The Nature of the Human Mind [/u] A whisper in the tress plays like a song to my heart. What is life without the beauty of nature? Some might answer it is fun, excitement, survival, existence, love. Their is no greater fun than a swim in a crystal lake, nothing more exciting then the thrill of a predator’s chase, true survival is pitting yourself against the limits in nature’s most dangerous climates and true love is the driving force behind nature. Nature, and ones existence with it, is the true means of eternal happiness. Christians are always speaking of atonement but is that not at-one-ment? To reach God, the god of any choice, is to become one with nature which is, in essence, the universe. Siddhartha Gautama, or the Buddha as many know him, knew this and devised many teachings to reach this state of atonement. Many of which I agree but some that I disdain. If you have read past my brief introduction and are still with me I commend you and ask that you continue to read. The road will be bumpy and in the end I may be cast into diabolic doubt and refute all that I had said previously. If you recognise the risk and guile of the human thought process please now turn the page.
