She smiled as she listened to the song, the sound of the ukelele soothing her nerves. She watched hypnotized as the woman swayed, a warmth growing in the pit of her stomach as her held back emotions began to amplify. Her sixth sense kicked into overdrive tearing into her brain any way possible to warn her of danger. Adrian kept flashing into her mind, which made her emotions roll. The rest of her brain beat back her sixth sense in a battle of the best, the nagging feeling of the sixth sense amplified along with everything else. The dull thrum of a headache began, as the snake like woman wrapped her body around Eva, the touch of her scales sending a sexual shiver rippling down her body. The woman drew against her, and sparks flew against Eva's skin. The air tightened in the room as she fought the emotions that boiled in her, and the headache her sixth sense was creating. The fact that the music stopped didn't register in her brain over the battle, as a moment of realization dawned on her.
"Adrian."
She gasped out as the woman wrapped her arms around her and pressed her lips against hers, kissing her in a way she hadn't been kissed before. The Air shattered around them, blowing out away from the two, shattering the Windows out and pressing against the door so hard it cracked outward, arching it. Her sixth sense battled wildly as they kissed, but her amplified emotions beat it down in one final burst, her tense body melting against the gorgon as she returned the kiss eagerly.
Adrian stepped into the cabin slowly. He moved to the couch and dropped on to it wearily. His head fell forward, slapping in to his up raised palms and stayed there, fighting back the tears.
Adrian's head slowly raised up as a noise reached his ears. A soft, melodic singing flowed through the air, quickening his pulse and raising a heat across his body. He looked around, wondering where it was coming from and standing up. He stepped out the door and looked around. Suddenly, a loud cracking and shattering of glass came from the cabin next door and Adrian ran as quickly as he could to the building. The windows had all been blown out, and the door had a wide crack in it, though it was still closed and locked.
Jumping the steps, Adrian inserted his fingers into the crack and heaved, ripping the door apart the rest of the way and hurling the two pieces away. He froze, seeing before him a beautiful gorgon. In her arms was Evangeline, both their lips locked together in an extremely passionate kiss.
Adrian's heart plummeted, sicking straight down to settle around his toes. He gasped and stumbled backwards, tripping off the steps and falling down. He sat there, on his ass and simply stared at the scene. He couldn't believe it. He wouldn't believe it!!!
Vivian deepened the kiss, pulling the girl against her tightly, her coils wrapping gently but firmly around her body to press them together almost as if they where one body. Her hands began to wander over Evangeline's body, attempting to pull her cloths off when a cracking noise filled the air.
Vivian whirled with a hiss, her coils positioning the other female behind herself to protect Eva. Vivian's eyes flared in anger as she saw a male, sitting upon the ground outside her broken door. Vivian moved away slightly, pulling Eva with her in her coils, heading towards the bedroom. As she moved, her hand reached out and wrapped around the neck of her ukelele.
Vivian held the ukelele before her, brandishing it like a weapon, hissing and sputtering at the male. She was being possessive, wanting to keep Eva to herself now that she had her. She didn't like sharing, and she didn't like men as much as woman.

The woman's hands roamed along her body, tugging at her clothes, the tank top she wore slid up her body. Static electricity flowed over her body as the air began to tighten around them once more. A loud crack not of her cause filled the air, as she was whipped around the woman hissing.
The sounds knocked her senses back into gear and she shook her head, shaking away the sleepiness that plagued her mind. She turned her body to looked at what the woman was reacting too, her eyes falling to the door, before settling on Adrian, sitting on the ground. She wiggled as the snake woman slithered towards the bedroom trying to free herself from the coils.
"let me go!"
She squealed pushing at the coils, getting enough gap to wiggle free, slamming onto her shoulder on the ground. She gasped and grabbed it, rolling before pushing herself to standing. She turned and looked at the woman brandishing the ukelele. She turned, her partially dry hair whipping around her head, looking at Adrian.
What in the world just happened? Was she....did she...just kiss a girl? She blanched and rubbed her shoulder holding up a hand to the woman.
"Stop."
She commanded, the air puffing up around her. The wind tied to her emotions. Her hair floated around her for a moment before falling back around her shoulders. She turned and moved to Adrian, grabbing his arm and pulling him up, or attempting too at least. He was a big guy, a foot taller then her easily.
"I'm story I left the room, I didnt mean too, the music, it....it..."
She couldn't say it made her do it. That sounded crazy, but in fact it was the truth. She dropped his arm and spun on her heels marching into the cabin, snatching the ukelele from the woman.
"What did you do to me?"
She demanded, the air tightening up, in a constricting, hard to breathe way.
Adrian slowly got to his feet with Evangeline's help, looking between her and the gorgon. If this gorgon had been singing, and that was what entranced Eva, she had to be an Euryale. Which meant that she could release a sonic blast upon them if they pushed her to far. He gasped as Eva marched in and started yelling at the gorgon and he lunged forward, wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her backwards away from the snake woman.
