Gargoyle Knocker, Trow, Foreignforg, Gargoyle Overview Goblins are mythological creatures that were written down in folklore many times. They were often thrown in the same lot as the Fae, being considered ‘Fairies’ of some type. They are tricksters that love to mess with human lives through direct influence or theft when they are really in a mood to pull practical jokes. Although their meddling is usually harmless, some accidently cause the death of their victims. Goblins have a fascination to gold, gems, and other valuable shiny items. Subspecies Knocker – The Knocker Goblins tend to be in near contact with humans. Standing at about 3-4 feet tall, they appear fairly normal except for gray skin like stone. Their name derives from the knocking sound before a cave-in. Knockers live in abandoned caves, and many feel differently about miners who invade. If a Knocker favors the miners, he will make a light knocking that will warn the humans in the mine. However, if they feel disrespected, they will knock hard in order to cause the cave-in. Knockers often live alone, and children are sent off at ten years of age. Trow - Even though they can sometimes use their powers to look like a human, they are normally old and slightly deformed in addition to being stunted and short. Even when born, they have old looking faces, and reach maturity at 9 years of age. Trows are considered to be nocturnal as well to the point where they are never seen in the sunlight. However, their outside appearances at night are rare since they are invisible to most humans. Their earthen-mound dwellings are said to be spectacular sights to behold as they are covered in gold and silver and only the finest of food and wine is served there. Foreignforg – At the same height as humans, these creatures have green skin with pointed ears. The Foreignforg are known as marvelous blacksmiths, with a knack to make sturdy and light weapons. Some believe it is a magical spell that they merely cast on ordinary swords and armours, but a Foreignforg would never let anyone watch them work. They have long spindly fingers that possess a third knuckle to maximize their dexterity. It takes about 15-18 years for a Foreignforg to reach full height, but they are not considered adults until they have made their first sword. Gargoyle – Once believed to be their own race, the Gargoyles are but a subspecies of Goblins. Like their cousins the Knockers, gargoyles have gray skin, however there is so rough in appearance it could be mistaken for stone. They may harden their skin to be similar for the stone they are mistaken for, and are the only of their species to possess wings. They stand at about four-six feet in height, maturing at 13. Some are quite humanoid, while others resemble closer to beasts from nightmares. Innate Abilities Foreignforgs are naturally good at crafting, and can magically enchant their items with 'Endow'.
