The motorcycle roared when Helix gave it just a little push. She always loved to hear its roar, even more its purr. This was her baby, allowing her to go as fast as she wanted and jump off any rail that she wanted. Although, for the girl's sake, Helix wouldn't drive crazy. She would cruise and allow some of the wind to hit the girl's face and maybe cool her off.
"When I lean, lean with me or we might fall. Otherwise, enjoy the ride." Helix flashed a smile at the girl before she rested her head on Helix's back. She seemed tired, maybe a nice shower and a good night's sleep woulf heal her from this ordeal that she had gone through.
When Helix started moving, she made sure that the bike went slow, as to not upset the girl's stomach again. She made the ride more relaxing, which was odd for her since she was normally running every red light she went by until someone had the balls to crash into her. When they made it back to the hotel Helix was staying, she walked Nyghtingale to her room and showed her the restroom. Shen then tossed to Nyght some towels and motioned her to the restroom.
Helix would wait for Nyght to get into the shower. Once the girl did, she would immediately begin pulling out various items from a large black bag. She would also grab a metal bowl from a cabinet near the mini fridge, placing it and the other items on a table near her bed. With all these items gathered, Helix would begin to pour the items into the bowl and mushing them together. When she was finished, she would call Nyghtingale from her showers. "Hey, Nyghtingale, hey Nyghtingale! Come here! Come see! Come see!" With great excitement Helix would bang on the door until Nyghtingale came out. When the girl finally did decide to see what all the excitement was for, Helix would tell her: "You need to look at something." She would then lead the girl to the table.

Nyght made sure to try to lean with the motorcycle whenever it turn like she had been told, not wanting to be the reason they crashed because she did not lean or leaned to far. So she was pretty nervous the whole ride, but it was not to terribly bad and she did enjoy the wind in her face a little bit. All together she was simply glad when the ride was over all together, and glad that they had arrived to wherever Helix was calling her home for the moment. She gingerly got off the motorcycle, and stepped on to the pavement. She waited until Helix turned off the vehicle, then lead her upstairs to her room. Nyght found it slightly amusing, here she was going to yet another person's hotel room that she did not know again.
When she went in to the hotel room, she looked around closely inspecting the room but found it to be nothing more then just a hotel room. When given a towel, and directed to the shower she happily took the towel and stepped inside the shower. She closed and locked the door, and with in several seconds she had her cloths off and was inside the shower. She cranked the water as hot as she could tolerate it, then grabbed a scrubber and literally began to scrub herself raw. She turned every inch of flesh red as she scrubbed away dirt, layers of flesh, and what she felt was the filth of Ghost's hands all over her body.
After a good amount of time....she stopped scrubbing herself and turned the water off. She stepped out, and began drying herself violently to get all the water off and the last feeling of filth from her body before getting back in to her cloths. She did not have anymore now, having lost her backpack somewhere in the violence and craziness so she simply had to make do with what she had until later now. As she was pulling her pants back on, Helix began pounding upon the door loudly and quiet violently....or excitedly. She sighed, grabbing her shirt and pulling it over her head before opening the door.
As soon as she did, Helix was all over her about something. Telling Nyght she had to come see something. So Nyght politely moved with Helix and looked at the table where there was a large metal bowl now, with some mushed up stuff inside of it. She raised her eyebrow, frowning at the large metal bowl and grimacing. Whatever was inside it stank something fierce and nasty. She reached up, waving her hand in front of her nose.
"Eww...peeyuuhhh...that smells. What is that stuff inside there?"

The girl was nearly done getting dressed when Helix banged on her door. She didn't seem confused, which wasn't what Helix was expecting. The minute she took a gander at the bowl of substance Helix had just finished making, she expressed her sense of discuss at the smell of it. The mystic chuckled at her. Helix was so happy that she couldn't help but laugh at the girl's first response.
"A whole saffron crocus from Crete," Helix began chanting, slowly creeping up to Nyght with a playful smile, extending her hands as if they were claws reaching out to snag Nyghtingale. "An ounce of brine salt from the Dead Sea, and a piece of electrum ore taken from the bottom of Lake Victoria." When Helix was done, she would grab Nyghtingale and shake her with fierce excitement. "I have been collecting these items for years, Nyghtingale. YEARS! It has been troublesome, but the easiest thing I have ever had to do was collect one item... And that item was with you... Nyghtingale, you are my angel from... Well, this world." Helix would giggle again.
She would then run to her bag and pull out the dead Beetle she had collected. Looking passionately at the dead beetle, Helix would say to Nyght, "This is the final ingredient that was given to me when I met you. One scarab beetle from an egyptian tomb. With this... We can finally do it!" She would turn to Nyght and continue, "We can summon a Sphinx. And we can kill it. And we can take its tongue."
Slowly, Helix walked to Nyght, holding the beetle out to Nyghtingale to take. As she got closer with the beetle, the bowl would begin to glow with golden light. The disgusting smell became more pungent, and Helix felt great relief that her search was now over. "Nyghtingale, if it wasn't for you, my search would not be over. I think that... You should do it. You should place the beetle into the bowl." Helix would continue to hold the beetle to Nyghtingale, hoping that she would understand the situation.

