for if they grew angry or felt neglected, the result was bad weather, drought, flood or thunderstorms. PhoenixThe phoenix (Ancient Greek: Φοῖνιξ, phoÃnix, Persian: ققنوس, Arabic: العنقاء) is a mythical sacred firebird that can be found in the mythologies of the Persians, Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Chinese, and (according to Sanchuniathon) Phoenicians. A phoenix is a mythical bird that is a fire spirit with a colorful plumage and a tail of gold and scarlet (or purple, blue, and green according to some legends). It has a 500 to 1000 year life-cycle, near the end of which it builds itself a nest of twigs that then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young phoenix or phoenix egg arises, reborn anew to live again. The new phoenix is destined to live as long as its old self. In some stories, the new phoenix embalms the ashes of its old self in an egg made of myrrh and deposits it in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis (literally "sun-city" in Greek). It is said that the bird's cry is that of a beautiful song. The Phoenix's ability to be reborn from its own ashes implies that it is immortal, though in some stories the new Phoenix is merely the offspring of the older one. In very few stories they are able to change into people.

Love the ideas, but I think we can find a better picture for manticore...that looks nothing like one, looks like some sort of perverted dragon... Here. Now that my friend is a manticore.

We've already got a picture of a manticore that was suggested some time ago by Tamreta. It's in the suggestions board. The phoenix is, in the roleplay something that people made up because of the transformation of the fire elementals (Phoenix Transformation).
The Shen-Lung, however, I could work with.
I'll look more at this later.

We could however make that picture into something of a demon dragon. A dragon possessed by a demon soul, perverted in to nothing less then a shadowy image of itself once-self and then it could be a quest monster because it is ravaging north america and can't be stopped. A blood crazed, rogue demon dragon.....
Just an idea though

Please don't. I already have to deal with you guys, and a crazy demon dragon would be much too tantalizing for me to pass up feeding with...fresh blood XD

It's kinda to small to be a dragon though lol, so maybe like a Demonic winged dog.

How about we give it an original name, yeah? Demon Dog is far too silly to be taken seriously.

Lol Locutus. And it could still be a twisted dragon, size or not. It could have cast shrink upon itself. However....
Locutus gave the good idea. Why not have a pack of ten of those things that you have to kill. That would be a pretty awesome battle.
