Back in Greece again. Apollo always seemed to find himself in this part of Europe, as though the world was trying to tell him that this was where he belonged. The world never made much sense, but Apollo went with its directions until he was given a reason not to. What direction did the world give for him this time? A note that read:
I have been watching you. I know of your strengths, your weaknesses, and of your potential. I would like to have your help with something, but you are not strong enough to handle it yet. If you wish to help me, follow the coordinates I will give you below. They lead to the Island of Euobea in Greece, near a mountain named Dirfi. A murderous creature lives there that has taken many innocent lives. If you defeat this creature, I will know you are ready. Four more will join you. Wait for them, or you will surely die on your own.
With love, S&M
The message then gave coordinates, which was where Apollo and Bayla stood currently, along with a due date and a set time. They were in a clear pathway that led up the mountain. On one side of Apollo was a vast forest with seemingly no end, on the other was the mountain itself, a 1,700 meter tall pile of rocks that housed an animal that Apollo knew nothing about. The time now was 8:00 am. The letter gave him little information on what he was about to fight, only that it was a killer, and that he should kill it. Even still, Apollo brought as many tools as possible to see that this beast was killed, including the root which his goddess gave him.
Apollo would have gone up the mountain by now to kill the creature, but he was told by the letter that four more would join him, so he waited. He sat on his backpack near the path and listened to his music on his I Phone. Today he wore a regular white shirt with camouflaged shorts. His feet were tucked tightly in combat boots. His backpack was filled with various items that would take too long to list.
At his side stood Bayla in the form of a woman. She was tall with a lithe body and subtle breasts. Her hair was decorated red and fell shortly to her shoulders. She wore a green top with camouflaged short shorts and black combat boots for women. She also had a very heavy looking travelers backpack that she carried as though it was a feather.
Apollo sighed, knowing that he had come a little early for this event. It took a lot of money to come to this Island, along with finding a ride brave enough to drive him here. He hoped that all of this would be worth the trouble.

Kage was sent here, and he was told exactly why he had been sent here. He was not exceptionally pleased about the idea of being sent here, however he knew that it was his duty to come and he had done as ordered.
"You will go to Greece. In that country is an island called Euobea. Upon Euobea is a mountain they call Dirfi. These are worthless facts you need not memorize, other then know that is where you need to be. Upon this island, living upon that mountain is a creature that we fear. It is known as a chimera, and it is deadly and dangerous. Go there then, to this mountain upon this island, and rid of use this accursed beast."
Kage did not like this at all. There where a myriad of reasons for him to not like this arrangement and not all of it was to do with the fact that he knew nothing about what he was about to face, as should be the only reason that should be in his mind. His very first thought was of Seraphina, and what she would think of this and how she would react. He could already see the look of dislike upon her face at the thought of him getting hurt. His second thought was of how much he was going to miss her upon this trip that was going to take him away from her for such a long time. Greece was not a short distance away, and neither would be getting to this Island mountain where the creature lived. Not to mention that he knew nothing of the creature (alas, finally the thoughts he SHOULD be dealing with) and how he was going to kill it and rid it for his Sensei and Master. However he was a good Clansman, loyal and would do as they ordered him.
With a fair well to the woman he loved, his heart feeling like it was cracking in to two halves at seeing the tears in her eyes and a promise to remain safe and come back to her alive and well in one piece he had taken the ticket and gotten upon the private plane that the Clan had chartered just for him. The Clan seemed to be coming in to more and more money of late, and not afraid to spend it upon him or other members. He wondered where exactly all that money was coming from, then decided it was best no to know such things.
After a flight with a single stop for fuel, during which he napped then exercised in a special room upon the plan for such things the plane finally landed much to Kage's relief. He exited the plane, then took a paid for taxi already waiting for him to a pier where a small fisherman ship was waiting for him. Despite being dressed in every day clothing, the fisherman knew who he was and what he was, and had already been paid for completely to take Kage to the island. Kage found it very unusual that the Clan had gone to such extreme lengths for a creature so far away from their typical places of operation. It struck him as especially suspicious and strange, however he could not see any reason behind it so suppose that they had their reasons and would not (as per usual) tell them those reasons.
Kage waited until the island was in sight before changing in to his working cloths. It was hot, but he had worn specially made thin clothing beneath his body armor, but the cloak was still needed for several reason. To start with, it had several of his weapons with in the inside of the cloak, and it offered a shadowy place for Sturmgeist to rest and hide upon his shoulder. He grinned, stroking the little dragon's had. Sturm was certainly growing, there was no doubt about that. The dragon was nearly double in length then when it had hatched for Kage. It was almost to big to conceal in their standard typical fashion and he supposed that sooner or later he would need to find some other way to conceal his dragon. However for now, hiking up the path the dragon still fit beneath his cloak upon his shoulders. Hiking forward, hood of his cloak pulled forward to cast his face in shadows he noticed two other people standing upon the path. He wondered if this was a coincidence that they just happened to be here in the same time and place or if there was more going on that he did not know. He mentally admonished Sturm to remain quiet and concealed.
He walked slowly, his metal "staff" being used as a walking stick as if he was old and slightly decrepit. He leaned upon it, nearing the top of the path where the two had stopped. They seemed an interesting pair indeed, and was not entirely sure what struck him as so "wrong" about this situation. He decided to simply let it play out as it would. He was slightly curious about this.

