The forest was quiet on this particular evening. Birds flew, crickets chirped quietly, and the forest seemed at peace..But the peace was simply meant to be broken.
A large foot, elongated in size with sharp claws on the end, stamped down on the top of the hill, cracking a large stick and causing nearby birds to flee in surprise. As the creature looked about, he registered that it had...come here before. Standing at nearly 7 feet, the creature seemed to be that of a tiger standing on two feet with scars running across its body, as if it had fought a huge creature recently..
This area was near one of his homes...His human homes.
Grabbing his face suddenly, he howled in anger, bashing his head and ripping apart bark on the nearest tree. Grabbing it, he felt him snap off a large branch and throw it as hard as he could, far off into the distance. Turning to the tree, he began to hit it as hard as he could, feeling his knuckles bleed. He could feel the rage rip at him, but he could feel it lessening as he stood there, returning to his senses... quietly and slowly, clearing the dirt from his unused vocal cords, the creature spoke in a quiet voice to himself...
"My name is Vrases Claudt.. Im german by birth, a hitman by trade, and a werecreature.. and Im still breathing."
The red haze lifted from his eyes as he spoke, his mind began to work again and he could feel his higher thinking come back after months of being unused. How long had it been since he had done so? Vrases could remember everything before this. His other half, his primal side, had began to become stronger as he neglected to indulge it; allow it to roam free in their TRUE home. Hating the world of man and what it was becoming, he couldn't resist the call to return anymore..to return home. Try and contain it, he knew he had to do so in order to keep his sanity. To deny yourself the right to roam free... "well" he though, smiling condescendingly to himself, "is to be no better than a regular human."
Packing nothing, Vrases had given his friend the keys to his hotels, a multi-million dollar enterprise, and left, telling no one. No one had known where he had gone, what he was doing, or why...Vrases had simply vanished like a puff of smoke, as if he was a ghost that no one could follow.
And that how he liked it...or at least he thought so.
He had teleported to a place that was deep forest, where no human or creature, be they hunter or demon, could think of finding him. Having no idea where he was, he had changed and simply ran free like his ancestors before him. And it had felt good. No stress, no deadlines, no drama, nothing. All there was was the will to survive and hunt. He had returned to his roots, and he had felt exhilarated in every moment of doing it...But something had called him back to the world of humans. There were still people to love, places to go, things to enjoy..and people to kill.
It was clear to him as he stood there, gazing over the forest; Vrases was coming home.
Taking a deep breath, the creature began to shrink, his bones cracking and breaking, shaping back into a human form. The familiar ache and silent screams erupting from his mouth seemed so distant, not having done them in what seemed like an eternity. After a few excruciating moments of pain, where once stood a tall and intimidating creature of the wild stood an imposing, dark featured man with his clothes he had set out with...Albeit a tad dirty. Cracking his neck and knuckles, Vrases gazed over the forest as the sun began to set and smiled sadly; he would miss this place...But he had to return to civilization; there was work to do. Hardening his expression, he turned and dissipated into the darkness.
"that was a week ago, but it felt like so long ago.. I think i'm losing it." Shaking his head, the tall man kicked his dangling limbs over the side of the building he was on top of as he bobbed his head to the music. Taking a deep drag of his cigarette, he exhaled and gazed into the darkness of the city, smiling as he saw everything as clear as day. New York was as alive as he had seen last time when he was here months ago; it seemed to possess a feeling of timelessness, one that Vrases could appreciate. Taking a swing from the bottle he carried in his small bag, he grabbed a small notebook out of his sack and looked over the notes of his little black book. Cigarette in mouth, Vrases jotted down more notes on what he had to do in the near future; until then, he was relaxing and enjoying all the fine things civilization had to offer... But he knew what he had to do. sending a silent prayer to his god, he hoped he would answer this one; he had much to do. glancing over a small, ripped up picture of a familiar face with pink hair he had in his notebook, he folded it up quietly and placed it into the pages silently.
