Ulfrich description:;
Ulfrich is a very quiet, shy young lad. Though young is not necessarily true. He is quiet old, though he remains young in mind and heart and body due to a strange cosmic occurance when he was born on leap day, which also made him into an angel. He does not speak, having lost his vocal cords to a Nazi experiment. He keeps to himself usually, remaining to himself.

background:;
Tristen Ulfrich Steiner was born in Mannhiem, Germany on February 29th, 1924. (Leap year and leap year day) When he was born with charcoal black wings, it was clear to everybody he was not a simple human being, if he was indeed human at all. His father blamed his mother of infidelity and named the child Ulfrich, a drunked slur upon Ulfric which means wolf in German, implying the son was a bastard child and went began drinking exceptionally heavy.His mother loved him dearly, and protected him as best as she could from his father's drunken rages, which was not very well.
The young boy aged slowly, unlike how other boys would grow. The doctors claimed it was bad genetics, a queir mutation which also gave him the odd wing like protrusions upon his back. Religious people claimed he was sent from heaven to judge man, an angel from heaven. His drunken father simply blamed it upon his slutting, cheating wife.
So the boy grew until one day his father hit a major drunken rage and began beating the boy violently. His mother cried in the corner, unable to stop her husband as he attacked Ulfrich. The drunk man grabbed a kitchen knife and vowed to fix the boy, and seized his right wing and hacked the appendage off in a fountain of flowing blood and a storm of flying feathers.
Time passed, and a war started, being called the second great war, World War 2. Ulfrich's father was called upon to serve in the German military, and he thankfully left the family to fight in the war and was never heard from again, presumably dead on a field of battle. Then tragedy struck Ulfrich's life. On December 16th, 1940 his mother was killed in a bombing performed by RAF on the city of Mannheim. The boy was found by the Nazis, and taken away to be experimented on because of his unique abilities to generate and control electricity and his longevity.
Two years past, and thousands of needles pierced the boy's arms, stealing his blood. Horrific tortures where conducted to see what the boy could handle and deal with, and disgusting experiments where performed upon him in the name of science to harness his electrical powers enhanced strength and healing to further their war efforts. The scientists even grew tired of hearing the boy's screams of agony and sorrow and surgically removed his vocal cords and cauterized the wound, silencing him forever.
Finally, the end came. The war ended, and the young boy was rescued by American soldiers from his prison. Horrified by what they saw had happened to the boy, they took him to America where Ulfrich spent time in a military hospital to recuperate. After, he was sent home to Germany. Having become extremely distrustful of people, especially power hungry human beings, he began to shy away from them, even going out of his way to avoid them. The few who have gotten to know the boy found it excrutiatingly slow and tedious to let the boy open up to them. However, after he had, they found he became rather clingy, clutching to them for strength and emotional support.
However, despite his weaknesses, Ulfrich should not be underestimated. He is a brilliant fighter, having learned to fight his drunk father off himself and his mother. Taking it to the next level, he even fought against the Nazi guards who imprisoned him. Several times he killed a couple, and almost escaped only to be overwhelmed by their sheer numbers.
