1. It is well established that you cannot phase with weapons. All items except clothes fall.
2. There is no underworld, heaven or hell. There is an afterlife but it is located in Anpu's domain. The difference is that an underworld, heaven and hell are actual locations. Anpu's domain is more of a spiritual plane of existence. Exact specifics haven't been decided yet, which is why the FAQ is so vague on the matter.
Also, the staff sees your tone as condescending and rude. We expect respect.

I apologize if this question has been asked in the past, but I'm rather frustrated with a simple task. My profile says I cannot change my avatar while using the mobile courteous version of this website, and the only device I currently posses is my cell phone. How do I discard the mobile format?