It was time to catch up with old friends and wreck havoc.."Just like I was meant to... Its time to cause mayhem again." he thought to himself, smiling maniacally and feeling his fangs elongate in anticipation as he took a long swig of Jack Daniels.

For once, Leta was being herself. Well, as much of herself as she ever was. This was a cat with nine-lives and the personality to match. But, he’d called her here, hadn’t he? He’d prayed to the Gods and this, well, this beautiful redhead was his reward. Maybe it wasn’t what he’d had in mind but she knew the beast in him would take pleasure from the almond shape of her crystal eyes, the feminine curve of her hips and the feline aroma that danced and pulsed from her skin.
She didn’t even pause to get his attention, or say hello, or greet him in any manner that could be considered marginally normal. No, letting her inner-kitty-kat take a little control she brushed her fingers up the length of his arm, letting her arm lay lazily across the back of his shoulder as she pressed her bust into his skin and whispered, darkly into his ear; “That you’re girlfriend, hot stuff?”
Her voice was like gravel and sugar, it was beautiful and haunting and terribly dangerous. But then, so was everything about this demi-god. She was loved for her beauty and her mystery, she was loathed for her lies and feared for the games that was precious to play. She was an enigma and a riddle and right now she was absolutely oozing with animal magnetism as she let her lips brush, tenderly, across the back of his neck. “Buy a goddess a drink and we’ll see what we can do about answering those prayers and making your dreams come true.” She practically purred.
~~ Sorry it's a 'tad' shorter than yours, but your turn Vrases Claudt BTW, Hi! Nice to see you again

Sitting on the edge of the building still, he felt the light brush of feminine hands stroke his arm as he quietly put away the rumpled picture away. He knew that voice, and he chuckled throatily as he heard that familiar seductive voice speak about the picture. Feeling her chest press against his back, he smiled mischievously to himself. Putting his notebook on his lap, he traced his hand up her left arm and felt his claws sharpen as he traced them on her arm enticingly, speaking in a nonchalant manner "since when has that mattered to you?"
"so shes the one who answers to my prayers now, huh?" the were thought to himself, smiling. "Not exactly a bad thing." Feeling her lips brush tenderly against his skin set spasms through the creatures body, eliciting a slight growl on instinct. Ever since he had come back to society the werecreature was still adjusting back to the human norms of social acceptableness; in the wild, there was no need for it. Unfortunately, however, he wasn't there anymore; but this was a highly entertaining alternative. And this was someone who understood him at a primal base that no one had done since his childhood...and oh how entertaining it was.
Turning his head slightly to look back at the demi-goddess's face, he used his still somewhat sharp hands and cupped her chin between his claws tenderly yet flirtatiously and gazed into her eyes "well it seems my prayers have been answered already..now what to do about my dreams, hm?" He spoke with with confidence and a demeanor that he always did when dealing with her; he had looked forward to seeing her again in truth. Yes, she wasn't what she had expected...but that did not mean that he was complaining.
Letting go of her chin, he still felt at ease; he had been around her so often that he simply acted as he always did. Metaphorically swishing his tail back and forth, he looked at her and could feel his primal self circling and pacing around her like he would do with someone of their own kind. Putting his notebook into his small backpack, he turned around and could feel himself radiating primal animistic feelings off of himself...It had been to long since he had done so, and it felt oh so good.
Taking in her appearance one more time, he tucked away his ipod and as he did so "and where might you want to get this drink? My treat of course..." He said, smiling ferally at her and he bit his lip ever so slightly at her, tracing his hands up and down her leg as he spoke. He radiated as much enticing feelings in response to her own, knowing full well that the game they played was to both of their liking.. She knew the game they played as well as he did; it was just something that both cats liked to do...And oh, how much fun it was, he thought to himself as he ran he ran his claws up her arm once more.

