The Birds and the Bees
by Dean Martindescription:;
The most apparant thing about him is his age. He's clearly old. It's usually the immense grey beard hanging from his face that gives the first clue. His hair too is off the same colour and hangs arround his shoulders curling somewhat at the ages. His eyes twinkle blue and sing of happy times. His smile is honest and never fake. His body, though old, is in fine condition. When asked why he would reply "Travelling is a lost art.". He is said to be wise but is far too modest to ever say so himself. He is something of a philosopher spending many long days thinking in silence. He meditates frequently believing it good for the spirit. He loves the Earth and Nature and despises all those who would defile it.

He holds an ebony staff knotted at the top. There is no gem in it. It is made out of simple wood and is used more as a walking stick than as a weapon. However Bellick is quite profficient in pole, or stick, fighting as it is called and when forced he can cause some damage against your average enemy.

Arthur was born in Lancaster in 1949 to Arthur (senior) and Elizabeth Winnow. He had a pretty ordinary childhood for an only child despite the fact his dad was secretly a Light Elementalist. He saw the signs of light in his child at an early age but waited. When Arthur turned thirteen and was starting puberty his father sat him down one afternoon and explained it all to him. He explained everything about Elementals and even of the other supernatural creatures. When Arthur accidentally split into twelve one night several years later he knew what to do. After telling his father of the incident his father congratulated him and, over the course of many weeks, his father taught him how to control Hellstream and make sure he did not use it in blind rage.
Arthur, after expressing his wish to live a normal life, continued on living one such life for many years. This was not to last as one night however as many years later he was walking home from the University he was attending at the time and heard a scream for help. Naurally he rushed toward it arriving in a back alley to meet a gruesome sight. The sight of a vampire feeding on a damsel in distress. Outraged he had engulfed the Vampire in a Hellstream before thinking. However when police arrived that left he, some ashes and a dead girl.
Using his transformation to elude the police he fled. He travelled the world after paying his way with wild adventures. He had many grand adventures and saw many things equally as grand but he had also seen horror. He had seen grave horror at the hands of not only mortal men but the supernatural too.
His only appreciation fell on nature and all truly natural things. These were the only wonders of the world. Thus he moved to Kenya and build a hut out of stone in the wilderness (Upon acceptance of this character I will post in the Housing sub-forum). The house was never intended to be a place for him to siphon of his last years before death. It functions more as a place of rest in between trips. What trips? Trips to see things of course. After all one man can never truly see all beauties of nature in one lifetime meaning Arthur still has a lot to see.
Here it was that he started his worship of Locutus too a God he truly deemed worthy of prayer and devotion. However it was not simply power or worthiness that drew him to Locutus but respect for all that the God stood for. After all he and Locutus practically shared the same values.