Jack is an average, unassuming guy. He stands bashfully, avoiding eye contact as he looks around at everything except the person he's speaking with. A closer look. however, will reveal more.
Beneath this carefully neutral appearance, Jack's body is lean and efficient. He's slow to anger and behind his bashful demeanor is an assertive individual observing his environment with an almost predatory nature.

The young man whistled a merry, if not particularly melodic, tone as he made his way up the path. He carried nothing but the clothes on his back and some rather comfy looking hiking shoes. Jack had never been one too particularly fond of wasting effort so he hadn't bothered to bring a pack or and supplies. He didn't need to, being able to teleport back home for whatever he felt he needed, whenever he felt he needed it. Carrying it all would've just been silly. As for weapons, he'd left most of the heavy stuff back home as well.
Jack was in Greece. Yes, again. He'd been spending quite a bit of time in this country lately, killing things. The young man wouldn't say he was particularly fond of it and it's mountainous terrain, but it certainly was growing on him. Very, very slowly. But surely. This time he here to.. wait for it, kill something! Predictable, yeah, but it's sort of his thing.
On the young man's face were aviator sunglasses. As a person who spent far too much time indoors playing video games, Jack found that they made being outside a lot more bearable. And if they made him look cool, well, that was just an added bonus. He wore dark jeans, a 'Praise the Sun!' tshirt, and a jacket. The clothing was light enough, but not too heavy. The young man didn't want to be sweating like a pig by the time he managed to reach his destination.
Slightly further up the path, some people came into his sight. Jack waved, smiling. "Hello, fellow adventurers! A fine day for a brisk hike, am I right?" He called out and, figuring he could use a break from all this physical exertion, the young man made his way over, looking friendly and harmless. Just a tired stranger looking for some pleasant conversation with a few fellow naturalists while he caught his breath.

Atalina traversed through the foliage of the lush forest. It was a beautiful sight to behold, filled with towering trees, open meadows, and babbling brookes. It was much different than the jungles back home, but just as beautiful in its own way. She wore a light green shirt; which matched the highlights in the rim of her glasses, a pair of tan shorts and her was tied back in a ponytail. She wasn't exactly sure what to pack so she'd only packed what she thought was necessary and the bow Papa had given her for her birthday.
This was Atalinas first time in another country; this just happened to be the one she wanted to visit the most. Reading countless tales of ancient Greece and studying it's philosophers had filled her head with dreams of venturing here. This trip was a dream come true, and she almost didn't feel bad about sneaking onto the plane with her Mama . She'd orginally felt bad about it; however, jealousy and excitement had pushed her to go anyway. It wasn't fair that Alysia got to go adventures and she didn't. Physically they were almost the same age and she usually got better grades than Alysia too. So when she stumbled upon the letter one day after school she knew she had to go.
Sneaking onto the plane wasn't to diffcult, and the flight was kind of exciting. She got to watch the new Percy Jackson movie, while look up every two minutes to make sure Mama Stilia hadnt seen her.
The only trouble was after arriving on the island itself, Alaina had lost sight of mama Stilia. Leaving her roaming in the woods trying to find her. Pausing to take a water break; Atalina could hear voices nearby . "Hello, fellow adventurers! A fine day for a brisk hike, am I right?" She quickly bolted behind a nearby tree hoping that she wasn't seen. Tentatively Atalina poked her head around to see a young man wearing sun glasses hiking along one of the mountain trails, with his announcement it was obvious that there were others further ahead. Darting to another nearby tree she peeked around to see if her mother was amongst them. Unfortunately she was not.
Although Stilia is usually in a human form, it often mimics her true face. She has large, round eyes, but otherwise her features are quite sharp. She smiles much more then she used to, but usually only out of politesse.

