As you may have noticed, when you are not logged on, there is a new background. All accounts made from this point on shall permanently see this new background, but old members must manually change it from their profiles.
To do so, go to Profile > Edit Profile > Settings
Scroll down to Forum Theme and choose NVP: Dark Flowers.