Nyght listened to Helix, tilting her head to one side. The female had been collecting these things for years, and only had now managed to get the last piece because of her? That seemed really odd....especially if she had no scroll to know the recipe or a second person, as had not the scroll specifically stated that they needed two people to do such a thing? She was not an expert though, and maybe this female knew something she did not if she had been trying to collect everything and accomplish such goals for years.
When she was hugged, and called an angel Nyght actually blushed. Her cheeks grew warm and flushed, and when let go she stuttered a little.
"I...I am not an angel...just a normal person trying to get by..."
Helix did not seem to notice to much though, and having brought out what was clearly a squashed scarab beetle, Nyght almost laughed. A beetle, was not that what she and....that bastard where looking for in the in the pyramid? She had probably fall on it or almost so when she had passed out and left there....or whatever had happened. Nyght watched with interest as when Helix approached the bowl, it seemed to almost glow. When Helix offered her the beetle, she almost got revolted and shoved the thing away but she stopped herself, wondering what would happen. She was curious, and what did they say about curiosity? Killed the feline, or something? Well, she had not died yet....so what could be the worst that happened?
She took the beetle from Helix that she was offering, and slowly walked over to the bowl. Extending her hand, she gently tipped it over and watched (amusingly this seemed in her mind to happen in slow motion) as the beetle slid from her hand and fell in to the bowl with all the other ingredients.

She was going to do it! Helix was so excited! Finally, her mission was about to be complete! She gladly entrusted the beetle to Nyghtingale, and waited for her to complete everything. She looked at the bowl, the was happily burning on the stove, the other items already bubbling in their puddles. She had smushed them, melted them, and now all that was left was this one little beetle. Helix felt so happy, and accomplished at the same time.
Nyght's movements were slow, but Helix didn't mind. The girl readied her soul for what was going to happen next. Helix allowed her enough time to do the deed, and stayed at the back. Even slower, Nyghtingale turned her palm and-
"WAIT!" A monster's voice boomed from behind Helix. This startled her, and made her twirl with her gun at a quick pace towards where the voice came from. Hidden in the shadows was a very tall thing, made of pure stone but shaped like a dog. It seemed almost like a statue, one that suddenly appeared out of thin air. In fact, Helix would indeed call it a statue if it wasn't for the fact that IT WAS FUCKING MOVING!
"What the fuck are you?!" Helix demanded. "What the hell are you doing in my hotel room?!"
"Oh no... Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, YOU DUMB BITCH!" The thing automatically screamed at Nyghtingale who had already dropped the beetle into the bowl. The liquid inside began to fluctuate in colors from purple to gold in bright radiance. Helix would be fascinated at the illuminations, if only it wasn't for the fact that a very bad dog was being rude to Helix's guest. As a warning shot, she pulled the trigger towards the beast's left shoulder, only to have the bullet bounce off its stone body.
"Fuck," She said to herself. "FUCK!" She said again when the thing suddenly appeared in front of her and punched her into a wall.

Nyght watched with fascination as the bowl filled with it intensely repugnant stench received the beetle. Light began to fill the room, and she watched with wide eyes as all the ingredients began to disappear. Her attention was taken....more like ripped, away from the bowl when there was a loud ruckus that began behind her. Turning around, she noticed Helix going across the room. Standing where she was coming from, was that damnable creature that had been harassing them this entire time. Well, this time he did not have a bunch of his zombie buddies with him.
Nyght brought both her hands up, cupping them together and drawing as much power as she could. She not only was creating it, but drawing it from around herself as well. Lightbulbs burst, and she shorted out probably every electrical appliance in the building as they overloaded as she sucked every ounce of juice from them. Unable to contain anymore energy, she thrust her hands out, opening them up like a flow. Why did she do that? Simply because it looked cool and she might have seen it on some movie or television show.
The electricity ripped through the air, scorching the air leaving a stench of ozone in the room. It was a lot of power, and very little room to maneuver around and dodge, even if they had the creature had the reflexes to do so. Although it was unfortunate that Helix had been struck and possibly have been injured, it was definitely a good thing she was out of the way cause the blast Nyght threw was deadly.