"Eva! Be careful! She can release a sonic pitch that would shatter your ear drums. Please, don't upset her. She may not have meant to do anything." Adrian held her tightly around the waist, against his body. Warmth flooded through him at the close contact between them and he looked at the female gorgon, slightly sympathetic. The snake people where usually outcast from all society. They tended to gather in groups for companionship, but this one was all by herself. He was starting to guess at her actions.
"Euryale! Why did you try to do to Evangeline?" He asked softly, not hard. He was trying to appease her, for what reason he didn't know. He could easily take her down, but Evangeline could get hurt in the process, and that was something he was not willing to risk.
Vivian mewled as the female wiggled from her only lightly coiled body. The sudden chill and lack of warmth was frightening to her, along with presence of another, especially a male. She coiled slightly away from them, moving slightly towards the bedroom to try to escape. However, when the female she had so recently kissed snatched her ukelele, she cried out in horror and lunged for it, snatching it back away from her and clutching it to her chest.
Tears where pouring down her cheeks now as Eva yelled at her, and he recoiled more, now half way in the bedroom and half way out. She quivered, trembling as she was yelled at then addressed coolly by the new male, who had known what she was. She whimpered and slowly coiled around herself, almost ending up in a knot from her on frustration and anxiety.
"I...I am sorry!!! I was just singing when she came in! I didn't mean for it to happen! I don't usually control my music. It just happens! And..and I didn't know she was mated. She was just so pretty!" With a wail, she whirled and flew into the bedroom, slamming and door behind her and locking it. She retreated to her nest, curling up there and hiding, clutching her ukelele to her chest and sobbing heavily.

A warmth wrapped around her waist pulling her back from the snake woman. She struggled against Adrian's hold. The snake woman screeched and whirled away locking herself in the bedroom before Eva actually calmed down. She dropped her arms and relaxed as Adrian held her back. Guilt spreading through her body. She sighed and spun her body so she was facing him, but he still held her waist. She looked up to him, the air calming around them, a blush rising in her cheeks from the nearness of him.
"I'm calm. Really I am."
Once he let go of her she reluctantly moved away, having been comfortable against him. She moved towards the locked door, placing her hand palm down next to the lock. A click sounded as she unlocked the door and pushed it open, sliding in silently, her stealth ability allowing that. She moved towards the snake woman reaching out and placing a hand on the sobbing woman.
"I'm sorry, truly. You frightened me. I didn't mean to yell or use my element against you, I can't control it when I'm scared."
She knelt down next to the woman drawing her knees to her chest, before looking over her shoulder towards Adrian. She looked back to the snake woman.
Adrian sighed and gently released her upon her proclamation that she was calm. He followed her into the other room slowly after the gorgon, eyeing her carefully. He didn't think she meant any harm. She hadn't been trying to kill Evangeline after all. The gorgon had been attempting to mate with her, though how a female elemental and a female gorgon would mate was not something he was wanting to think hard about. He knelt behind Eva, a hand resting upon her shoulder to comfort her and with his presence. It was also there just in case he had to pull her out of harms way. His glance flicked to the bare bed with a bow and quiver of arrows upon the mattress.
A soft rustling was heard from the window, and Adrian leap to his feet, rushing to it and groaning. A man was running through the woods, already to far out of range to shoot or attack. He had seen all three of them, and he knew that no good was going to come of this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
The man knelt in the woods, having ran far from the cabin. He panted heavily, pulling a piece of folded paper from his pocket and unfolding it, staring at the picture. Yeah, that was the girl all right. He had better get his money, especially as he was turning in three people, instead of just one. He pulled a cellular phone from his pocket, dialing a number and pressing it to his ear. A dial tone sounded for several seconds, before a young man's voice sounded on the other side, asking how he could help him.
"Yeah, put me through to General Atrax's office. I found the girl....."
Vivian gulped, looking up at the woman who was touching her. All she was wanting was a mate, somebody to love her. Or at least companionship. She was all alone, and that was not how a gorgon was suppose to live. Gorgons where nesting creatures, living in their nest with their nest mates for usually their entire lives. She had never had that chance. The closest she had come was when she was enslaved in a freak show, but she had still been alone even there. She reached out and stroked the girl's cheek.
As the other other male entered she whimpered and drew away, curling in upon herself and trying to hide beneath her nest. When he moved away, she relaxed right up until she heard his words. A hiss bubbled pass her lips, uncharacteristically harsh compared to all the other sounds that had passed her lips that evening. The tip of her tail whipped wildly back and forth, and she clutched her ukelele tightly.

She didn't shy away when the woman touched her cheek. She turned and looked at Adrian as the woman tried to hide, Adrian's hand going to her shoulder. It was a comforting touch, which caused her to smile lightly.
"Dont be afraid of him, he just wants to make sure I'm safe."
She said to the nest, the woman hidden under it. She stood as he moved to the window groaning. There had been someone out there. She moved to the window looking out it.
"He didn't attack."
She noted, moving beside the window leaning against the wall her eyes going back to the woman who had come out of the nest. Her tail twitching her stance ready as if for an attack. She looked at his face, searching it before looking into his eyes.
"that's bad isn't it?"
She asked, she wanted the truth, she knew he wouldn't sugar coat it.