Stilia didn’t have time to fly back to Greece on her own. The shapeshifting Gorgon would usually spend quite a bit of time flying to different places as a bird, enjoying the trip and breaking often to see several sights. But now she had children to care for, so despite the fact she still left often, she tried to make it quick as possible. Which meant flying a plane.
Well, not flying the plane, but flying in a plane.
Anyhow, she’d received a letter from an ‘S&M’, however it wasn’t some paper to join a bondage club, but rather a request to take care of a mysterious creature. Receiving mysterious letters and requests wasn’t anything new for Stilia, so she took note of the date and location, and booked a ticket.
Anyhow, all had gone well, and Stilia soon arrived at the location. She had her favorite human form on, the one with a face like her’s, but brown hair instead of snakes and legs instead of a giant tail, and was wearing a black tank top with some green kakis. On her back was a bag, packed minimally but still large, but it hid the tattoo she possessed. Stilia had also had quite a hassle with customs to let her bring a sword and a whip, even if it was stored below.
Other than that, the rest of the journey was smooth and uneventful, and Stilia soon arrived at the location, to find three men waiting for her, and a woman. She recognized two of them immediately, made an educated guess about the third, but was not familiar with the fourth.
“Of course, I find you here, Apollo, Jackson. Now, sadomasochism jokes aside, which one of you had the lovely idea of dragging me back to Greece?” Stilia briefly looked at Bayla and the stranger. “Hello Bayla, and I apologize sir, I do not know you. My name is Stilia. Which of these men dragged you out here?”
She held out her hand to the strange, cloaked man with a staff. It seemed such a stereotype that he stuck out like a sore thumb compared to everyone else. Stilia had made the assumption he was also here for the hunt, but that Apollo or Jackson was behind all this and invited him personally.

One by one the people gathered. It took a little over two hours for them to arrive, but their arrival time could't be helped. Apollo reached this certain destination a little too early in his excitement to meet everyone. The sky was both day and night when he took his place near the path. Now, the sun was floating above him and lighting this side of the world. Bayla had grown tired of waiting a long time ago, and was constantly yelling at Apollo to move forward without the others. Apollo denied every one of her attempts, of course, and now she was in an extremely foul mood.
The first person to show up was a stranger Apollo never saw before. He was definitely of asian origin, but Apollo could not tell much of anything else from him. He was shrouded in a cloak colored black. In a cold area like Greenland, cloaks like that would be acceptable; but when someone wore a heavy dark cloak in a heated land, they should be heavily watched.
Apollo slowly moved his hand to his waste. There was an army knife tucked in his pants, courtesy of the U.N.S.A.I.D. He didn't know how to use it very well. In fact, he did not think that he would need to use it until today. Even now, he hoped that he would not need to use it to handle this stranger. Apollo wanted no fight between him and a human; however, Bayla did. When the stranger stopped and leaned on his staff, Apollo's partner went on a wild sniffing spree. Every time she pointed her nose at the man, she would turn away her head in disgust. Apollo wondered what was going through her mind, but she wouldn't tell him. All he knew was that she felt a sudden mix of fear and anger.
Tell him not to make it breathe, was all Bayla would give away. Even if Apollo persisted for an answer, she would give nothing more. Apollo hated her stubbornness sometimes. Arguments were never ending with her, and it was an extreme rarity if he won a single battle. Normally, women like that would frighten Apollo to the core, but Bayla was very different from them. Bayla was connected to Apollo as though they were one with each other. He could perfectly read her thoughts and feel her emotions, whereas another woman would be unpredictable and unknown.
Apollo continued his inner argument with Bayla until the draconian decided to give up. Finally, his first words to this stranger with a staff was, "Um... Please... Don't make it breathe." Bayla stared at the gentleman with intense anger, but it was at his shoulder that she payed especial attention to. Apollo didn't know what Bayla smelled from this man, but he knew that it was probably bad news.
After a few seconds of what Apollo said, someone else appeared down the path. "Hello, fellow adventurers!" The stranger said to the group. Apollo recognized the stranger's voice as Jack, the friendly man who he met during his Akhlut hunt and on his mission to stop an underground organization. Apollo was surprised that this man was around him again, and if he thought highly of himself then he would guess that Jack was following him. When Jack made his greeting, Apollo chuckled to himself. The last time they met, the friendly man did not remember who Apollo was. The draconian knew better this time and kept his memories to himself.
Right after Jack arrived, so did Stilia. At this point Apollo was searching for Linette and Pandora as well. He was half expecting this hunt to be a reunion from their last adventure. Although Jack was not apart of the cave quest, he played a good part with the one involving the Akhluts.
When Stilia joined the party she immediately greeted Apollo and Jack. Apollo gave a nod to Stilia and chuckled awkwardly when she mentioned the S&M initials. "I had nothing to do with this..." Apollo answered truthfully. He had no idea who this S&M person was, but he figured that they were a force to reckon if they knew his address and were watching him. He didn't think very fondly of stalkers, though, and took this letter mostly as a threat than a plea for help. Even still, he was curious to see who this S&M person was and why they came for him specifically. If Stilia wasn't responsible for the letter, then Jack or this stranger was.
Apollo became very red at the cheeks when Stilia introduced herself to the stranger and asked if Apollo brought him here. "N-n-n-not I!" He struggled to say. He knew that Stilia was mostly playing with her words, but he could not stop himself from being a little embarrassed in front of her. Bayla rolled her eyes at Apollo's weakness, then began sniffing the air near the woods. When she was done, she tapped Apollo on the shoulder and pointed to a specific part of the woods. Apollo looked where she pointed, nodded towards his partner, then addressed the group. "Um.... Guys.." He called out to everyone. "Someone is over there," Apollo pointed towards the trees. "They're hiding."

