Alysia is a small lass, still being a young individual. Her spider body is about four and half feet tall, with her waist to the top of her head being another four feet tall making her eight and half feet tall. She has a small, heart shaped face framed by shoulder length auburn hair that she usually has tied back. Her body is petite, not muscular or anything. background:;
Alysia was born in the mountains of Nysa, deep inside of a cave along with hundreds of her other sibling to their single mother in the normal way weaver offspring are created. Riding upon their mother’s back, they stuck close to the older protective mother. However not even Weavers are immortal or unstoppable. A hungry caspariak enter the cave and attacked their mother, chasing her from the cave in her desperation to survive and protect the offspring riding upon her back. Many of the offspring fell off, sometimes being trampled and some possibly escaping while some managed to hang on to her back as well until the dangerous predator finally caught their mother and killed her. The offspring finally scattered, attempting to avoid the savage predator that attacked them one by one.
Alysia ran for her life, dodging and weaving every which way she could to avoid the savage beast that was much larger then herself with much more strength. However the caspariak eventually caught her, and pinning her down she prepared to died. However, at the last second like wraith from the shadows a Silent Death dropped down upon caspariak and began to feast upon the beast. Alysia wriggled out from the massive paws, and running for her life she moved down away from the mountains and ended up with in the forests of Nysa. This was an extremely difficult place for a Weaver to live, however she somehow managed to do it. Many of the creatures, not use to weavers found her webs sticky and trapping. She also dug up plants and roots, eating these as well whenever she could disliking the killing she had to do to get her food. She spent the days hunkered in nest in a thick part of the woods, where she weaved saplings together with her silk and branches above her to block out almost all the sunlight during the day so she could hide and rest during the daylight hours and hunt during the night.
During one of her nighttime forages, Alysia found a young chlorai without mother or father to help protect and guard it. Having a large heart, and knowing how it felt to be with no parental guidance the young weaver took the chlorai in and helped her as best as she could. Being young herself, and not chlorai she did not know much however tried her best to simply make it by. They lived simple lives, but Alysia was simply not doing well enough to take complete care of herself. She ate very little, just enough everyday to stay alive because she didn’t like killing the creatures around her. She didn’t like fighting, so thus if things attacked their home Alysia would move instead of stand her ground forcing her to waste time and energy making a new shelter to hide in during the day for herself and night time for her chlorai friend, companion, and sister. One day, not feeling very well the weaver girl heard voices in the forest, voices of a different kind and style then she had ever heard before. In desperate, she sought out the newcomers in a hope they would take the young chlorai with them so that the little plant-girl would survive.
Much to her surprise, the female gorgon and male reaper that she found didn’t just adopt the little chlorai, but her as well and took the two girls back with them, away from Nysa to a new place. A strange place filled with two legged beings called Humans, beings who didn’t very much like to supernatural beings. So Alysia learned how to shape shift, to change her form to a more appealing and less distraught shape the human’s wouldn’t scream and yell about while grabbing cans of this foul liquid and constantly trying to spray her with it. However she never hated them, nor wanted to get revenge. Instead she set herself up as a seamstress, weaving clothing from her own silk spun from her body in to magnificent clothing and other cloth materials. She loved seeing people’s faces light up when she presented them with a beautiful new dress, shirt, skirt, pants, ties, and even socks though she found the idea of wear socks a little silly.
