Sending in Application

Well, as you all can tell, I'm new to this site and am having a hard time trying to figure out where my application form goes. I've checked the rules section, incubator, read the other questions posted here, and looked through the application code itself, hoping that there might be something stating where to send it. Did I miss it?

I apologize if I was supposed to send my application in somewhere before making an account (I’ve seen some role play sites do it like that before) but then I wouldn’t have had a way to ask.

You're fine, no such thing as a dumb question (we'd rather have you ask then leave, haha). Just post it in a new thread in the incubator with your character's name as the title and a God(dess) will get to it as soon as possible.
