Can I combine things like create Electricity with my Plant 3? Making Vines that emit electricity? Hey in real life they would die but this is Distension... Magic and such... Would it not be possible? What about Ice or Fire creation? Could I make Giant plants that shoot fire or ice?

The question is actually very simple: No to the majority of it because you have the powers and not the plants. You COULD make it look like the plants where doing such things....like a plant fire a ball of fire but in reality it would be you making the fireball and firing it but the plant could LOOK like it was. Kinda a strange explanation but ya get it?

understandable. Makes sense, I would technically be doing it but it would appear that the plant is doing it. Like how I make it seem like the plants are amplifying emotions even though it is my innate ability.

Exactly!! The only way I could see to actually make the plants possibly do those themselves is through the bioengineering ability. Have somebody mix say a plant and an electrical eel together...
