Degare Moore Laurent
theme song:; Hot, Hot, Hot by Alphonsus Cassel
description:; Charming, classy (some might say cheesy), yet electric personality is what sums Degare up the best. He is often known for his brown mohawk, more importantly for his fascination with Halloween; thus, the semi permanent face paint of a skull he wears hardly ever leaves his face when he goes out into public. Heavy lidded green eyes peer out from a well sculpted European face and it is with great care that he chooses his what some would call quirky wardrobe. He always sticks to Halloween colors, most notably green, purple, orange and some black ( green being his favorite color). His body is conditioned well however in fights he can dish out more than he can take, and it can present a problem for him if he lacks team support. He generally hates being left alone and sticks to having a few close friends that he can rely on. He's struggled in the past with a serious case of bipolar disorder, his "downs" being really "down" as well as having maniac episodes. During those times he'd also suffer from blackouts in which he emotionally snaps and does something he often regrets (like killing someone who didn't deserve it) with little to no recollection of the event. On the back of his neck is a tribal-esque tattoo that wraps around the front a little.

He wields a sister katana that matches his half-brother's blade as a symbol of their brotherhood to have each other's backs.
Usually a black hoodie with a skeleton design on it, a belt with skull images, bright orange tee shirt that has bats on it and a pair of pants that have flame colors working up the side. But pretty much anything like cobwebs, bats, spiders, halloween cats, often decorates his wardrobe (aside from a few things with flames on them).

background:;Degare never had a simple life. He grew up in Luxembourg with a loving step-father and mother (he has a half-brother as well who lived with a different father); however, as he grew into his teen years his mother's health had started to decline and although his father was a renowned scientist, he was unable to figure out what the disease was that plagued her. As a result his father spent less and less time with him and Degare started to resent that and became jealous. He befriended a stray terrier he named Pogo and took to teaching himself lessons on his acoustic guitar and banjo. One unfortunate day the kid snapped and pushed his father out of an open window of the three story apartment complex. For a long time afterwards Degare felt like the worst person on the face of the planet--and he was also terrified because he couldn't for the life of him recall exactly what happened, just that his step-dad's guts were now decorating the ground several feet below him.
Degare even though he was no scientist tried to continue where his father left off with the cure for his rapidly declining mother. Unfortunately a third party started to storm the laboratory in which he was working (wanting the "cure"), and out of panic Degare spilled a few chemicals here and there waking up something dormant in him--the ability to use fire. Naturally when this occurred the entire lab was burned down but miraculously the teen was able to escape with little damage to himself. He spent the next several years growing up in a run down neighborhood having to fend for himself taking what jobs he could here and there as a merc; he met his half-brother a few times, learning rather quickly that Dominic was just as insane and cruel as the rest of his relatives, and Degare even went as far as to save Dominic from serving a demon overlord and helped him reclaim some of his sanity later down the road.
A best friend assisted Degare with therapy and medication to help calm down the bipolar episodes he was having. He now tries to serve what's left of the world as a wannabe hero (he has the habit of reading a lot of comic books) but also sees the necessity in ending some people's lives...though at the end of the day he feels entirely bad about it.

While he's currently not in a faction, he does look for work wherever he winds up. He places his bets on Warren Reed most often because it's by sheer luck he's made it out of sticky situations in the past.