Kage watched as things began to happen around him and quickly. His eyes moved from spot to spot, observing in his silent manner as he contemplated what was going on. There was a stir of unease from the human female across from him, who was sniffing at around him. Sturmgeist shifted beneath his cloak ever so slightly, not anything noticeable but more a tightening of claws up Kage's form which made the male wonder what was going on with his bond partner. He contemplated it for a while, then decided to wait until he found it. It appeared the little dragon was nervous and anxious about the female.
Soon there appeared another female and male, neither of whom he knew though that was of little surprise to the male. It was rare that Kage got out of Japan, but it was not unheard of. He had been to America once or twice, Europe once, and China several times before but he did not recall ever having been to the Mediterranean area before. The area was warm, and his black cloak did make him uncomfortably so but he was not exceedingly hot. Some of the new materials cloths where made out of where pretty marvelous inventions that could keep you cool and feeling like you where running around naked. Kage shifted his attention towards the new comers, and was pleasantly surprised when the female actually asked him a question. He was about to respond when a movement in the shadows caught his attention past the two newcomers.
Kage focused upon the movement for a second, and after a moment of discerning the physical shape and long flowing hair of the being attempting to hide behind the trees, he dismissed it as not a threat at least for the moment. It was nothing more then a young female, and from the looks of it she was not there to harm them but seemed to be trying to hide. What she could be hiding from Kage did not know, but being a being of stealth himself he was not about to blow her attempt at concealing herself. So he allowed her to remain hidden and refocused his eyes back upon the female male. His lips parted and he was just about to speak when the male who seemed to be accompanied by female. He spoke of somebody being over there, and Kage sighed as he was once again cut off by the pretty obvious. Not only was he cut off but the words ruined the stealthy approach of whoever was attempting to amongst the trees. He decided to respond after all of this, or perhaps the answer of who had summoned them would all be sorted out amidst themselves. He had certainly not been summoned, but sent his by his clan.

"Oh. Hey Stilia!" Jack waved, smiling. "Funny meeting you here. I wasn't aware this trail was so popular. Hike here a lot?" He looked at the other two, then back to Stilia. Letter? The young man didn't know anything about that. Suddenly he looked a little embarrassed. "Oh. Sorry. Am I interrupting some sort of meeting?"
The young man looked around, feeling rather awkward. He didn't wish to intrude. Jack considered leaving, but no one had asked him to just yet, so he figured he'd stick around for a bit and get back to his business later. "What's all this sadomasochism business, then?"
"Oh?" Jack turned to look where Apollo had indicated. He peered at the forestry, curious. "No need to be shy!" He called out. "Come join us!" The young man waved, welcoming whoever it was over. Jack didn't begrudge them their spying. Caution was perfectly reasonable among strangers, out in the wilderness like this. Watching people from the forest was a little weird though.
"So," He began, turning back to others. "What's new with you all?" Speaking to the mysterious, hooded guy "I'm Jack, by the way. Nice to meet you."

