Elemental Ice, Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, Electric, Light, Dark Overview Elementals are, simply put, Humans that can control some specific element and are immune to that same element. Typically, they have attitudes and outlooks similar to their element (i.e. Fire Elementals are often warm, but unpredictable, Ice Elementals are often cold and calculating, Light Elementals are often cheery and happy, etc. (Not always, though)). Elementals are known to live up to 120 years old. All Elementals have a special ability called a Transformation, which they may perform once every month, in game (so you don't have to wait a month OOC). This Transformation varies by element. Also, every Elemental derives his/her power from a specific “Holy Artifact”, which must not be destroyed. If a Holy Artifact is destroyed, Elementals who use that element will be stripped of their power and unable to use the elements ever again. They will become Human. This is usually considered worse than death. The Holy Artifacts are all hidden within the land where the Elementals originate from. Many of these places have had cities built ontop of them. The Holy Artifact is always protected by a fierce guardian, more powerful than any quest creature. Subspecies There are few physical differences between Elementals, mostly things like eye colour (fire Elementals have warm shades like brown, while water Elementals tend to have blue eyes). The major differences between Elementals lay in their abilities, and the location of their Holy Artifacts. The locations of the Holy Artifacts: Fire: In Heliopolis Water: In Atlantis Ice: In Stalingrad Air: In Athens Earth: In Petra Light: In Paris Dark: In Dresden Electric: In Kinshasa Innate Abilities Fire elementals can use 'Phoenix Transformation' to become a bird made of fire. They can also manipulate their element with 'Pyromania'. Water Elemantals have 'Leviathan Transformation', which is essentially a massive fish-whale with surprisingly fast swimming speed. They can also manipulate their element with 'Jet Steam' and breathe in water (does not mean they can handle the pressure of deep water). Ice Elementals have 'Frozen Hydra Transformation', and become a multi-headed beast with freezing breath. They can also manipulate their element with 'Ice Creation'. Wind Elementals use 'Pegasus Transformation', and become a magnificent horse with wings. The Pegasus is the fastest flying creature of all. They can also manipulate their element with 'Control Storms'. Earth Elementals use 'Stone Golem Transformation', and become a giant monster, their skin literally stone. They can also harden their skin to be similar to stone when they are human, with 'Stone Flesh'. Light Elementals can use 'Mirror Image Transformation' to make 12 identical copies of the caster. The copies can do different things, and even interact with physical objects. However if 'killed', they will simply vanish. Light Elementals possess improved night vision, as their eyes can pick up on light particles most cannot see. However they cannot see in complete darkness. They can use 'Plasmatic Orbs', which is the ability to create two orbs of plasma that can be as big as tennis balls (any size smaller is fine) that are controllable by the elemental up to ten feet before they disperse Dark Elementals use 'Poltergeist Transformation'. They become a ghostly apparition that can affect others but are impossible to physically harm. Vulnerable to light-based magic, and the Sword of Crusaders. This transformation can only be used for three hours. They can also see in the dark. They can summon 'Shadow Creatures': The ability to create three real life creatures out of shadows that are controllable by the elemental. You may create one creature if you have 0-49 posts, two if you have 50-99 posts, and three for 100+. This may be done once a day Electric Elementals can use 'Thunderbird Transformation' to become an enormous bird with electricity discharging from it's wings. They can also manipulate their element with 'Electricity Creation'.
