The first thing one would notice is her bright piercing blue eyes. Pandora is average in height with straight black hair, usually kept a short length. Many would find her attractive, almost exotic with such a high contrast between her hair and skin color. She can look innocent and deadly depending how she looks at you. Like her brother, Pandora admires and appreciates nature but prefers the night sky.
Pandora is a bit of a trouble maker. She wouldn't do anything too harmful unless you piss her off. She does get angry fairly quick. She can also get quite jealous when her brother pays too much attention to other people, especially women. He is her only family left and doesn't want to lose him. She will often choose to hate whoever shows interest in him. Her brother is the only reason she's still alive.
She knows the gods exist, but does not worship them. She does have some respect for Locutus.

Pandora Rei was born and raised in a small town of Werebeasts in Russia with her older brother Hosi and her parents. They were a close family. Shortly after she turned five, her parents were murdered.
One night while Hosi and Pan were sleeping, a strange man came to their house. The man shot and killed her mother and father while they were downstairs, and came up with the intention of doing the same to her and her brother. But Hosi protected her, and the man fled leaving them alone with the bodies of their parents. Pandora didn't get a good look at him but the image is stuck in her head. She wants revenge.
The two children bounced around different homes. No one would keep them long because they were wild. Pandora was always misbehaving and causing trouble. No one would replace her parents so she wouldn't bother trying. She loves her grandfather but feels like there is less of a connection between them compared to him and Hosi. It's not his fault though. Pandora doesn't connect well with others.
Her brother helped her discover her Werebeast abilities while finally settling down with her grandfather. He provided them with everything money could buy, but she didn't care much for money. Growing up, she always thought about the murderer and getting revenge someday. She would pick fights with people stronger than her and force herself to toughen up. Pandora can also make people feel pain without laying a hand on them. She discovered this one day when she became angry at someone for talking shit about her brother. Watch out for the girl with a short fuse who finds enjoyment in torturing the ones who piss her off.

She feels like he might be hiding something from her, but he is family and her best friend. She trusts him with her life. The girl spends a lot of time at random bars, often upsetting Hosi with her actions. The two travel together to find the man who ruined their life.