Atalina continued watching as more people began to arrive, and her motherly shortly arrived after the young man who had announced his presence to the whole forest. A wave of relief washed over her knowing that she wasn't alone on the island.
The group conversed amongst them selves for a brief moment before one of the young men motioned in her direction. She quickly hid behind the tree again hoping that he was just noticing something else in the woods. "No need to be shy!" the loud one announced. "Come join us!" Atalina dredded having to face her mother but she knew it was inevitable. Letting out a long sigh she moved from her hiding place and began approaching the group.
Each step she took felt like a step closer to the gallows; "Hi Mama" she said brushing her hair to the side and adjusting her glasses. She stood in front of her mother now ready for the scolding of a lifetime.

Apollo directly confirmed he was not the mastermind behind this plot to assemble this group, before blushing at Stili’s direct inquiries to the hooded man. That damned boy blushed much too easily. She wouldn’t be surprised if one day he dropped dead, for his blood was all in his cheeks and not circulating the rest of his body.
Jackson was acting oddly confused. However, that could simply be Jackson being, well, Jackson. But before Stilia could ask more specific questions to her companion, someone noticed that there was someone in the wood behind her. She delicately sniffed the air, but could only smell plants, however there was something oddly familiar in the air… Jackson called out to her, before asking how everyone was.
“I’m fine.” Stilia mumbled, her eyes on the woods. A figure slowly emerged, as and she approached, anger flared up within the Gorgon. She made a slight hissing noise, but stopped herself as Atalina walked up and stood before her.
“We will discuss this later.” Stilia snapped coldly at her daughter, before turning her attention away from Atalina and to the others. This time, her voice was much less friendly, her mood obviously changed. “Now, why are we here?”
Post by Apollo Lion on Dec 4, 2015 17:20:40 GMT -5
"I was given a letter," Apollo answered Stilia, a little cautiously now. Apparently, the young girl that walked from the forest was Stilia's daughter. From the way Stilia reacted, and how the girl looked like she felt guilty for doing something wrong, Apollo guessed that she wasn't suppose to be with Stilia. Apollo remembered when he got into trouble with his foster mother like this. She wouldn't punish him too harshly, but just the look of anger and disappointment on her face was enough to make Apollo regret a lot.
The draconian wanted to talk more about Stilia's mother life, but to prevent himself from facing Stilia's rage, Apollo avoided that topic. Instead, he pulled out the letter and held it up for everyone to see. If they wanted to hold the letter, Apollo would gladly gift it to them. "I don't know who exactly it's from, but they mentioned their need of help and I answered. They also said something about slaying a monster on this mountain, a murderous one, but doesn't say what monster. Just incase, I brought some gear that I.... Uh... Stole from an organization." Apollo turned to everyone else. "What about you guys?"

Kage remained silent, watching the interactions between the two females although a small smiled pulled at the left corner of his lips. He found is amusing how angry the one female was at the other for some reason. Maybe it was because he had never known the feeling of parental love, or caring, or kindness. His heart lacked all of those feelings, but not all feelings together. It was simply an experience that he lacked, making him in his mind slightly side with the apparently scolded offspring. Kinds where inherently rambunctious, adventurous, and many times even rebellious. Kage had been...guided through that stage exceptionally quickly and extremely harshly. Several of the scars across his back attested to that extremely well. It was all he could do to keep from reaching out and ruffling the youngling's hair gently to show her not all was wrong. However he wondered about the relationship between the two, because it did not appear as if the one angry was old enough to be the mother of the chagrined female. He would perhaps inquire to seek more information later, but not at this time. At this time there where more important things that needed to happen.
Kage looked at the male who had been standing there when he approached, then glanced at the female still beside him. He wondered if the female spoke at all, or if she was a mute. She had not uttered a single word since they had gotten there, and it was in his mind a strange occurrence. She had neglected to even introduce herself. Kage watched as the male pulled a letter out, claiming to have been sent here by somebody to kill a monster upon the mountain. It sounded like a familiar story, slightly like the one Kage himself had received from the clan. It made him hesitant slightly, making him wonder if there was something behind this. Perhaps the clan had hired more people then beside's Kage? If they had, perhaps there had been more simple requests to kill a monster on this mountain? He wondered if he was in danger amongst these individuals, and that perhaps the clan had sent one of them or maybe all of the. Kage simply did not know anymore, because there was so much convolution amidst the clan. Things seemed to be happening there that he was not aware of and that they where not telling him for some reason. Why this was, he was not entirely sure but it clearly a dangerous thing to be on the out and out with his clan.
He crossed his arms, watching as everybody else spoke and talked. He wondered if they would stand here forever and talk or if they would eventually get moving. He hoped they would get moving soon. He was not here to exchange pleasantries, but to complete a mission. It was good to know about the others, and know what they where capable of as well. One never needed to under estimate their allies and skills, but nor should one entirely depended upon them either. It made one weak, and vulnerable when they did not have help to support them. Kage did not want to fall in to that trap though he would not dismiss the help when it was offered. Thus he remained quiet, posed with his arms crossed over his chest and his left foot tapping slowly waiting for the others to finish in their slightly veiled secretes and building friendships. When one befriended Kage, one knew all the secrets, not only a few of them. Thus when one befriended and was truly a part of Kage's life it was a miracle and truly extraordinary thing.