Helix's vision was blurry. Her mind could barely comprehend what was happening next. Nyghtingale was gathering something in her body, as the electricity around her suddenly blinked off. Pretty soon, the entire building went off, as hot streams of electricity began running through Nyghtingale's body.
Helix could only stare in awe, and so could the dog, as the girl looked at it with malicious intent. She could say that she expected something much bigger to happen, like the entire building would catch fire, but when that hot surge of electricity landed on the dog's body, Helix knew that that was enough to finish the beast.
After Nyght's ability landed, after the dog was suspended in the air for two seconds and allowed all that horrible energy to burn his inside, there was nothing left but burnt remains of a dead body. Helix said nothing for a while, completely awed at the show of power this girl had. All she could say towards how the girl dealt with the beast was: "That... Was badass."
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA," Another sudden voice yelled out, and Helix almost wanted to fall to the ground and give up on everything about today.
"What the hell is it now?" She said to herself as she listened to a new voice laugh from the top of its lungs. She couldn't tell who it was that was laughing, as there was no one else in the room but Nyghtingale and Helix, but she could tell that the voice was real. It laughed maniacally, and kept repeating two simple words:
"I'M ALIVE!"
The bowl filled with the items flashed incredibly bright, brighter than the electricity that Nyghtingale had just created. It shined as bright as the sun, then suddenly died out until it was only Nyghtingale and Helix alone in a dark room.
....Or so Helix thought.
The mystic heard a light growl come form her bed, but it was so dark that she could barely make out what was growling. "Nyghtingale, is that you?" Helix called out, staying in her one location because of fear that what was growling might not be the girl.
"Who released me?" Another male voice purred. It sounded like it was the same voice before, who was laughing evily and saying that he was alive. Helix paused, and looked at the direction where the voice was coming from.
"What?" Helix asked.
Once again, the new male voice purred; "What are your names?"

After throwing the blast of electrical energy, Nyght ran over to where Helix had fallen. Of course, it was dark and hard to see but that did not bother Nyght being able to see in the dark anyways. She slid over a coffee table on her ass then fell on to her knees beside the female. Helix was moving, and Nyght worried about touching her at all in case fuck something was broken. Before speaking to her, Nyght looked up around and frowned. Somebody else, somebody completely new, was speaking and at first she could not pin point the voice. Finally she managed to figure out the voice was coming from the bed.
"No, that is definitely not me." She whispered, placing her hand on Helix's shoulder to let the other woman know it was her. Nyght helped the female stand up, and addressed the voice speaking to them demanding their names. She stared directly at it, easily making out the form of the beast in the darkness though Helix was probably not sure.
"My name is Nyghtingale. Who are you?" She demanded back of the monstrous thing lounging upon the bed where it had not been several seconds before.
Knowing your own darkness is the best method of dealing with the darkness of other people. -Carl Jung
So Nyghtingale was right beside Helix, which was good to know incase Helix needed to protect Nyghtingale from this new threat, or Nyghtingale needed to protect Helix.
It was the girl who answered the beast's question first. Helix wanted to say something else, but she was too busy trying to reach for the gun hidden inside her pants. If what Helix and Nyghtingale did had worked, who they were talking too now was a sphinx, and that sphinx contained a tongue that Helix needed. She made it her priority to summon this beast and kill it on the spot, but now there were so many uncontrolled variables that Helix didn't plan that she found herself in deep contemplation. Should she let the thing go now and come after it when she was more prepared? Or should she aim her gun now and hope that some bullets will hit the beast and mortally wound it? She most definitely could not ask Nyghtingale to kill this new and unknown beast, as this was Helix's matter and she did not want an innocent (or a somewhat innocent) like Nyghtingale to be dragged into this. If she tried to hit the dangerous beast and miss, however, she would be dragging Nyght into this anyways.
Eventually, Helix settled on letting the beast go, and she lowered her hand.
"My name is Logus Fos," the creature boomed towards Nyghtingale, prideful of the name he carried. "For centuries I was trapped within the confines of that scroll. I thank you for all you have done to summon me, and if you ever need me for a favor, call my name and I shall arrive." When the beast was done talking to Nyghtingale, it suddenly fell silent. Helix didn't notice it at first, but she soon realized that when it was done the creature had vanished, similar to how the dog had appeared.
Helix sighed. "Surprisingly," She said to Nyghtingale when she was done comprehending all that had happened. "This was not the most craziest night I a have experienced." She paused for a moment, then looked towards the direction of where the Nyghtingale was last heard. "You alright? After you went all static shock over there, I was worried that you had overexerted yourself. You know... You were pretty awesome."

Nyght listened to the creature speaking, and she tilted her head. What an odd thing for some random creature to intone upon them, or was it just her? After all, Helix had never even provided a name for the thing to call her by. As suddenly as it had appeared, the creature was gone with out another noise. Not so much as the rustling of a feather, or the movement of on of it's paws. It simply vanished in to thin air like a fart upon the breeze. That irritated Nyght a little bit. She had questions and stuff she wanted answer, and was not getting them with the creature gone.
She sighed shaking her head when the creature left, and turned back to Helix. When the other female spoke, Nyght chuckled softly.
"I have a bit more in me then just that one blast of of lightning. Maybe you can tell me about those other crazier nights some time. This was a pretty crazy few days for me."