She felt a sharpening pinch of pins on her arm and realised he was losing himself to that feral instinct, if only enough to call free his claws. Her eyes flickered to the notebook that he tried to hide and the picture that was hidden within it. She was also well aware that he hadn’t yet answered her question. What did he want snooping around a little hunter? Wasn’t he a better sort of blood than that? Her eyes sparkled and glowed as they followed his movements and watched him put the notebook away.
Leta had grown up being a Ward to Forgery, God of lies, so she knew her way well around the game. But more interestingly she’d been a playmate and lover to the recently MIA Loc, God of the nature- this creatures god no doubt. So perhaps that why she was here, perhaps that was why she had answered his calling. Maybe there was something nostalgic about the way she was feeling and that in turn encouraged her to take out a little go-time with this cat. He’d never be as bold or as bright as the beast she remembered and had, probably, come to love in her own way, but maybe he would give her intelligence a stretch and coax her out of the rut she’d been feeling of late.
And his hands couldn’t get enough of her could they?
Still, she wasn’t done with her dirty tricks.
“Let’s go to a bar, get horribly hammered and end up back at your place.” She winked at him, her lips perfectly pouted and enticing.
But she didn’t stay that way, it wasn’t in her nature to be seen in public as herself.
“Just let me get changed.” She purred for him, pressing closer to him once more.
While she had an array of faces and personas to choose from, and while Danni would be the perfect seductress for this evenings events she had a much more horrible game ahead of him. A class A shape shifter, she had a talent for making herself unrecognisable. Though, as her hair started to melt from it’s burgundy to a soft pink, she knew she’d be more than recognisable to him.
Her figure melted and stretched, skin paling and becoming more ghostly, features becoming more sharp and slender. She lost the granite in her gaze and instead her eyes stared back at him, like puddles, full of the wounded look that his little lady wore in the picture he carried. She even managed to mimic the scaring on the girl’s wrists and the numerous piercings in her ears.
Leta’s transformation into Rae lasted all of ten seconds and when it was complete the girl was still pressed in to him and whispered; “Isn’t that what you want, baby, to go back to yours and get feral?”

Smirking as he listened to her proposition, he watched for a moment and said "Sounds like a good time." As he gazed over her as she leaned away fora moment, he watched in slight bemusement as she shifted, but he frowned slightly as he began to see what she was doing. She had changed into Rae...
Quietly, he watched as she spoke of getting feral at his place, watching the toying creature in front of him take the visage of the lost girl. Silently, he turned his legs around from over the side of the building and looked at her as she put on the familiar smirk that he had known and come to adore. Not saying a word, he traced his hand down the side of her cheek, feeling the familiar smooth, marble like skin underneath his hand. Tracing his hand over the edge of her neck, he spoke surprisingly softly "you enjoy toying with me, I know. I enjoy it as well; I like this little game that we play, you and I..."
But just as soon as the gentleness had entered his voice it came crashing out and an edge that he hadn't used in a long time reared its ugly head. "but sometimes the kitty just doesn't like getting toyed with and his claws come out." Placing his hand on her throat that he had used to trace her face, he felt his muscles contract in his arm, wanting so hard to squeeze that paltry, toying look that she had...but he didn't squeeze his hand in the slightest. Oh how he wanted to send this woman to the afterlife, and his primal being was snarling and bashing against its cage in approvement, but he didn't...wouldn't. Couldn't, in fact.
Deep down, Vrases knew she was just toying with him; hell, that was her domain, and she reveled in it. She was powerful, and although that wouldn't have stopped him from making the choice to start something, he knew that if he ever wanted to complete what he was after, he couldnt fight her... In fact, he didn't want to now. Smirking, he let his hand drop down and watched her with slit eyes, still feeling his heart pounding. "That's fairly good impression; you even got her wrists down par...but you're missing one part thats not in the picture." he said, grinning slightly at her. She had missed one scar that Rae had showed him when she had stayed at his home, giving him slight solace that she wasnt actually rae the whole time. At least there was the slight silver lining to her action.