Most of Jack's questions went unanswered but he was okay with that. He tended to ask a lot of questions about a lot of things and it wasn't unusual for people to ignore most of them so he was used to it by now. The figure lurking in the woods had apparently been Stilia's daughter. She'd approached and greeted Stilia, apparently having words of greeting for no one else. Her rudeness was understandable. Stilia seemed to be upset with her so she'd probably just forgotten her manners for a second.
Inwardly, he sighed, wishing he hadn't decided to uninstall Baldur's Gate from his laptop. He hadn't expected to ever want to play it again but now he did want to play it again but he'd left the other installation discs somewhere and would just have to make due until the weekend. How unfortunate.
Jack peered curiously at Bayla, wondering what she was thinking. That was Bayla, wasn't it? It had to be. Who else would be wondering around in the middle of nowhere with Apollo and standing around like she'd forgotten how to talk? Anyways, he turned his attention back to Stilia and her apparent daughter. The young man admitted to himself that he didn't know much about the woman but she'd never struck him as the motherly type. But apparently she had a daughter who looked nearly the same age. Weird.
The young man struggled to unwrap a piece of candy while Apollo saw fit to fill the group in on some more details behind the mysterious letter and stuff. He missed most of it but caught last bit about Apollo stealing stuff as he finally managed to eat the troublesome sweet. Jack shook his head and sighed. What was the world coming to nowsadays? Even poor kids like Apollo felt they had to steal junk just to make a living. At least the candy was good.
Apollo asked something but by that point Jack was already distracted, checking his phone. He didn't have very good reception out here, but that was ok. He'd probably be returning to his apartment soon, anyways. So it didn't really matter. But still, he wondered if he was missing out on something important.

If her mother's gaze could kill she'd be a lifeless corpse lying in the meadow right now; however, luckily for her it couldn't. Despite mama's attention being redirected to the party surrounding them Ata could still feel the agitation and frustration emanating from her. This was worse than the time Alysia turned their home into a putrid cloud of toxic gas in her attempt to make home made dyes. She tentatively side stepped away from her enraged mother and accidentally bumped into the young man who appeared to be about nineteen or twenty. He didn't seem to notice giving Ata a chance to return into her mother's swatting range.
"I don't know who exactly it's from, but they mentioned their need of help and I answered. They also said something about slaying a monster on this mountain, a murderous one, but doesn't say what monster. Just incase, I brought some gear that I.... Uh... Stole from an organization." said the young man she bumped into.
"I had some ideas about!!" Ata blurted out in excitement. Judging by the location they were in and the strange reported sittings by local fisherman Ata had compiled a list of possible creatures that it could be. "I was doing some digging and i found a report about some local fisherman reporting a large portion of the forest being on fire. Based upon that i thought it could maybe be a dragon, hell hound, or leviathan of sorts." She elaborated while pulling out her favorite book on Greek Myth "However, from what I've read dragons prefer the climate further north, and it wouldn't make sense for a Leviathan to be this close to shore. So i got to thinking about the country that we were in and it made me think it could be a Chimera...." She adjusted her glasses and showed everyone the page about the Chimeras lore.