Adrian chewed upon his cheek, contemplating the situation. He did not like it. Not at all. If the man had not attacked, there was a reason for it. However he had still went through the effort to find them. So why would he find them if he wasn't going to try to take her? It was a mystery, and Adrian did not like unsolved problems.
He spun and looked into Eva's eyes, looking deeply into them. He stared for several seconds, almost as if he was getting lost in them his face softening. He knew she wanted the truth, but nor did he want to scare her. He decided upon a slightly non-chalant manner to try and "sweep it under the carpet" so to speak.
"Well, it means either of two things. Either he knows he meet his match and that I am way to sexy to compete with, or he went to get help." He quickly moved past that last section and looked back at the gorgon, hiding under her covers.
"What should we do with her though? She is pretty dangerous with that voice and stuff. I don't know. She definitely doesn't need to be staying her. It is far to cold. And she is going to get into far to much trouble is she is caught."
Vivian heard Adrian's words and flew from her nest at him, wrapping her arms around his waist. She stared up at him with large, doe like eyes and whimpered softly. Her serpent body wrapped around him slightly, hugging him tightly as a single tear slid down her cheek.
"Please!! Don't leave me or turn me in!! I have been to the freak show before! I don't ever want to go back!! Please please please please PLEASE!!!" She sobbed against him, her head collapsing against his belt line as her body heaved with sobs. She had hated it there. Anything was better then going back to the freak festival, being poked and prodded all day long, forced to sing before anybody who wanted. Then came the night....oh the night. Hours of the show manager using her as he wanted. It was why she leaned towards females now. A male reminded her to much of how she was forced to do things with the male residents of the carnival.

Her jaw dropped slightly as they locked eyes, before he spoke once more. She raised a slender brow as he spoke on being too sexy. She scoffed and made a disbelieveing face at him, grinning with the face to show she was playing. She definitely wasn't going to agree to that....outloud. She looked to the woman behind her and opened her mouth to reply, until the woman wrapped herself around Adrian, a roar of jealousy slamming into Eva's body, making her want to tear the snake woman off from around him. She bit back the feeling and scolded herself for feeling that way.
"She seems capable to take care of herself. She could come with us?"
She asked him, looking from him to his waist where he was tangled with the gorgon. She bit back another remark, crossing her arms across her chest.
"Whatever the decision we need to make it. I don't want to wait around for the re-enforcements."
She sounded a bit snappy and she immediately regretted the tone, her look went apologetic as she mentally punched herself for letting herself get jealous. Even though the woman was pleading, Eva couldn't figure out why she was getting jealous, they weren't an item. She had kissed him yes, but she had done it to try to get the man following them away. She had liked it....probably more then she should have, and she did find it quite fun to think of him naked. Which she had started to do, when she noticed the woman crying against Adrian's belt. She immediately felt horrible and moved to her kneeling.
"If you come with us, you must know, I am being hunted. It's a long story, but it may be dangerous eventually. I don't fight or control my element very well, I've never practiced. If you can protect yourself, which I think you can then I don't mind if you come with us."
Adrian eyed the female gorgon, wrapped around him and sobbing against him. He looked up into Evangeline's eyes, blinking slowly with confusion. This was not something he had had to deal with before. Many people begging for their life, yes. But not a sobbing gorgon begging him to take her with them. He looked slightly hurt when Eva snapped at him, and he tilted his head. Was that jealousy in her voice? Or perhaps it was simply his mind playing tricks from his own feelings. Either way, it didn't matter at the moment. She was right.
He nodded as she knelt beside the gorgon and spoke, slowly and gently trying to extricate himself from her clinging body. He grimaced, not really enjoying the attention so much. If had been Eva, well now....that was a different story. Yes, the gorgon was pretty and all, but he doubted she was anything like Evangeline personality wise. He looked around, trying to see anything he could say or do to get the female off him.
"Yes, yes. She can come with us if she wishes. Like Eva said though, it will be dangerous. She has some very powerful people after her, and I can only do so much." That was a flat out lie. He could do a lot. More then most could imagine. He had very rarely released his elemental form, and those who did happen to see it had never lived to tell the tale. It be able to snap a person's neck like a twig while they where helpless to do anything about it was a power most would could only dream about.
Vivian's tears stopped at the words they spoke, her head move back and forth between them as if she was watching a ping pong match. Hearing about defending herself she cringed slightly. She had never really fought that much. She was a singer, not a fighter.
She slowly unwrapped her body from around the male, turning to look at the female he had called Evangeline. She bit her lip, and looked out the window. She then looked to the male for a moment, and finally back to Evangeline again.
"I...I can try my best. But I am not much of a fighter. I just sing usually." She blushed slightly, embarrassed to say it out loud. What would they thing of her now, a stupid little gorgon who would just hold them back perhaps? She hoped not, but she wasn't getting her hopes up. She would have to wait and see what they said. She really hoped they would still let her come with them.
Her body uncoiled from Adrian, and slowly moved away from them both, so she was facing them together sort of. Her hands picked back up her ukelele, gripping the neck of the instrument tightly. She hand not ever really fought. She had killed before yes, but that was different. She had to for food. Killing another being that could think and speak was something she had never even contemplated doing before.