Stretching his arms and neck out, he breathed out heavily while he gazed at the woman. Now it was his turn for tricks. "So now that loc is gone from the other world, you reply to all of his followers when they ask? I can recall I only have one patron that I would call my god... Who would of thought that someone as mighty as you" he said, leaning closer to her pushing one of the pink locks away from her face gently and cautiously "would end up being alone and be curious as to where the ever so elusive god must have gone... Too bad he didn't tell you where he dissapeared to." He said mysteriously and nonchalantly, gazing over the creature that sat in front of him.
It was no new fact to Vrases and his kind that Loc had left the gods plain; he had done so with giving no reason to his loyal people... but he was their patron, their god. He had blessed them for their service to nature, and in turn they were his loyal soldiers...and soldiers always knew where their commander was. still leaning into the girl, he traced one of his fingers over the top of her knee down to her thigh, continuing their game as he swished his tail metaphorically from side to side. "lets go get fucked up at a bar...then go to my place. You might learn something that could be to your advantage love... just like I am right now." he said, tensing his muscles ever so slightly like a tiger would before jumping. smirking and with a toying attitude , he mischievously said "I thought you wanted to get feral baby? Don't tell me you thought I was one of your pathetic human toy things you pick up in the bar and toss to the side,.." He said, mockingly giving her a slightly pouty face. Turning his head slightly and looking into her eyes in primal directness, he clacked his teeth together slightly, licking his teeth and lips slightly and enticingly as he did so while gazing at the pink haired woman.

It was important to released that Leta had never met Rae, that she had seen the girl from afar when Varos was watching her, but she hadn’t really ever interacted with Rae. Still, she knew enough to muddle her way through this. Equally, Leta wasn’t trying to actually be Rae, she was enjoying being herself in Rae’s skin, just to mess with his head. So when he reached out and stroked her cheek she leant into it. Leta didn’t know that Rae didn’t like being touched, she didn’t know that the girl would’ve frozen, so she leant into his hand and smiled doe-like.
Of course he used the word that turned her on. Game. Yes, this was all a game to her, everything was just a game to her. Life being the biggest of all of those games and sometimes, sometimes you just had to lose…but only if, in the long run it helped you win. Most of what Leta did was a power play.
His fingers slipped from her cheek to her throat and she let him have his hand there, let it tighten of her skin. There was no fear in those azure eyes that stared up at him, the was no pain- as Rae would show- but a hardened coldness as he grabbed her and thought he could best win this game by dominating her physically. And so, because he hadn’t given her a chance to step back and be unharmed, she didn’t give him a chance to avoid her next move-
She could do so much to him, could wield so much power that she could crush him like a bug. But she didn’t, she simply sent him a warning shot. That while they were playing they were only going to get physical on her terms. It was another reminder that this wasn’t really his pink haired beauty but a monster underneath. Leta tsked, softly, pouting those plush rosy lips and tugged on the electrical buzz in the nearby street lamp. The lamp crackled and hissed and then the electricity bounced right out of it- a small jolt would hit him on the back of the neck- not enough to hurt him because that wasn’t her game.
His hand dropped.
"So now that Loc is gone from the other world, you reply to all of his followers when they ask? I can recall I only have one patron that I would call my god... Who would of thought that someone as mighty as you.."
Laughter peeled from Rae’s lips
"would end up being alone and be curious as to where the ever so elusive god must have gone... Too bad he didn't tell you where he disappeared to."
She wasn’t there to give him the satisfaction of the comment, just bounce back with a point of her own. “And who would’ve thought someone as fierce as you would fall at the hands of a mortal as pathetic as this-“ she motioned the body she was wearing, and smiled. “Too bad she left you on your own again, huh? Too bad she walked away from you- again- despite the fact that you want her, you want her and she won’t let you have her.”
Leta span in a circle; the pink hair that she wore flicking out flirtatiously. “And how badly do you long to own her? To possess her? We both know you’re an animal and that you’ll hurt her eventually because she won’t leave you any other choice.”
